My Bosch boiler was installed successfully by Shape Contractors two years ago, with the minimum of disruption. It is now serviced annually, most recently last week. Jim arrived punctually, as usual, and charged a fair price. I can definitely recommend this company.

I have no hesitation on recommending Shape Contractor Ltd. They have carried out plumbing repairs and a gas boiler service at my home. The company provides a great service from the office staff through to the technicians.

Jim King is a super professional, delivering high quality work. We've tried others in the past when he's been busy, but have come back to him and won't go elsewhere again.

I've used Jim's company a couple of times and both times they've been excellent. My most recent cause to get in touch with Jim last Sunday evening at 22.00, was when a central heating expansion vessel dropped off the wall, twisting the copper pipes on its way. I contacted Jim that evening and he came back to me within minutes, moving other jobs the next day to accommodate my request. Two of his guys turned up at the time he said they would and resolved the problem within a couple of hours, making good and cleaning up after themselves. Good rates. From my experience (I'm a landlord as well as FTE), decent tradesmen are hard to find, but SHAPE get a 10/10 from me.

Great service from Dexter , supplied and fitted a new boiler as our old one stopped working ,very efficient, punctual , knowledgeable and polite. Can’t thank him enough and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dexter is first class. Had a problem with a air source boiler, which a lot of plumbers wouldnt touch, but he came, sorted what he could, learnt about and then sorted the bits he didnt know about. Very diligent, tidy, friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

Communication was excellent, the job was booked in, executed very quickly and left in a tidy state. More expensive than I was expecting but I’m just glad the issues are fixed. Would definitely recommend to others.

Concept Heat sorted out our smelly drains. The boys were on time, cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was happy with everything before leaving. 100% recommend. Very reasonably priced as well!

Called at 9am Monday morning as I had no heating or hot water, they were here before 3pm and had the problem fixed in an hour. Another company I had tried said they couldn’t come until the following week! The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, and they took great care not to make any mess. The cost was very reasonable considering this was an emergency call out. The office team were lovely to deal with and so I will be definitely calling Stonehenge plumbing for any future work needed. Use Stonehenge for our yearly boiler service, always great service so decided to ask about fitting a new sink. Came back with a good quote to take out our old kitchen sink and replace. Really helpful, Richard gave advice which helped selecting the new sink. Great communication from start to finish. Special thanks go to Jacob who was amazing, worked so hard and ensured everything went in ok, especially as new sink was a lot heavier than the original one. He left the kitchen clean and tidy. Definitely a credit to the company. Before and after photos, so pleased.

Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with the service, turned up when he said he would, had no problem with me asking to see credentials and he provided them. Diagnosed the problem quickly and got our boiler working again, was extremely polite and worked very tidy. Would recommend and will use again.

We used Woodstock’s planning / design service for our bathroom and it was bruised. Fin (the guy who did our design) listened really carefully to what we wanted, made some great suggestions and made us feel fully involved. After the bathroom was fitted (Paul Towerton - I’d highly recommend him too) we had a small defect with the shower screen we chose and the supplier wouldn’t replace it but Fin went to bat for us and got a replacement screen free of charge. Great service and great aftercare.

We have used Woodstocks twice in the last year as we are renovating our house. We initially went to other large chain bathroom stores, however at Woodstocks they were so friendly and gave us a personable experience. As we were fitting our bathrooms ourselves, Woodstocks helped us with so much practical advice and ensured what we were buying would work.
