I can't recommend Liam more highly. He was punctual, friendly and ensured our 'pest' was dealt quickly. Exceptional value for money when some other companies charge extortionate call out fees. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I was put in touch with Liam on Christmas Eve by a helpful colleague in another local firm who was away and so couldn't help. I was trying to help an elderly relative whose broken heating couldn't be fixed because of wasps in loft. Liam answered my call and came out first thing on the day after boxing day and everything was sorted by coffee time - and for a very reasonable fee. Thanks Liam - and thanks Forest Pest Control. Wasp nest. Wessex pest control attended and covered nest in powder. Said if any wasps seen alive in 2 days contact office but all dead with 24hrs. Easy payment too

100% positive. Jerry looks after our stables and house. He has kept the stables almost totally rat and mice free for years - not a small achievement. The house never has a problem. Jerry also deals with our wasp nests and cluster flies in the loft.

I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.

Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. Paul Brown, the technician who visited and dealt with the problem, was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring, and clearly enjoyed his work. A great representative for the company. I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment. After being impressed by Craig’s website and reviews, I contacted him about a wasp’s nest at my yard. He called back within the hour and was able to book me in for an appointment a couple of days later to fit in with my work schedule. The wasps nest turned out to be a hornet’s nest and after discussing my dilemma of fumigating the nest (it was important to know I was doing this for the correct reasons and for the protection of our horses and visitors), it was done quickly and humanely. Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. I called Steve on Monday morning with a flea problem. He was prompt, polite and very affordable! Having phoned round other pest controllers who were very expensive and couldn't come out for days I was so relieved to find Steve. He has completely got rid of the pesky fleas in one treatment and offered lots of advice and information with a smile.
