Ark are my "go-to" Gas Engineers - always quick at identifying the problem even before arriving at the scene bringing likely spare needed - so often able to instantly repair, without a need for a second visits. Always parts helpful and polite and I believe are reasonably priced

I have been so thankful that I first met Mark the owner of the Company. The service that he and his team offer is second to none. I have had the pleasure of working with Mark from Ark as I call him , one of my contractors for some years now and can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. He always seems to come up with innovative solutions, where others would say , oh you need a new one ! He searches for a cost effective solution and follows up to ensure that all is working perfectly, from boilers , to hot water systems he is always on hand to give advice and complete satisfaction. In conclusion- great work , highly recommended !

I had started to replace my kitchen tap but ran into difficulty and needed urgent help. I rang and Henry came and finished the job professionally and I now have a fully functioning new tap. It was not so straightforward, due to the old fitting, and I would not have been able to do it myself. I would definitely recommend calling Ark Home Care Ltd. Good work and nice people. Yesterday, Christmas Eve, Henry came and saved our lives! The central heating had packed up and we were shivering. Henry arrived quicker than he had estimated and managed to get things fixed by replacing a couple of parts. We are now all warm and very grateful for the help. Cost extra as it's holiday season, but I don't begrudge the extra, having worked nights and holidays myself. Thanks a ton 😊

Chris fitted a new boiler at my house to replace an old combi boiler which was on its last legs. I live in an old house with a very intricate piping system but Chris was able to assess and tell me exactly what work would be required in order to fit the new boiler as well as which make and model would be best for my needs. We decided on a new LPG Worcester 8000 Life. This was a big job, but Chris kept me up to speed with everything he was doing as well as giving me accurate costs upfront so I knew exactly what I was spending my money on and how long the job would be likely to take. As an added bonus he managed to time the three day project so that I was never once without hot water while he was working on the new boiler. I’m really happy with the new system which has bought my home into the modern age and has released me of the constant anxiety of worrying whether the boiler would suddenly pack in on me. He provided all paperwork and safety certificates and also did a great tidy up after the job. I have worked with Chris on several projects now and feel very grateful to have a reliable plumber on hand I can call whenever I have an issue - he has responded quickly and fitted me in whenever I have had an emergency in the past. I highly recommend his services.

We have used Fernlea Plumbing & Heating multiple times and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Chris is friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. In one instance we had no water Chris was able to come out very quickly and solve this for us. Very reliable, friendly and affordable services.

Anthony came round to initially replace a leaking kitchen tap but also found a big leak in the pipes. Solved the issue and replaced the tap very quickly. Very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Scott and his team took on a job to move and replace two old rads. His staff were kind, courteous and professional. Included was a boiler service. To note - as an older women there’s a trend for tradesmen to heavily over quote me, assuming I don’t know the details and the going rates, therefore preying on my status. It’s good to know that Scott and his team did not fall into this category and I personally feel his rates for this job were reasonable and fair, and the service of a good quality. I Highly recommend his company and his team based on this.

Excellent service from Scott and the lads. I had a leak in an upstairs shower room. Scott was clear about the costs for an advance booking or an emergency call out. Originally the leak was small so booked for a week's time, but after 24h it got a lot worse. Scott setnt out his team, who were friendly and respectful, located and fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to drag the job out to charge more hours than necessary, unlike some other plumbers I've used in the past. The invoice was for exactly as Scott had quoted. First class quality and service - great guys. Hopefully I won't have any other plumbing problems, but if I do, I'll call Southern.

Amazing company with amazing staff. Owner and engineers were totally professional, efficient and arrived dead on time. This company answered our desperate call for a gas hob to be fitted in home before Christmas. They came the next day and completed the work including a gas check for entire house in 1 hour. Their work was excellent and we are so happy to have found this local company.

Five Star all the way . Jason is 100% trustworthy , efficient and honest . He has done a lot of work for me , new boiler which he relocated to a more assessable space and removed all old , not an easy job ! Fitted new shower , again more involved than a straight forward job . But Jason’s advice is sound . He has a great knowledge of most building projects to add to his heating and plumbing knowledge . Make sure you have a good cuppa ready for him too !

I needed a new shower but they were no longer making them. Wayne managed to find one that was the same size which meant I didn't have to retile. It was a perfect fit and he left the bathroom immaculately clean and tidy. Excellent service, highly recommended.
