We have had Teri come out to our residence on several occasions. Living close to the river, we've faced an ongoing issue with spiders and mice. Teri has been instrumental in helping us manage that. On another occasion, we suspected a flea infestation and sought her expertise. Teri not only addressed our concerns promptly but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I would also like to mention how grateful we are for Teri’s willingness to waive the call-out fee during some visits. This gesture truly exemplifies her customer-service-oriented approach, and it highlighted her commitment to making this experience as smooth as possible for us. Throughout her visits, Teri has always been punctual and highly professional. Additionally, her attentiveness to the safety of our pets has been greatly appreciated; she consistently ensured that they were either out of the house or safely accommodated prior to applying any chemicals. Terri was very quick to answer my call. She was so friendly and helpful. I was given a very reasonable estimate and an approximate time when she would call. I was texted 15 minutes prior to her attendance and Terri arrived in a discreet car. She quickly sorted everything, giving us an enormous amount of help.Terri is so knowledgeable and so professional. It is so evident that customer care and service is her driving force, not profit. I was very impressed by her desire to provide humane pest control. We will recommend her company to everyone we know. I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.

We recently experienced a rat infestation in our home due to the cold weather and were extremely stressed. We contacted Paul, and he was incredibly responsive. Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. We called Bentley Environmental Services having gotten a less than speedy timeframe from the council and we’re so glad we did. I had used a spray foam as it meant I could try from a distance. There was no way I was going into the attic! George was able to come out to us the very same day to deal with a wasp issue in our attic. Our 13month daughter had been stung twice in the space of 24hours. The nest was sorted from inside the attic and outside the house so we’re very confident they will be eradicated. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I was put in touch with Liam on Christmas Eve by a helpful colleague in another local firm who was away and so couldn't help. I was trying to help an elderly relative whose broken heating couldn't be fixed because of wasps in loft. Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

I wish we had gone to Terry first for help getting rid of rats. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else now. He is incredibly knowledgable and keeps helping and coming back until the problem is fixed. We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest. Excellent service delivered by professional and very personable staff. Cannot praise UPC too highly and actually they were also the best price I was quoted.
