Great service. Phoned this morning on behalf of elderly friends and David, who is a lovely genuine guy, popped in and put their minds at rest with regard to a bee problem. Would highly recommend and use again if needed. And thank you to Lynn also.

Lee attended our property to assist in the removal of a family of rats 🐀. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in setting bait traps. He returned 3 times each after a couple of weeks to check and was happy after the third visit that the problem had been resolved. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use again. Lee was always smartly dressed, polite and tidy.

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. Explained everything clearly, said would come back to redo at no cost if found necessary. Very grateful for the quick, efficient and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

Nat arrived within ten minutes of our phone call to deal with a very active wasps nest. Nat was recommended to me by a friend to help with a rodent problem. He was extremely helpful and efficient, as well as being a really nice bloke. Nat carried out a full survey of the house and garden, investigating any possible access points and explaining how rodents move around and how they may have got in. He laid some dog-friendly bait in one area and some stronger bait in another area and explained how it would work and what to expect - including any smell. He even recommended things I could buy to help with the smell. He also made some recommendations of actions to be taken at possible access sites to prevent the problem reoccurring. A lovely man providing an excellent all-round service. I can highly recommend.

I called Good Knight Pest Control out to investigate scratching sounds coming from the loft space. My appointment was made for just 48 hours which was incredible. Traps were laid and I had 3 follow up appointments at no further expense. Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended 👌

Very grateful for Martin's work to resolve a problem with rats in the attic. It was a stressful situation but we instantly felt at ease and comfortable with Martin. Jack is very professional. He identified all vulnerabilities and placed the bait for the rats. I can highly recommend him to everyone who needs pest control. Wasps nest on boat. Nasty little things. Having talked to “large” firms who were difficult and very expensive rang Mark on Monday night. Over to us 12 hours later and job done. Really efficient and really friendly. Would thoroughly recommend him and the team.

After being impressed by Craig’s website and reviews, I contacted him about a wasp’s nest at my yard. He called back within the hour and was able to book me in for an appointment a couple of days later to fit in with my work schedule. The wasps nest turned out to be a hornet’s nest and after discussing my dilemma of fumigating the nest (it was important to know I was doing this for the correct reasons and for the protection of our horses and visitors), it was done quickly and humanely. Amazing service, solved the rodent problem on day 1, but continued to provide followup visits to ensure no further activity. Thorrough and detail focused. When he couldn't find the entry point on my property, went around to all 3 of my neighbours until entry point found and sorted. Despite not working at weekends on one visit, he made the time to provide the service anyway and did so with the same dedication, even though it came out of his personal time. That was definitely much appreciated. Left nothing to chance and we were ALL thrilled with his work. Lovely man, great service, definitely one I am recommending to all my friends. Amazing service. Came out to investigate noises in ceiling of ground floor flat and found no entrance point. Ensured they tried traps at suspected entrance points - the one under the bath was the one - something the previous pest control never tried. Friendly and personable and even followed up to ensure everything was okay before re-visiting to remove the caught pests. First class service.
