Dave is a great service provider as he was able to help me repair my shower head issue. He did not even have to get into my place and just gave me advice on how to deal with my problem. Without any fee for his professional advice, Dave did not hesitate to help me. I would recommend Dave and his business to anyone who seeks plumbing services!

Superb. Stepped in to finish the job a big name couldn't do that had left us without a shower. He came in cold, not knowing what had been done before and just set to work fixing the issue. Needed an emergency callout due to leaky pipe. Dave arrived very quickly and mangaged to fix the problem on the spot.

Used Dave now on several occasions, recently due to an escape of water from the bath effecting the house electrics . Same day attendance Dave had it sorted , later replacement of mixer tap , always honest and reasonably priced . Electric shower replaced a few months ago Wouldn’t contact anyone else when it comes to plumbing issues . Just arranged for Dave to sort out an issue in my father’s house .

They do an excellent job at a very fair price and don’t try to add extras on. An example of that was some extra insulation which he said was cheaper from Amazon and gave me the spec to get it myself. We called APS for a fault on our gas heating system in our industrial unit in Newbury. Best call I ever made after being let down by several other local companies in the area. From the lovely lady in the office who booked me in to the engineer that attended site I really couldn’t fault them at all! So refreshing and I will most definitely be using them, not only at work but at home as well.

Highly recommend this company. They sent a team out to fix our immersion leak within an hour and a half of phoning, did a great job, and were cheaper than the British Gas quote we’d had.

James Brownell came to check our water tank which had a slow leak. He treated the job with the same sense of urgency as if it was his own water tank. He took our stress away and we got a quote for a replacement that was nearly half the price of another exorbitant quote. The job was done within hours of our call with this company. I can't praise James highly enough and many thanks to the admin staff who arranged to send him out. Having just come back from holiday still suffering from jet lag with water coming through our ceiling, he was a lifesaver.

I had APS Plumbing out yesterday to supply and fit a water tank etc in my new dog grooming salon. Steve who carried out the work is one of the nicest and friendliest guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. So polite and wow did he know his stuff. He was here for most of the day. I supplied him with plenty of tea and he just kept going!! I'm so chuffed its all done and certainly looks the part. It is so straightforward to use too!! Rob is doing a great job. My house has a complicated problem with the water pipes after installing the washing machine, there was a very bad leaking. Rob fixed the problem and I am really appreciated .

I've used Rob a couple of times now. Most lately when we had a very leaky mains pipe. He responded immediately and fixed the issue within a hour or so. He is very professional, knows his stuff and is very reasonable. Will definitely be using him again.

I chose this particular plumber because I read the reviews and this influenced my decision. I gave Rob a call, told him I had 2 toilets that needed attention and a dripping kitchen tap. He said he would fit me in later that day and within an hour he rang back to say he could call round straight away. He was really pleasant and friendly. Within the hour he had sorted problems with my 2 toilets. One had stopped flushing and the other needed new toilet flush buttons fitting as they kept jamming. By now I thought he might have been a bit fed up; but he was ready to tackle my dripping kitchen tap next. He said I’d need a new tap so my immediate thought was that this won’t be done for a while, so I was really pleased when he said he carried spares and appeared in minutes with a new tap. Hey presto! in no time at all it was all done. Whilst in my bathroom he noticed that the sink stopper was broken and he fixed that too. When it came to payment I thought he was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Rob and as he left I told him I was putting him on speed dial in case something else went wrong. So thanks Rob for coming to my rescue and doing such brilliant work.

Had a gas leak just my side of the gas meter, over a few days I called many Gas Safe engineers found on the Gas Safe register but all weren't interested or couldn't come for some days, but seeing I had had the gas cut off on a cold Novembers day leaving us with no heating or oven I continued to try, eventually found Clive who said he would call that evening, however he called mid afternoon and immediately too on the job, which necessitated chiselling a channel in the hallway wall to get access to the leaking joint. 2 Hours later the job was done and the necessary damage made to the wall was left in a condition that I am able to make good myself. Clive was quick and efficient and clearly new exactly what he was doing, he had all the right tools and lengths of pipe and unions etc so no disappearing to buy something he needed. He supplied me with test certificates and confirmed all the house gas appliances fully working. He didn't stop during his time here cept for a few slurps of tea. His invoice was acceptable considering his quick response, his work ethic and skills were worth every penny. I'll definitely keep Clive's number.
