We contacted HWPC for a potential issue with rats in our garage. John replied quickly and came out the same day, he was supportive of the situation, quickly confirmed our suspicions and offered the best advice on how to deal with it. John was clear regarding pricing and effectiveness of varying options, laid traps and sealed our garage up that day. John also came back a week later to check in. John went above and beyond our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material. Communication was great and he proved very knowledgeable and honest in his professional advice. We will surely use him when we decide to go ahead with this work.

Had these guys come out for a wasp nest in our garden, with one treatment it killed the nest. Person who came round (sorry forgot her name) was really nice and gave advice to keep kids away as well as any dogs for a few hours after. Grant is an absolute superstar. For over two years I have had to battle rats in abundance in my attic and walls. The house is a 17th century cottage and near to two duck ponds. For over 50 years the rats have made the attics their home. Grant doesn’t just come and repeatedly put poison down- he finds where the rats are getting in. He worked with me and my adjoining neighbour and gave such great advice on where the holes were and how to fill them. He understands these highly intelligent creatures and after two years of utter hell I have been able to finally have some peace and quiet from the dreadful invaders. And this is all thanks to Grant! An absolute godsend and gentleman. I would not recommend anyone else for help with pests but him! You won’t regret it. And what he charges for his time is beyond reasonable!

I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately for us we have a very old house where wasp nests love to live with us. Not alone did he take time to show where the wasp nests are , their size but explains what product is been used and how it will affect the wasps and what we have to do and look out for over the next few days. He was professional and kept his distance at all times, very respectful and excellent value for money. Due to weather conditions he had to cancel Saturday but came out on Sunday, what a fantastic service. Keep up the excellent work.

Brilliant service. Called with a wasps nest very close to back patio doors. Responded immediately and arrived as agreed (to suit me) within 2hrs of the call. We had a wasps nest that was causing some issues, I had been stung a couple of times, and wasps were entering our neighbours property. Steve was able to come out in about an hour from me first calling, got straight in there and sorted out. He was also able to remove the nest, and even took the time to show it to us, and gave a little talk on wasps, their nests and how they work. Great job, and a lovely chap - thank you very much!
