These guys carried out a full bathroom modernisation. Can't fault anything. All knew exactly what they were doing and were on time every day until the job was done. No problems all the way through and they had no issues carrying out exactly what I wanted. Tidy all the way through the process and ensured all waste was disposed of at the end of the job. Very reasonable price and I think only 1 company beat their quote. Very happy I went with JK Powerflish UK and will be recommending them to all who require similar services.

Kyle was fantastic! He replaced the heating element in my hot water tank and was incredibly honest throughout the process. Foolishly I drilled through a water pipe while fixing flor boards. Paul came within half an hour of calling, repaired the leak (and put right a bad piece of plumbing done by a previous plumber) and gave me several pieces of plumbing advice for which I was very grateful. Very happy with the work Paul completed for us today. An old lead pipe had sprung a small but worsening leak. We sent new forest plumbing 24/7 message on Saturday night and received a message back from Paul on Sunday saying he could come out on Monday morning. We sent a photo of the leaky pipe and he said he could sort it no problem despite it being an old lead pipe in a tight corner with no room to move. Paul started work immediately and job was done in just a couple of hours. Really happy with Paul and the quality of his work. Highly recommended!!

We had Charlie and his apprentice Adam come and fit a new boiler for us. They had a late start due to the boiler arriving a bit late. People always comment and complain when they’re not happy but these guys deserve a shout out for being great. They were brilliant; hard working, clean, tidy and polite. Didn’t even want a cup of tea, even though I offered them one on numerous occasions! They pushed on and had the job done by the end of the day. I’d have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to someone else. 5*

Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly.
