I've used Ross multiple times now to do various plumbing jobs that I've had in the past. He's always been quick to come round to give a quote, which I've always found to be reasonable. I've never been messed around with dates, if he says he's coming to do the job on a day, he'll do the job, none of this making excuses and changing dates. The jobs have always been completed to a high standard without needing call backs unless a replacement part has failed in which case he's always been happy to come back. Would be happy to recommend.

Ross was great and super friendly! Had a leak from my water heater and he came in same day, identified the problem within a couple of minutes and ordered the parts. Before he left he fixed the leak so it didn’t continue to get the flat wet. Came back about a day later once the parts had come in and fixed the problem before his coffee had a chance to cool down! Very knowledgeable and charged a very good price. Would 100% recommend. Will be asking him to come back to help me with some other bits around the flat.

I would have been absolutely lost with out Luke .He went several extra miles to make sure I had heating and water after I foolishly did not register my boiler for warranty.luke sorted it all out quickly ! Our old boiler finally stopped worked in December 2019. With no spare parts available JP plumbing fitted a new one at short notice and a reasonable price. Very professional and helpful throughout.

Rowan has looked after my late mother's boiler since she moved into a flat over 14 years ago dealing with servicing and any other queries . We have now rented it to an elderly couple not in good health. It recently stopped working during the cold weather. Rowan came out to investigate and much to our relief the following day a Friday replaced the boiler promptly and leaving the couple warm and settled . Without hesitation would recommend him

I first used this business 3 years ago as they were local to where I live. In this time I have used the company on 6 occasions.One of these was to install a new boiler unit and radiators. I have always been more than happy with their prompt attention and level of work carried out to resolve problems.Their price points are very competitive too! We have just had our annual boiler service completed by Tom Sutton Heating. We were given a very reasonable quote. The engineer arrived on time, performed a very thorough service and clean, explained clearly what he was doing and cleared up afterwards. The bill was as quoted.I would happily recommend.

The guys just finished refitting a main bathroom and two en-suite wetrooms. I am extremely happy with the work they have done, time will tell obviously, but I can't fault what I've seen. When Richard came to price the job he was very thorough and communicated to me options and considerations, which I appreciated. The work was carried out professionally by Richard initially, then Lewis and Joe (and Martin tiling). All the guys were very friendly, polite and considerate. Communication was good throughout via text and calls to mobiles (given they are out and about, that's probably better than via the website etc.). 5 stars for me. Highly recommended.

I was a returning customer. Divine Water installed our bathroom 7 years ago and we were impressed with the level of care and competence they showed.
