Small job, but had an issue with our toilets built in cistern. Called on the Monday and fixed by the Tuesday morning. Very nice guys found the issue and fixed it straight away. Couldn't recommend HP much more or for the service and quick turn around 👍🏻 Had also serviced our boiler last year.

Recommended to us by previous owner of the house we bought in Horndean. Sarah responded to email enquiries in a very efficient and timely way and was able to schedule appointments around our work commitments. The quote was competitive and the team carrying out the work was tidy, efficient and communicated progress well. We are delighted to have the new and more efficient electric shower and tap. Having used this company several times for boiler services, gas installations and plumbing repairs I had occasion today to call Mark for an urgent leak situation. Mark calmly and efficiently advised me how to manage the situation to prevent further damage while he was on the way to come and fix the problem. We had super service from Connor and would recommend. Wave were recommended to us by a friend of ours. We had an old air source heat pump removed, new Valiant gas boiler fitted and several new radiators fitted. Our house is now warm! Lots of good advice, flexible on timings to suit us and a really neat and tidy job that we are very happy with. Having had a few average/poor experiences with people working at our house over the last few years it’s been brilliant to have someone who knows and cares about what they are doing!

Connor booked me in swiftly as my boiler was losing pressure every day and I was manually filling it up. It was also making loud intermittent vibrations that clearly meant it was not right It was also leaking occasionally. Connor came round , stripped it , serviced it and has been faultless since. Connor also took the time to look and fix my toilet that had a small issue at no charge, all in all 10/10 service at fair costs. I will be using every 12 months for a service from now on.

Panda Gas, Nathan was very efficient. The app to book was easy to use. You receive a time slot and, dependent on prior jobs, you were advised he would arrive within two hours of that time slot. I received a link to track his vehicle when he was on his way. Nathan explained everything clearly and helped me to choose the right product.
