Tony was absolutely diligent in his approach. He meticulously and successfully pursued his plan to find the entry and exit points used by the rodents, employing phosphorescent powder to track following a camera survey of the sewer system, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this company, and Tony specifically, unreservedly. So very different to the usual attitude of put poison down, go away, return, put down more poison and charge a fortune for the privilege!

Quick response to my initial enquiry about pigeons roosting in my porch alcoves and Tony was able to come and carry out the proposed fix very soon after. Work carried out professionally. Tony was very knowledgeable about pigeons and their habits and we discussed ways to avoid them returning.

I Work for a lettings company in Reading and have been using Warren at Combat Pest Solutions for the last 5 months. We have found him to be very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable regarding all pests. So far we have used him for problems with rats, squirrels and flies. Each time the problems have been resolved very quickly. We would defiantly recommend Warren to anyone with a Pest problem.

Warren was brilliant, very friendly and fast to respond to any questions. Contacted him Sunday evening he came out the next day to do an inspection of the problem. Then was able to start the treatment that day. Brilliant price as was been quoted double from other compainies. We would recommend Warren he knows his stuff and gave us lots of tips to make sure we hopefully get rid of the bugs for good.

Warren came after we had a mouse problem. He identified the entry point and put up bait around the house. He recommended we put mouse mesh guards around the house and after capturing the mouse via a trap we haven't had any more issues. Our house feels more secure now! Warren is very friendly and having 3 visits through his service is recommended to ensure no more activity within the house.

Excellent service from Steve - he was able to attend our house very quickly and it was immediately obvious he was an expert! We had a wasps nest under some decking in the garden and Steve did what he could be after a couple of days the wasps were back. This time I removed some of the decking and Steve kindly returned to do a further treatment now he could access way more of the site. A very professional and friendly service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve.

He explained everything fully and visited promptly after my call and worked around my availability to be home, for him to gain access. I no longer have a mouse in my loft. Had a rat in the loft for several weeks and couldn't catch it with my traps. Called Steve from Thames Valley Pest control and he came out within a few days. (Probably could have been sooner, but I was working) Steve was really friendly and sorted our rat problem with just one visit, he still came back for the following two visits to check everything was ok and make sure no other furry friends were up in the loft. Gave suggestions on how to prevent more coming in and he even visited the neighbours to see if the entry point was next door. TLDR. Fantastic, would highly recommend.

Booking online went fine, Tommy turned up promptly within the allocated time slot I was given and although both the wasps nest and the hornets nest were very difficult to get to, he managed to get to them safely and carry out what he needed to do. Michael came quickly after we called about a rat nest in our rockery. He explained clearly what he would do for a single fee, and that he would visit weekly until the problem is resolved. It took a total of 7 visits (arriving promptly at the arranged time) before he was able to declare himself satisfied that the problem was solved! I have been really impressed with how Michael from Broadsword Pest Control dealt with my tenants' rat infestation. I started to use a bird feeder and the feed went into the ground. Thought nothing if it. Then the rats arrived burrowing next to the feeder. Called Michael who came quickly. He explained the humane process clearly and obviously knows his topic. His treatment is safe with dogs about if a little common sense is applied. 4 visits for one fee. Rats gone.
