Booking online went fine, Tommy turned up promptly within the allocated time slot I was given and although both the wasps nest and the hornets nest were very difficult to get to, he managed to get to them safely and carry out what he needed to do. We had a rat issue in our loft and cavity walls for a while now and tried other pest control companies and various DIY pest products but didn't solve our problem.
