Thank you so much to Platinum Plumbing for helping us out on more than one occasion now. We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. They offered options, helping us pick a good deal to suit our budget. They worked hard to instal as quick as possible to get our home heated again and left our house tidy and mess free when they were finished. Communication is great, and invoicing is clear. My family have used them for years so they are well trusted and we won’t use any other company now.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. No more carrying a muddy cocker up the stairs to have the bathroom walls spattered. Job left clean & tidy and is used most days. Would highly recommend Platinum for your plumbing needs.

Its never an easy job having your boiler replaced. Alfords however made it easy and straight forward. From planning the new installation, answering our questions, guiding us through to the right solution and installing the new boiler Alfords provided a fantastic service. The team that did the installation were great. Very tidy and protected carpets and surfaces whilst they worked. They kept us informed of what they were doing and were happy to answer any questions we had. All in all a great service that I would recommend.

This was the first time I had used Alfords but as my previous plumber had retired I booked a boiler service with them on the recommendation of a friend. Fantastic service from being able to book online through to engineer arriving as per the appointment and with invoicing and payment online, what could be easier! Very friendly, polite and well informed guy (Phil) who was extremely helpful. No mess and treated my home with respect, even taking his shoes off without being asked! I phoned Ross this morning to fix a leak in my kitchen and he arrived just an hour later! He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and fixed the leak in no time at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again next time I need a plumber.

Ross was great and super friendly! Had a leak from my water heater and he came in same day, identified the problem within a couple of minutes and ordered the parts. Before he left he fixed the leak so it didn’t continue to get the flat wet. Came back about a day later once the parts had come in and fixed the problem before his coffee had a chance to cool down! Very knowledgeable and charged a very good price. Would 100% recommend. Will be asking him to come back to help me with some other bits around the flat.

Not only did Tom do a heating installation for me I got him back to do a complete bathroom refit. His work is done at such a high standard I wouldn't go anywhere else . Highly recommend him . 👌

Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

We cannot thank Paul and Sam enough for their fantastic service. They came out to us on the same day to determine the issue and sorted it a few days later, bearing in mind we had 2 bank hols in that time.
