LV Heating & Plumbing came to install a new shower following a leak. It was a challenging retro fit but Lucas took incredible time and care to get it right. He was extremely thorough and paid meticulous attention to detail. He was incredibly well organised and had an extensive array of tools laid out in preparation and when finished, he left the site spotless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LV, Lucas is a delightful young man and his work is exceptional.

Chris tried to provide a solution over the phone, unfortunately, I couldn't explain very well. Chris arrived within minutes and sorted the problem very quickly. I will be keeping his details for future services. I can reccommend him with the utmost confidence as a reliable, frienly, honest and very capable professional. He should be you first call.

Chris came out quickly. Looked into wether the boiler could be fixed but we soon realized the best option was a new boiler.He installed the new boiler and Discovered a gas leak this was fixed as well. When he left we had a fully working heater system which will last for a long time.

Rowan has looked after my late mother's boiler since she moved into a flat over 14 years ago dealing with servicing and any other queries . We have now rented it to an elderly couple not in good health. It recently stopped working during the cold weather. Fabulous company. It's great to find a company with fully qualified oil fired boiler engineers. Tom Sutton Heating responded when I had a problem over the Christmas period. I felt that they went out of their way to sort the problem. The communication was excellent, keeping me informed at all times how things were progressing. Elaine in the office was quick to respond to any queries and the two engineers were excellent and nice guys too. Highly recommended

We have just had our annual boiler service completed by Tom Sutton Heating. We were given a very reasonable quote. The engineer arrived on time, performed a very thorough service and clean, explained clearly what he was doing and cleared up afterwards. The bill was as quoted.I would happily recommend.

As having a background as a professional gas engineer myself, I wasn't happy having to hire someone in. Unfortunately a back injury had forced my hand. I rarely leave reviews, but on this occasion, the work was carried out to such a high standard and the price price was a bargain, that I thought I'd let others know about it! I've used Ross multiple times now to do various plumbing jobs that I've had in the past. He's always been quick to come round to give a quote, which I've always found to be reasonable. I've never been messed around with dates, if he says he's coming to do the job on a day, he'll do the job, none of this making excuses and changing dates. The jobs have always been completed to a high standard without needing call backs unless a replacement part has failed in which case he's always been happy to come back. Would be happy to recommend.

Ross was great and super friendly! Had a leak from my water heater and he came in same day, identified the problem within a couple of minutes and ordered the parts. Before he left he fixed the leak so it didn’t continue to get the flat wet. Came back about a day later once the parts had come in and fixed the problem before his coffee had a chance to cool down! Very knowledgeable and charged a very good price. Would 100% recommend. Will be asking him to come back to help me with some other bits around the flat.

The team at TND were quick to help us out with a basic 'loss of water pressure' issue, sending out a friendly chap (who's name I have forgotten, sorry!) on the same day that we called, which was great. The job was done quickly and efficiently, without any fuss, and the invoice arrived later that day too. Absolutely exceptional. They came out at very short notice to fix a gas leak caused by a different company. Joe was super friendly and worked quickly to sort the problem fully. Once the initial issue was fixed, he ran further checks and noticed another problem missed by the previous company and fixed it with parts he had in his van. Could not recommend more.

We have been using TND Lymington as our Heating Engineer of choice for just over a year now. We started using them from a personal recommendation and we are very happy we have made the switch to them. Joe has always completed our servicing and repairs to the highest standard. Very happy with the work Paul completed for us today. An old lead pipe had sprung a small but worsening leak. We sent new forest plumbing 24/7 message on Saturday night and received a message back from Paul on Sunday saying he could come out on Monday morning. We sent a photo of the leaky pipe and he said he could sort it no problem despite it being an old lead pipe in a tight corner with no room to move. Paul started work immediately and job was done in just a couple of hours. Really happy with Paul and the quality of his work. Highly recommended!!

Needed a plumber fairly urgently as couldn't use either basin or bath due to a very blocked waste pipe. Paul arrived the next day and did a wonderful job of unblocking also replaced a very worn u-bend. A nice polite man will use him again if ever needed.

Foolishly I drilled through a water pipe while fixing flor boards. Paul came within half an hour of calling, repaired the leak (and put right a bad piece of plumbing done by a previous plumber) and gave me several pieces of plumbing advice for which I was very grateful. I would highly recommend Paul
