Recently had Emmett rip out and replace a family bathroom and en suite. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. We were not let down once and had constant communication throughout. Emmet is extremely trustworthy and I was extremely happy with the value for money I paid after seeing the finished bathrooms. Could not recommend Emmet enough to others.

Outstanding. Emmett has brilliant attention to detail and is backed up by a wonderful team of subcontractors for electrics, plastering, tiling etc. who are all great at what they do. Clean, tidy and trustworthy, a pleasure to work with.

I have used David's services many times over 6+ years because of the high quality of his work. In no particular order he has moved our boiler, serviced/repaired it, done first and second fix plumbing and carried out various repairs. Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

Thank you so much to Platinum Plumbing for helping us out on more than one occasion now. We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. They offered options, helping us pick a good deal to suit our budget. They worked hard to instal as quick as possible to get our home heated again and left our house tidy and mess free when they were finished. Communication is great, and invoicing is clear. My family have used them for years so they are well trusted and we won’t use any other company now.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. No more carrying a muddy cocker up the stairs to have the bathroom walls spattered. Job left clean & tidy and is used most days. Would highly recommend Platinum for your plumbing needs.

Adam visited my home to give me some very useful advice after a plumbing emergency. Joe and Adam later completed several bits of work, advising me of the best options. The work was completed to a high standard and I'd have no hesitation in using them again. Bev as well was very helpful throughout.
