Had a boiler fault, managed to fit in same day, quickly fix the fault and do boiler service at the same time! Dave was very polite, respectful of our home and did a great job.

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

Mike is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We wouldn't use anyone else for all of our plumbing needs. Mike has done everything from fitting new (difficult) bathrooms, general plumbing works (kitchen sink / waste / stack) to heating / boiler systems and have been impressed with the service provided throughout each time we've used him (10 plus times). From requesting an estimate for a new boiler and storage tank to final installation took 7 days. These guys are brilliant. Joe who did the initial survey and prepared the estimate was there at the end to oversee the final works. Luke and his able assistant Humphrey kept us informed at every stage of the installation and were thoroughly true to the company name and where professional throughout the 2 days it took to complete the work. Omar is a true professional in his field and is very methodical in his approach to the work. We had a pump change, radiator thermostats fitted and the whole system flushed to clean out the years of debris and sludge. Clear, precise and courteous.

I just really must post to say how much I appreciate the work done by the T&H team. We recently bought our first home and the bathrooms needed some work.. the main had to be completely gutted and replaced with a new bathroom and the downstairs needed some tiling and new sink. I got great support and advice about the options and they did a superb wet room for us in the main, Our dream setup. They also helped me out with small odd jobs such as plumbing for a washing machine in the garage and some kitchen sink issues. They have alot of experience and honestly do try and recommend the best solutions. Most importantly they make charges clear up front, talk through costs and found them to be very good value compared to alternatives I was looking at which were costing an arm and a leg... pricing is very reasonable in my view. They also don't disappear if there is an issue. Had a problem in the main bathroom a few months later and they returned and fixed it free of charge. Anything I need done plumbing wise don't hesitate to try them out you won't be disappointed! Will try to dig out the photos of before and after and share here.

I contacted C & M due to a leak appearing on the kitchen ceiling from the bathroom above. Attended the property when they said they would and worked hard to try and identify the source of the leak, which wasn’t easy as most of the pipe work was hard to get to. From start to finish, the job took about 2 hours. Really impressed with the work - clean, thorough and the leak was fixed. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Very good communications amongst me, the office manager and the person ordering the materials and doing the work. I needed advice on the best domestic twin (hot and cold) water pump replacement and also some tech help with vibration and noise. Thoroughly recommend John and his team. We had a major issue caused by another plumber which left us without heating and Lamberts Installations sorted it promptly and with very little disruption. They were tidy, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will be using them again and would not hesitate in recommending them.
