Highly recommend Glorious Gardens Son & Co! Straight from the start they were extremely polite and very knowledgeable about what they were doing which gave me confidence with them doing my garden. They cleared all the leaves, cut all the hedges and striped the lawn perfectly. I was extremely happy with their visit so I got them back to do a fencing job for me which they absolutely smashed. Everything was done to perfection! They definitely take pride in their work and couldn’t recommend them enough!

My garden looks absolutely beautiful. I had my patio and fences done with beautiful block paving which makes my garden look so big and lovely even fencing! I've worked with Aylwin over the past 18 months. We'd not long moved into a house with a garden that was best described as a 'blank canvas'. Aylwin worked with my wife and me to develop an initial detailed layout for the garden, prepared detailed planting plans for the various areas of the garden, purchased the plants and then planted them. He's now helping me on an ad hoc basis to manage the garden, my gardening skills being sadly lacking. I can't speak highly enough of the work that Aylwin has done for us. We now have a wonderful garden that we absolutely love and find easy to maintain.

Review of Beyond the Borders Garden Design, Alton, Hampshire. Excellent design work at a fair price. Aylwin is very approachable and knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping. Our brief had several constraints including an old concrete rainwater collection system, various different levels, and plants to conserve . Aylwin took on board our requirements and produced a design using clay pavers which managed to draw everything together and complement the garden and house.

Aylwin created a beautiful, dreamy cottage garden for us and we can’t thank him enough - it’s like a scaled-up version of a Chelsea Garden Show display. We’re so proud of it and everyone loves it. His knowledge of design (and plants, colour, and what plants would thrive) and what suits and looks high-end is outstanding. Without wishing to sound transactional it’s made such a difference to our house value too. He took everything we asked for on-board and worked with us on details when we wanted it. He also did necessary communication/ diplomacy with our neighbours! Aylwin is total design star and we’re so grateful to him for working for us.

We live in a country house with a 1 acre garden in rural Hampshire which was full of uninteresting and overgrown shrubs and lacked the country cottage feel and form we were looking for. Faith provided us with a full 3D design and planting plan for different areas of our garden which helped us visualise what it could look like. She came up with new ideas for features and inclusions we would not have thought of ourselves and had great connections with good quality manufacturers and suppliers we would not have considered. Faith and her team then worked incredibly hard to plant up 100s of plants in two days in the wind and rain! Faith is exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about all things horticulture and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others requiring direction and vision for their country garden.

I don't have much of a garden so booked the bulb planting workshop whereby we would prepare a pot with bulbs in layers to enjoy the following spring. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Faith at My Country Garden - we received a warm welcome and a really interesting and clear presentation before getting to work, with everything we needed already laid out. The end result was gorgeous - many weeks of ever-changing shapes and colour, made all the more gratifying knowing I'd planted it up myself. Faith not only knows her stuff but is a charming and well organised workshop host.

Shout-out to Faith for designing planting plans for three of our borders and doing the actual planting too. Our sorry looking bare borders had been a source of stress for us for way too long as they needed doing but I just didn’t feel confident with what plants to choose and how to best fill them. Faith did a brill job with the design, ordering the plants, improving the soil and planting hundreds(?) of beautiful plants into the borders with her lovely team. For us, the planting itself would have taken weeks probably, Faith and the team did it very efficiently in two days. We are so relieved it’s now done – well worth the money spent! – and happy with how they look now. And they are only getting better as the plants establish over winter and start growing and blooming next spring and summer. Can’t wait to see that! Thank you Faith!

I couldn’t speak more highly of the Wentworth team, who did full landscaping of our front garden including driveway extension (matching new gates provided by the sister company), front pathway, new turf, planting of large trees and laying cable for lighting. The service we received throughout was excellent - fast quote, reasonable and transparent pricing (no overruns), regular communication and visits to site from Rob, hard working and friendly on-site team, and very knowledgeable input into our designs and approach to make sure the work lasts for the long term. DK Landscaping removed an existing brick wall and shrubbery to create a wider driveway for us. They installed gabions to retain the bank, infilled with topsoil and planted laurels. Dec communicated well throughout the project, letting us know what to expect and when material deliveries would be made. The team worked tidily and efficiently and were easy to have around. Dec came over to discuss options. He researched and planned to ensure drainage issues managed. He and his team then created a beautiful rear patio with additional lawn edging and retaining wall. The work was done to a high standard over 3 weeks with minimal disruption and I am delighted with the result. He is returning soon to complete the final touches and level up and reseed the lawn.
