Excellent service. We had a reoccurring problem with rats in the attic - Latham Pest Control were the only company to finally resolve the problem. They worked out how the rats were getting in, successfully got rid of them and advised on preventing their return. I am pleased to say that 18 months later - still no more rats!! Extremely efficient and good value service. The guy came out the day after I contacted him, laid some bait and showed me where the rats were entering the house. Two follow-up visits were included in the initial price, and I'm happy to say that the rat problem has gone. Highly recommended.

I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.

After being impressed by Craig’s website and reviews, I contacted him about a wasp’s nest at my yard. He called back within the hour and was able to book me in for an appointment a couple of days later to fit in with my work schedule. The wasps nest turned out to be a hornet’s nest and after discussing my dilemma of fumigating the nest (it was important to know I was doing this for the correct reasons and for the protection of our horses and visitors), it was done quickly and humanely. Craig is so knowledgeable and professional and such a super chap as well. I would not hesitate in recommending his services to others. P.S. and excellent prices.........

The communication, swift action, expertise..and understanding has seen us through a very difficult time with 'unwanted visitors' after a failed diy attempt to rid ourselves of the problem. We called Bentley Environmental Services having gotten a less than speedy timeframe from the council and we’re so glad we did. I had used a spray foam as it meant I could try from a distance. There was no way I was going into the attic! George was able to come out to us the very same day to deal with a wasp issue in our attic. Our 13month daughter had been stung twice in the space of 24hours. The nest was sorted from inside the attic and outside the house so we’re very confident they will be eradicated. We had a problem with rats, lots of them and getting increasingly bold. Dave came out and quickly identified that the problem was not just in our garden but our neighbours as well, the rats were visiting our pond but nesting in other areas. I have had a rat problem for years and have tried many pest control companies before but the problem continued. I called Winchester Pest Control and they dealt with the problem straight away and found where the rats were getting in to the property and advised us what to do to stop the rats getting in in future.
