James & Luke have helped us out quite a few times over the years and they consistently provide a high quality, affordable and efficient service. They are always professional with the bonus that they turn up when they say they will! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am happy to commend the attitude, courtesy, workmanship and tidyness of the workman on our shower installation, we couldn’t have asked for better. I would have been absolutely lost with out Luke .He went several extra miles to make sure I had heating and water after I foolishly did not register my boiler for warranty.luke sorted it all out quickly ! Our old boiler finally stopped worked in December 2019. With no spare parts available JP plumbing fitted a new one at short notice and a reasonable price. Very professional and helpful throughout.

Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.
