Excellent service from Lee and Craig. Lee very helpful and was able to advise over the phone how to resolve a traumatic issue. Soon after, Craig came over to repair the waste pipe, which meant digging and sealing everything up. Craig did a great job, and also tidied everything up.

Jason is the most amazing guy , I have used him many times over the years. Got up heating and water not working. Messaged Jason and instant reply asking for details and photos of the system. Five Star all the way . Jason is 100% trustworthy , efficient and honest . He has done a lot of work for me , new boiler which he relocated to a more assessable space and removed all old , not an easy job ! Fitted new shower , again more involved than a straight forward job . But Jason’s advice is sound . He has a great knowledge of most building projects to add to his heating and plumbing knowledge . Make sure you have a good cuppa ready for him too !

I had started to replace my kitchen tap but ran into difficulty and needed urgent help. I rang and Henry came and finished the job professionally and I now have a fully functioning new tap. It was not so straightforward, due to the old fitting, and I would not have been able to do it myself. I would definitely recommend calling Ark Home Care Ltd. Good work and nice people. Yesterday, Christmas Eve, Henry came and saved our lives! The central heating had packed up and we were shivering. Henry arrived quicker than he had estimated and managed to get things fixed by replacing a couple of parts. We are now all warm and very grateful for the help. Cost extra as it's holiday season, but I don't begrudge the extra, having worked nights and holidays myself. Thanks a ton 😊

I have been so thankful that I first met Mark the owner of the Company. The service that he and his team offer is second to none. I have had the pleasure of working with Mark from Ark as I call him , one of my contractors for some years now and can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. He always seems to come up with innovative solutions, where others would say , oh you need a new one ! He searches for a cost effective solution and follows up to ensure that all is working perfectly, from boilers , to hot water systems he is always on hand to give advice and complete satisfaction. I had an issue with a faulty valve that disabled my central heating in the middle of the Christmas holiday period. Mark agreed to come over very quickly the same day I contacted him and replaced the valve under warranty. Excellent service just before winter really kicked in !

Outstanding Service from OnTrack Heating! We recently had OnTrack Heating sort out our underfloor heating, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the outset—they kept us informed throughout the process, explaining everything clearly. Excellent service. Chris serviced my boiler, and fitted a downstairs toilet at my parent's house. Excelleny all round. I have absolutely no issues recommending his work to anyone. Chris and Toby provided an excellent service, replacing my toilet and bath waste as well as fixing the flush mechanism and replacing basin mixer tap in the en-suite. They ensured I was happy with each purchase before installation. They were efficient, informative and extremely tidy removing everything from the site. Having had an extension done a few years ago, we have had multiple issues with the new plumbing. Those plumbers have since gone out of business (shock) - and i struggled to find a plumber who could come in and fix the various issues honestly and with integrity. I was finally recommended to Simon and I'll never change! He's responsive, upfront, clear and fair. He runs it how a business should in 2025 with clear and quick invoicing and whatsapp messaging. Highly recommended! An excellent and professional service from requesting a quote to completing the work (a running tap in a hard-to-access place and servicing an unvented cylinder/water softener). Easy to arrange, excellent communication, and arrived as promised for the next day time slot. Amazing company with amazing staff. Owner and engineers were totally professional, efficient and arrived dead on time. This company answered our desperate call for a gas hob to be fitted in home before Christmas. They came the next day and completed the work including a gas check for entire house in 1 hour. Scott and his team took on a job to move and replace two old rads. His staff were kind, courteous and professional. Included was a boiler service. To note - as an older women there’s a trend for tradesmen to heavily over quote me, assuming I don’t know the details and the going rates, therefore preying on my status. It’s good to know that Scott and his team did not fall into this category and I personally feel his rates for this job were reasonable and fair, and the service of a good quality. I Highly recommend his company and his team based on this.
