Barry came out the day after storm took down fences. Great quote and could start within 7 days. Guys turned up at 08.20 and set about with close board panels slotted concrete posts and concrete gravel boards. Took away all spoil and the guys were polite and considerate to our neighbours gardens

Planning and designing a new garden is both an exciting and daunting experience in equal measure. We spent a lot of time searching for a garden designer who had creative flair, brilliant plant knowledge and above all we could relate to. Claire fulfilled all our brief and then some. She spent a lot of time listening to us and asking all the right questions to help us realise our dream. From design through to implementation Claire was always on hand to answer our questions. Kelvin and his team did a great job re turfing our garden and it’s a massive improvement. They spent an hour after the work was completed tidying and cleaning the patio which was appreciated. The aftercare provided was also very helpful and well explained, would highly recommend.

I am absolutely delighted with my garden, and cannot recommend Simon of Orchard Garden Design strongly enough. Every step of the process was enjoyable. In the early stages, Simon took great care to understand my likes, dislikes, colour and style preferences. His design is innovative, fun, and better than I could have hoped for. Simon really went the extra mile. For example, I asked that we not have any plants that are toxic to cats. Not only did he exclude the toxic list, but he also took care not to include any plants that could potentially be dangerous to cats (it's a very long list!). He also went to select the rocks in person to ensure that they are the right shade and size for the garden. I was also surprised to learn that almost every plant in the garden flowers, and Simon selected them so that I have something new popping up almost every week of the summer! Simon always gave me options, and explained the implications. I always felt very much part of the process. My garden is now growing, and Simon has kept in touch, giving advice as the plants mature. I don't have much of a garden so booked the bulb planting workshop whereby we would prepare a pot with bulbs in layers to enjoy the following spring. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Faith at My Country Garden - we received a warm welcome and a really interesting and clear presentation before getting to work, with everything we needed already laid out. The end result was gorgeous - many weeks of ever-changing shapes and colour, made all the more gratifying knowing I'd planted it up myself. Faith not only knows her stuff but is a charming and well organised workshop host.

We live in a country house with a 1 acre garden in rural Hampshire which was full of uninteresting and overgrown shrubs and lacked the country cottage feel and form we were looking for. Faith provided us with a full 3D design and planting plan for different areas of our garden which helped us visualise what it could look like. She came up with new ideas for features and inclusions we would not have thought of ourselves and had great connections with good quality manufacturers and suppliers we would not have considered. Faith and her team then worked incredibly hard to plant up 100s of plants in two days in the wind and rain! Faith is exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about all things horticulture and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others requiring direction and vision for their country garden.

Shout-out to Faith for designing planting plans for three of our borders and doing the actual planting too. Our sorry looking bare borders had been a source of stress for us for way too long as they needed doing but I just didn’t feel confident with what plants to choose and how to best fill them. Faith did a brill job with the design, ordering the plants, improving the soil and planting hundreds(?) of beautiful plants into the borders with her lovely team. For us, the planting itself would have taken weeks probably, Faith and the team did it very efficiently in two days. We are so relieved it’s now done – well worth the money spent! – and happy with how they look now. And they are only getting better as the plants establish over winter and start growing and blooming next spring and summer. Can’t wait to see that! Thank you Faith!

Nigel, Sam and Jack have just completed their 2nd major project for us, redesigning & laying a fantastic new driveway. I had an issue with my neighbour having Japanese Knotweed and bamboo. I had a few suggestions from 3 companies and went for Your Eco Gardener. They have a specialist, and I felt quite safe with the advice. They installed a special barrier along my property, which is meant to stop the bamboo coming over to my side. The work was done and looks tidy (although I'm no expert). Hopefully, it'll do the job! Thank you all so much.

Contacted Benn and the team and they managed to fit me in so much quicker than expected and they did a great job in trimming my hedge for a great price. Highly recommend and will be using them again.
