Brad is simply amazing, he knew exactly what he was doing, talked me through the whole process and nothing was a problem at all. So friendly and very knowledgeable and works to a very high standard. I would definitely use Brad again! after the plumbing nightmare I’d had he completely sorted with ease and confidence. Can’t recommend enough!

Brad diagnosed the issue and set about locating and jetting the blocked drainpipe. Once unblocked and running clear he checked all of our drain routes with his camera system to ensure no further issues existed. Top service above and beyond, even freeing up a seized cast iron manhole cover for us. 100% recommended.

Brad came and did a survey of the drains, quickly located the problems and promptly quoted for the repairs. The problems were damaged soil pipes which in part had collapsed and a defective drain. The quote was very fair and Brad carried out the work quickly and efficiently leaving the site very clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend him.

I needed a plumber who was experienced in handling macerators, to sort out my mother's one in her bathroom. I chose LDA because they had good feedback. Lee arranged to visit and look at the job required. He was super with my very elderly mother, reassuring her that it could all be fixed. Although the job wasn't urgent, Lee went above and beyond to get it replaced and the new one installed. It is so good to find local tradesmen, who are reliable and are good with their customers too. I rang LDA plumbing as my sink was blocked and I couldn’t clear it. He arrived quickly and did a great job getting things moving. My pipes were blocked with years of build up which he cleared and replaced without a fuss and mess. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Lee and the team have helped me a couple of times now. First to sort out the plumbing to install my dishwasher and more recently to fix my leaky shower. They have a great attention to detail and a genuine care to give good customer service. With some services I feel a bit undermined or bamboozled but Lee and the team are personable, relatable and most importantly… they always turn up and get the job done! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

My shower screen exploded. Pete was highly recommended by AXA insurance so I called him and he came out the same day. Very polite and knowledgeable, he sent me the quote that evening. After the claim was agreed Pete came out and completed the work. Absolutely wonderful job and very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Pete installed a new central heating boiler in our bungalow. His quotation was competitive and he amended it quickly when we wanted to change to a Hive programmer. Our original boiler was very old and was more difficult to remove than anticipated. Pete got the old boiler out and everything was up and running in two days. He is easy to deal with and very competent. I would use him again.

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

Very happy with the work Paul completed for us today. An old lead pipe had sprung a small but worsening leak. We sent new forest plumbing 24/7 message on Saturday night and received a message back from Paul on Sunday saying he could come out on Monday morning. We sent a photo of the leaky pipe and he said he could sort it no problem despite it being an old lead pipe in a tight corner with no room to move. Paul started work immediately and job was done in just a couple of hours. Really happy with Paul and the quality of his work. Highly recommended!!

Paul came within half an hour of calling, repaired the leak (and put right a bad piece of plumbing done by a previous plumber) and gave me several pieces of plumbing advice for which I was very grateful. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

Sam came out and did our quote - he was lovely and very knowledgable. The quote was very competitive. Ben came out and did the work, he did a really great job. A full new combi system from scratch as we didn’t have a present system already. It’s a very tidy job, everything works perfectly and we finally have a nice warm house! Thank you very much.

We have used Bespoke Gas for a number of years. Anthony runs a tight ship and his team have been carefully chosen. Kurtis has made two visits recently - one an annual service and the other to deal with a couple of problems we were having. He listened, made his diagnosis and gave us a couple of tips to keep the system running smoothly without further intervention from himself. All done in a professional and helpful manner. The service was completed on the day promised, to a very high standard. Anthony, who conducted the work was excellent. Little touches like wearing protective covers on his shoes, covering up the carpet where he was working, and providing a really good explanation of what was involved in the service made this a really positive experience. Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job.
