Nat was recommended to me by a friend to help with a rodent problem. He was extremely helpful and efficient, as well as being a really nice bloke. Nat carried out a full survey of the house and garden, investigating any possible access points and explaining how rodents move around and how they may have got in. He laid some dog-friendly bait in one area and some stronger bait in another area and explained how it would work and what to expect - including any smell. He even recommended things I could buy to help with the smell. He also made some recommendations of actions to be taken at possible access sites to prevent the problem reoccurring. A lovely man providing an excellent all-round service. I can highly recommend.

Discussed options, recommended and installed a physical barrier to prevent ongoing rat burrowing underneath a concrete plinth by our garage. Jonathan was easy to work with, completed the work as expected, on time and to the estimated cost, and he left the place neat and tidy. He has also offered a follow up when he is next passing to check that all is well.

Would highly recommend Jonathan for any pest control support you need. My parents used him a few years ago at their house and he helped them tackle their issue very quickly as well as easing everyone’s anxieties around the problem. We have now used him in our house and he has been extremely helpful at helping us be rodent free. He’s extremely knowledgeable, has time and loads of Patience! We called Jonathan in the morning and explained our situation, that we had inherited a flea issue from the previous tenants in a new property we had just moved into. He was extremely helpful and professional and came that day at no extra cost. We often messaged him for advice and had a lot of issues with our estate agents which he helped out and supported us with. I have contacted Jonathan on a few occasions regarding pests in my home. He is extremely professional and always finds the cause of the problem. He found a hole in my house and even went to buy materials to fill the hole then and there for me. He always follows up his work a few days later to check the issue is resolved or if any further support is needed. And he was happy to answer my many questions I had! I was very surprised when receiving my invoice as it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time he spent sorting treatment and filling holes for me! I can not thank him enough!

Thought we had roaches. Contacted Lee and sent him a photo which he identified as crickets. He advised us what to get and do. Lee attended our property to assist in the removal of a family of rats 🐀. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in setting bait traps. He returned 3 times each after a couple of weeks to check and was happy after the third visit that the problem had been resolved. After being impressed by Craig’s website and reviews, I contacted him about a wasp’s nest at my yard. He called back within the hour and was able to book me in for an appointment a couple of days later to fit in with my work schedule. The wasps nest turned out to be a hornet’s nest and after discussing my dilemma of fumigating the nest (it was important to know I was doing this for the correct reasons and for the protection of our horses and visitors), it was done quickly and humanely. Just moved into a new home on the Island and immediately had a problem with bees. We called Coast to Coast Pest Control and Daryl was here in under half an hour. Fantastic service! Amazing service, solved the rodent problem on day 1, but continued to provide followup visits to ensure no further activity. Thorrough and detail focused. When he couldn't find the entry point on my property, went around to all 3 of my neighbours until entry point found and sorted. Despite not working at weekends on one visit, he made the time to provide the service anyway and did so with the same dedication, even though it came out of his personal time. That was definitely much appreciated. Left nothing to chance and we were ALL thrilled with his work. Lovely man, great service, definitely one I am recommending to all my friends. Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.
