Would highly recommend. Had a new toilet and sink and cabinet replaced in our downstairs loo. Rachel in the office was very helpful and the fitters did a great job and were very clean and tidy.

Engineer was on time, was polite, did a good job and in fact went beyond to complete the job properly. Good service.

Mums heating system started malfunctioning on Wednesday, called to see if someone could come out. An engineer was in the area so was able to be with us within the hour. A gault was diagnosed and also comleted a boiler service. Absolutely brilliant! Unfortunately the following day there was no heating again, called mid morning and an engineer was able to come out and sort another issue. All up and running. Again superb service at such short notice. Cannot be faulted. All in all "Absolutely Brilliant Service " Highly recommended.

Sometimes things don't go to plan, we have all had days like this haven't we. Toby and crew attended when our boiler threw a complete wobbler just days before Christmas and after a lot of checking, head scratching, cross checking and calls so the manufacturer support, managed to find the issue and get us back warm and toastie again. I fear many others would have simply written the boiler, heat exchanger or the circuit board off, meaning a bill into the £1000s, but Thorne & Thorne Ltd know their stuff and that's why we have been using Toby and team for over 10 years. Cant recommend highly enough.

Had to give 5 stars because you can't give 6! Dan is an excellent plumber who responds quickly and clearly to any requests. We agreed a time and price. He arrived bang on time and did the job for the agreed price. No fuss, no bother. Can't fault him. Photo shows new valve fitted by today. A small job perhaps but important.

Dave is a real professional with a huge amount of experience and was really able to limit the disruption from the work through his recommendations when compared to those put forward from the other companies we spoke to. The team were reliable and punctual from the initial visit and throughout the two weeks of installation and left everything clean and tidy at the end and also managed the process of obtaining environmental permits as well. I am not sure I can do justice to the incredible service we received in the hands of Homeseptic. Having moved into a 17th century property, we quickly realised that the ageing Septic Tank and Soakaway had multiple issues. Over the space of 6 months we had 5 or 6 companies out to look at the system as a whole - they charged for surveys and quoted for extensive urgent repairs to pipework and drainage alongside a new Sewage Treatment Plant. Every company reported long lists of different and often random issues alongside large quotes (hence we kept asking for further opinions). Finally we stumbled across Homeseptic! Brad attended the property and advised us that on visual inspection, whilst we did need a new Sewage Treatment Plant, he felt that it was highly unlikely that any other repairs would be necessary since the pipework would have been circa 10 years old (when the house was extended). To confirm, Homeseptic then conducted a full CCTV survey which found no damage or repairs to be needed. We had been lied to by every company that had charged us for a survey. Homeseptic had instantly saved us thousands of pounds and on top of that their quote for a new Sewage Treatment Plant was substantially less than every other quote, and the CCTV survey was free. Why? Because they are honest to the core and their quote was based on a fair price for the materials and labour, rather than being based on the length of your drive or the value of the house. Brad and Stig carried out the install and could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. They went well above and beyond the call of duty at every stage. They were punctual, polite, deeply knowledgable and experienced, worked within the timeframe and left the property looking far better than it did previously! People and companies like this are very, very rare these days and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The only downside is that they don’t offer more services as I would trust them on any project. I imagined never wanting to think or talk about my home sewage again after the install, but now I find myself telling everyone to get a new treatment plant, just to work with Homeseptic!

I had a problem with my toilet in that the flush button on my cistern was no longer working and therefore the water continued to flow and I had no way of stopping it. The Sani Solutions service engineer quickly identified the problem and fitted a new flush valve and the job was completed in no time at all.
