Removal of wasps nest near a fish pond- Justin removed the wasps nest in a way that was safe for our fish and pond. He was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Having hens can mean the unwelcome arrival of rats. To sort the issue out we called Nature in Balance and the service was great. Justin was full of helpful advice, made sure that any measures would not cause harm to our cat, dog or hens too. He followed up, was easy to contact. Overall a great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

After having a few sleepless nights with scratching in the roof, we called Justin out to help. He was responsive, approachable and having laid traps in suspect locations he helped us get rid of the mice that were driving us mad! Reasonably priced and professional. Woke up in the night to hear scratching in the loft and thought that we would be in for few sleepless nights. Called Justin at Nature in Balance on the Saturday morning and was amazed when he said he would be with us within 2 hours. Justin arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and importantly very tidy. After putting traps down he reassured us and made an appointment to return in few days and again arrived on time. The problem is now sorted and Justin even fitted a small camera in the loft so that we could see the little blighters in action. Brilliant service, very reasonably priced and a pleasure to find someone who does what they say they will do when they say they will do it. I cannot recommend Justin and his team highly enough. We had an outbreak of mice entering our loft, we employed PGH to eradicate them. They carried out three visits in total laying down poisons. All of the technicians were polite, and efficient in their work. At the end of the course of treatment they provided us with options how to prevent further infestation and also generally on improving the insulation and condition of the loft itself. As a result we further employed PGH to remove, replace and improve our existing old smelly insulation. Two technicians - Andreas and Keir attended, they first briefed us fully on what the job entailed, then over the following two days only they completed the tasks. We were very impressed with both of them and their work ethic, everything was bagged and removed within the cramped loft space, all of our floors and hallways were protected at all times and rodent prevention spray was kept inside the loft. All of the insulation was bagged and removed by skip as promised. If you have any similar issues we would highly recommend PGH and hope that if you do employ them that you get Andreas and Keir! We also had good communication with the PGH Office and surveyor Anthony.

A job well done. I'm the first to get overly frustrated with an inability to talk to a person directly when engaging with any service provider but that cannot be said of Laura in the office at PGH. She was true to her word. When she said she'd ring back......she did. She was informed, easy to engage with and a definite plus as a point of first engagement with this firm. The technicians turned up on time and the job was done professionally with minimal fuss and disruption. In the course of the works I met Dan, Emily and Andre all of whom were excellent and dealt with the pests such that they are no longer a problem to me. I did have reason to ask for one small piece of work to be done again and the resulting communication and follow up service was prompt, hassle free and without any quibbling which was refreshing. I have no hesitation in recommending PGH and their team for what sadly now seems to an all too common a problem with rodent and pest control. Thank you.

We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. They were an absolute pleasure to meet and their love and knowledge of bees shone through. The whole process was made easy by Anthony who had arranged the quote and the visit. We had a wasps nest that was causing some issues, I had been stung a couple of times, and wasps were entering our neighbours property. Steve was able to come out in about an hour from me first calling, got straight in there and sorted out. He was also able to remove the nest, and even took the time to show it to us, and gave a little talk on wasps, their nests and how they work. Great job, and a lovely chap - thank you very much!

Had a problem with a nasty little Rat, thought he’d move in and keep warm. I tried with traps and poison but had no luck. Gave DKG a call, they understood the problem straight away, came round promptly and decided on a plan to oust the little sod. After first visit I was assured he’d solve the problem and within a few days I didn’t hear any more scratching and scraping, with 3 visits in total, No more Rat! Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. The evening before we were due to host an important family event, we found a deer corpse had been left on our boundary by Humane Dispatch. Having received no luck with the authorities, we looked for assistance online and found HW. John came out without complaint on a Friday night and removed the carcass for us. He also followed up with advice on how to remove the smell. A very good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company

Very friendly and professional - called them out to deal with some wasps in the loft and they came out same day. The man who came to do the nest was really knowledgeable and even gave me some advice on the mice we sometimes get in the garden, which seems to have helped a lot. The wasps in the loft seem to be gone for good now, and there was no mess or anything, so it's a huge relief. Thank you for your quick service, will definitely be using Brand Pest Control again!

Had these guys come out for a wasp nest in our garden, with one treatment it killed the nest. Person who came round (sorry forgot her name) was really nice and gave advice to keep kids away as well as any dogs for a few hours after.
