Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

We've got an old water heater for service. We are new home owners and we were looking for someone who can do the boiler service and at the same time to do a survey about heating improvements. However, Anthony has done just the service as we are not ready for big changes. We have used Bespoke Gas for a number of years. Anthony runs a tight ship and his team have been carefully chosen. Kurtis has made two visits recently - one an annual service and the other to deal with a couple of problems we were having. He listened, made his diagnosis and gave us a couple of tips to keep the system running smoothly without further intervention from himself. All done in a professional and helpful manner. We recently had our Gas box moved from the side of our house, to the front of the house. GHS came round to reconnect our gas for us and to run the new pipes into the house. They were very efficient and friendly. The guy who came, Matt, was super helpful and also spotted a couple of things that weren't quite right so also fixed these at the same time for us. I was a returning customer. Divine Water installed our bathroom 7 years ago and we were impressed with the level of care and competence they showed. More recently they helped us out when our shower pump developed a leak. As before, they provided a prompt, professional and courteous service and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

The guys just finished refitting a main bathroom and two en-suite wetrooms. I am extremely happy with the work they have done, time will tell obviously, but I can't fault what I've seen. When Richard came to price the job he was very thorough and communicated to me options and considerations, which I appreciated. The work was carried out professionally by Richard initially, then Lewis and Joe (and Martin tiling). All the guys were very friendly, polite and considerate. Communication was good throughout via text and calls to mobiles (given they are out and about, that's probably better than via the website etc.). 5 stars for me. Highly recommended.

Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. Thank you Paul and Sam for the most professional and responsive service, you are stars.

We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

This is the third time I've used SC Plumbing and they delivered excellent work once again. I had a kitchen stripped out and replaced. They oversaw the whole project, advised as necessary, cleared and prepared the room removing unwanted items, then fitted a new kitchen from a design I'd agreed with Howdens. Throughout the job, whenever little unforeseen issues cropped up, Phil and the team were quick to respond and deal with it all, keeping calm and professional throughout. I felt in safe hands and they got through the work quickly, cleaning up after themselves as they went along. I love the new kitchen and from previous work, know that their after service care is just as good as their installation. Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will use them again.
