Martin was very professional and friendly, in responding to our call about a wasp nest in the shed. They were able to come out the next day and very efficiently deal with the issue. Ash went and above beyond to help us each time we have had an issue (once with mice and another with rats). He clearly loves what he does and is interested in getting to the heart of the problem rather than a quick temporary fix. He arrived punctually, is clearly very experienced and dealt with this quickly, calmly and efficiently.
