Had to give 5 stars because you can't give 6! Dan is an excellent plumber who responds quickly and clearly to any requests. We agreed a time and price. He arrived bang on time and did the job for the agreed price. No fuss, no bother. Can't fault him. Photo shows new valve fitted by today. A small job perhaps but important.

I used this company for the first time based on recommendation. Their service from booking in, to the engineer attending site was faultless. The engineer was particularly helpful and as he had not been to me previously, advised me what additional work needs doing over the next few months but did not try the hard sell at all. Whole process was made pain free from start to finish! Their office lady that took my call was polite and direct with how they could help, their guys showed up an hour later and got my drain cleared really quickly and gave me advice how to stop it happening again! They didn’t charge the earth either! Id definitely recommend!

Really happy, had a blockage called 3 drainage companies and had no interest then called southern drainage with me in 3 hours. Not only cleared the blockage but prevented the problem in the future by relining the pipe on the same day. Good value, reliable and quick. Definetly recommended.

Julian arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem we were having with our Megaflo unvented system. Ordered the appropriate parts and returned a day later to fit them restoring good pressure to hot & cold taps in through the home, something that had been lacking for sometime. We are delighted with his work, his attitude and professionalism and can thoroughly recommend him.

Great service received by Tommy at Drain Division in Peterborough. He was professional , friendly and efficient. He explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He surveyed and checked the whole drain with a camera and gladly showed me the end result. I was impressed with the service and the company offer 5% discount for NHS workers which Tommy kindly discounted from the final cost which was quite high ( main reason why I didn't give 5 star rating. .) But all in all a very good service . Thank you
