I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

11/07/24 22:00 We found a wasp nest in the roof space at home. Emailed the company and got a prompt reply from Sean within 10 mins! 12/07/24 10:00 Sean attended. All sorted. Wasps/Nest no more. Great service. Sean was happy to explain the whole process. Professional and knowledgable. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service. Was being seen to by Rob. Made us feel very nice and secure after the work was completed. Was very friendly and down to earth also. Even after the first visit I believe he and Simon were able to deal with the issue. Told us what we can do on our end to deal with the entry points. Thank you so much! ASW pest control specialists Ltd gave such a brilliant service. They came to remove a wasp nest lodged inside the wall of our house and another hornets nest in the back garden tree which after many failed attempts to safely and humanely remove both myself, they handled in one day and we haven’t seen any wasps or hornets again since. Very fairly priced, very quick and efficient and exceptionally gracious and understanding aftercare customer service from Jamie as I didn’t realise I hadn’t paid the invoice and forgot to pay it again after he reminded me. Very kind, polite and professional to me none the less. Thank you again guys!

Absolutely fantastic. We had a rat issue that I had tried numerous methods to get on top of. Adam came and did a really thorough job of assessing for entry/exit points, finding the most frequently visited areas and then dealing with the problem! Within a week of his first visit the house was silent at night and he did another really thorough check on his second visit, topping up bait as required. Communication was excellent throughout and Adam was really accommodating to timings I required. Thoroughly recommend this company!

Discussed options, recommended and installed a physical barrier to prevent ongoing rat burrowing underneath a concrete plinth by our garage. Jonathan was easy to work with, completed the work as expected, on time and to the estimated cost, and he left the place neat and tidy. He has also offered a follow up when he is next passing to check that all is well.

We called Jonathan in the morning and explained our situation, that we had inherited a flea issue from the previous tenants in a new property we had just moved into. He was extremely helpful and professional and came that day at no extra cost. We often messaged him for advice and had a lot of issues with our estate agents which he helped out and supported us with. I have contacted Jonathan on a few occasions regarding pests in my home. He is extremely professional and always finds the cause of the problem. He found a hole in my house and even went to buy materials to fill the hole then and there for me. He always follows up his work a few days later to check the issue is resolved or if any further support is needed. And he was happy to answer my many questions I had! I was very surprised when receiving my invoice as it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time he spent sorting treatment and filling holes for me! I can not thank him enough!

Would highly recommend Jonathan for any pest control support you need. My parents used him a few years ago at their house and he helped them tackle their issue very quickly as well as easing everyone’s anxieties around the problem. We have now used him in our house and he has been extremely helpful at helping us be rodent free. He’s extremely knowledgeable, has time and loads of Patience! After spending a substantial amount of money with another pest control company and multiple visits I phoned Adam in desperation as I was being kept awake at night with rats in our cavity walls. I called, and within an hour Mervyn was outside, 30 mins later the wasp nest was treated. Two days later it is dead. I know the hour' wait was exceptional. I've used Killtech for clients rats, mice, bees and wasp infestations - they are great. No hesitation in recommending.

I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.
