I highly recommend the business. Steve was very professional with a friendly, approachable manner. He explained everything fully and visited promptly after my call and worked around my availability to be home, for him to gain access. I no longer have a mouse in my loft. Steve also provided a solution for future proofing against more 'visitors'.

Excellent service from Steve - he was able to attend our house very quickly and it was immediately obvious he was an expert! We had a wasps nest under some decking in the garden and Steve did what he could be after a couple of days the wasps were back. This time I removed some of the decking and Steve kindly returned to do a further treatment now he could access way more of the site. A very professional and friendly service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve.

Warren came after we had a mouse problem. He identified the entry point and put up bait around the house. He recommended we put mouse mesh guards around the house and after capturing the mouse via a trap we haven't had any more issues. Our house feels more secure now! Warren is very friendly and having 3 visits through his service is recommended to ensure no more activity within the house.

The business has used Combat Pest Solutions for 18 months now. We contacted the company when we found some unwelcome guests! Warren came very promptly and had the problem under control very quickly. He visits regularly and is great at giving updates. We have recommended him to many people and we will continue to do so!

Warren was brilliant, very friendly and fast to respond to any questions. Contacted him Sunday evening he came out the next day to do an inspection of the problem. Then was able to start the treatment that day. Brilliant price as was been quoted double from other compainies. We would recommend Warren he knows his stuff and gave us lots of tips to make sure we hopefully get rid of the bugs for good.

I Work for a lettings company in Reading and have been using Warren at Combat Pest Solutions for the last 5 months. Fantastic service, we called early morning as very worried about smell in our house. Adrian was happy to advise on the phone what we could do but we opted for his option to visit. Given the urgency he arrived within 3 hours and quickly located and removed a dead rat from the wall. He then did a thorough site survey and left non-toxic bait to ensure there are no further problems. Professional and caring service and would highly recommend.

Adrian has been fantastic from start to finish. I contacted him just before Christmas (on a Sunday) due to a rat issue that was causing a great deal of stress and despite his busy schedule he made time to come out and investigate the next day. He kept me informed of his ETA on the day (due to an early appointment taking longer than anticipated) which was greatly appreciated and when he arrived, he got to work straight away. Adrian assessed the issue and explained the situation clearly to myself and my neighbour. He talked through the options available to deal with the issue and the pros and cons of both options so we could make an informed decision on how best to proceed. Adrian also offered some valuable advice on how to try and prevent any further issues arising in the future. If you are looking for an experienced professional, who is polite, turns up when they say will, always keeps you informed and gets the job done then look no further than Adrian. I honestly cannot recommend Adrian highly enough. He was patient and empathetic in what I can only describe as an incredibly stressful situation and was always happy to talk through any concerns I had. Tommy has another fan! Booking online went fine, Tommy turned up promptly within the allocated time slot I was given and although both the wasps nest and the hornets nest were very difficult to get to, he managed to get to them safely and carry out what he needed to do. I'm happy to recommend the company to anyone looking for a first class job at a competitive price.

We had a rat issue in our loft and cavity walls for a while now and tried other pest control companies and various DIY pest products but didn't solve our problem. We contacted Countrywide and Kurt came out originally he did an amazing job identifying where the breach was and acted swiftly this included our neighbours property. We had two further visits from Lewis who is so knowledgeable and approachable he put our minds at rest that the issue has been finally solved. I will recommend Countrywide for all pest issues. Tony was absolutely diligent in his approach. He meticulously and successfully pursued his plan to find the entry and exit points used by the rodents, employing phosphorescent powder to track following a camera survey of the sewer system, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this company, and Tony specifically, unreservedly. So very different to the usual attitude of put poison down, go away, return, put down more poison and charge a fortune for the privilege!

Martin gave me a very personable and professional service today regarding a wasps nest which needed treating. He arrived punctually, is clearly very experienced and dealt with this quickly, calmly and efficiently. Michael came quickly after we called about a rat nest in our rockery. He explained clearly what he would do for a single fee, and that he would visit weekly until the problem is resolved. It took a total of 7 visits (arriving promptly at the arranged time) before he was able to declare himself satisfied that the problem was solved! I had a rat problem under my decking. I called Broadsword and spoke with Michael. He quoted for his services (very competitive price) and came to check the issue without delay. Confirmed a plan of action and delivered to it. Detailed job sheets and a detailed explanation of the work he was going to do and set my expectations. All very clear, informed and professional. I have been really impressed with how Michael from Broadsword Pest Control dealt with my tenants' rat infestation. The service is professional and competitively priced and Michael is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the treatment. But the most unique feature of this company is that there is no limit on the number of visits they are prepared to arrange.
