Russell did an amazing job installing our new fence, he gave us lots of guidance on using concrete gravel boards to retain the soil in our deeper borders. The quote we received was very competitively priced and he worked very hard for the time it took to install. We are very pleased with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Aiden and his assistant completed the garden maintenance just as I had asked. I am very pleased with the outcome, especially the irrigation system he installed at his suggestion. Aiden and his assistant did a great job sorting out my garden, trimming the brambles, weeds, mowing the lawn and just a general clean up. Aidan and his colleague completed some work for us today and they were fantastic. Work included trimming some very high laurel that my tools can’t reach and clearing out an area of the garden. They arrived promptly, were very efficient and removed every single leaf left behind! It was nice to see them with proper protective gear aswell. We’ll no doubt be using them every year from now on if they don’t become too popular!

Winchester Landscapes has completed two projects for us, six years apart. The enduring quality of the first project, the repaving of a courtyard, led us to choose the firm for the second project, the hard landscaping of a new patio, gradual steps to our garden and paving. Simon took time to listen to what I wanted done in my garden. His quote gave a clear and itemized breakdown of the costs. Access was difficult, and the team was careful to protect our property. There was no collateral damage in spite of some large equipment being brought onto site. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. A very stress free project!

We moved to a house with a garden which was totally overgrown. Simon and Mike have totally transformed it, coming in under budget ! We have found Winchester Landscapes reliable, friendly, very competent and imaginative. We would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future. We employed Martin to trim the overgrown Laurel hedge at the rear of our garden and replace the rotten fence with all new timber fixed to existing concrete spur posts. All work was done in an efficient manner with the site tidied and all waste removed. We are delighted with the final result and would recommend Martin for any similar types of work.

Martin quoted to replace some Garden fence panels which had been damaged during recent high winds. We accepted the quote and he carried out the work within a few days to an excellent standard. We hope to use his services again for other work in our garden.

Christmas time fence posts broken due to wood root the fence looked like she was about to give up, I Mcguyvered it at the time tying it to everything I could find worrying about how long it would last. In comes Martin and team and does a fantastic job, removing the old posts including the bases dug deep into concrete, replaces the posts and stabilised the fence.. Looks so much safer now. He kept the work so clean too. Thanks Martin!

The pics don’t show the hard work that went into this but basically there were multiple dead shrubs and ivy and it looked like an abomination, completely overgrown. The friendly, professional service is great, thoroughly recommend these guys 👏

We have been using South Coast Gardeners for weeding and lawn cutting on a regular basis since the business was first established. Ali & Charlie have a strong work ethic. Nothing is too much trouble. Took a gamble going by reviews only to sort out a gardener for my daughters allotment while she was away. Started of with quick response to my communication. Jeff arranged photos of the allotment as i am on the Isle of Wight which then allowed me to give accurate information on what needed doing. I am so pleased with the transformation these guys did to my garden. They listened to my ideas and came up with a design that ticked all the boxes. We modified the design a little as we went, and nothing was a problem. They worked through the awful weather of winter 23/spring 24 and I had a garden that everyone was blown away by Easter. A few weeks ago the team came in to clear my garden and cut down trees, it was raining and I don’t have a side gate so had to be taken through the house. Was really impressed with the care taken of my place, putting plastic down on the floor and creating minimal mess.
