Excellent service from APS Ltd. Clear communication from the offset and nice to speak to human beings rather than queue to speak to a chatbot. Our installer, Daniel, did an excellent job and explained everything in a straightforward manner and cleaned up after himself. This experience reminded me that going local on a friend's recommendation is often the best choice rather than going for one of the "big boys" with a flashy website. Shout out to Tanya too!

Simon and the guys at The Friendly Oil Boiler Service are amazing. They are friendly, which is a bonus, and more important, they are very professional and efficient. They do an excellent job at a very fair price and don’t try to add extras on. An example of that was some extra insulation which he said was cheaper from Amazon and gave me the spec to get it myself. I recommend them very highly.

i called Rob on Saturday morning as we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Rob was able to come early that afternoon at a time that suited us, and within an hour the leak was fixed. Friendly, efficient, tidy and hard-working. Would definitely recommend.

Used Dave now on several occasions, recently due to an escape of water from the bath effecting the house electrics . Same day attendance Dave had it sorted , later replacement of mixer tap , always honest and reasonably priced . Electric shower replaced a few months ago Wouldn’t contact anyone else when it comes to plumbing issues . Just arranged for Dave to sort out an issue in my father’s house .

We have contacted RSK Plumbing and Heating on friend’s recommendations. Robbie responded quickly out of hours, and attended on the next working day. Between him and Dan they identified the problem which was unnoticed by previous plumbers and were able to resolve it quickly. We were really impressed with the response - thank you!!

We’re really pleased with RSK. Have needed them twice recently, once for a leaking toilet and then for a new hot water cylinder. Their prices are fair and they are unfailingly prompt and polite. The toilet mend also needed some follow to action (no fault of theirs) due to a problem with the replacement part. Once again, no fuss resolution. Thoroughly recommended.

My family and I recently moved to a property in Compton and since moving have had ongoing problems with the boiler, along with a whole bunch of other problems including very poor hot water pressure. Rob and Robbie were always very good at coming to the property to help get the old boiler restarted but Rob came up with a proposal to address all plumbing and heating issues in one go, including a finance payment option. Rob and the team (Marcus and Sam) recently completed the works and I could not be happier. The new boiler and vented hot water system works brilliantly (it is so nice having proper water pressure) and the heating system upgrades (including new and additional radiators) make the heating much more efficient and easy to control. Also the guys we very professional and diligent and my wife and I particularly appreciated how well they cleaned up at the end of each day and all the making good works (e.g. re-assembling cabinets they needed to be dismantled etc). So despite the extensive nature of the works they managed to keep disruption to a minimum. I would definitely recommend RSK and they will always be my first call for any future plumbing works.

Good price, but the plumber rounded up extra half hour and a bit unprofessional, it’s less than an hour job, and my husband was helping him but when the time he finished his job, he went back to the van and pretending to got the quote which took him extra 10 mins, he came back just 2 mins excess a hour, eventually he added as an extra half hour for that, we said it’s within a hour(besides he wasn’t here all the hour), he argued saying it’s company policy, surprisingly unprofessional and a bit dishonest. Edit: I appreciate that the company quickly got back to us and offered to refund the extra half hour. While the individual plumber was still not professional (he even asked us to use an extension lead to connect the dishwasher which is dangerous) the staff who got in touch with us was kind and professional
