We booked Oakley initially via checkatrade to service our boiler. He was punctual, knowledgeable and his communication was great. We just had him back to remove and fit new two new radiators - he is neat, personable and we are so happy with the work. We would 100% recommend him!

Combi boiler problems. Oakley arrived when he said he would. He got on with the job immediately taking time to explain what he was doing and why Got everything working correctly (previous plumber couldn’t!! Very nice guy, mor than happy with service and. Cost. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Jamie was a pleasure to have in my home. He replaced a bath and added a shower. Job was completed to a very high standard. Work space was always clean. Terry gave an excellent professional service and fixed my radiator leak and ensured my central heating was back up and working especially given how cold it was. He also helped by phone when I had problems with my boiler later on and managed to help resolve the issue. So a big thank you.

Fantastic workmanship, replacing the flush system on my toilet where the cistern is housed in a unit. The top of the unit would not come off so Jamie only had the smallest of spaces to fit everything in via the upper front panel. He even re-fitted the piping to the right of the cistern so there was now a valve. Top guy and top job! The photo is how Jamie found it and the little access space he had to complete the work inside. Excellent service, plumber came in less than 24 hours. Went to get parts, back in 10 minutes, fixed the flush in about 40 minutes. Super job, would definitely use them again.

I have used Ecoheat for a few years now to service my boiler. Always so polite and efficient. Advice is given but no pressure put on me. As a widow on my own I feel safe and Dan always tells the truth. Any mess made is cleaned up too!!. Would recommend and will use again.

Experienced a serious water leak from an underground cold water pipe. Dan and his colleagues replaced the whole of the old copper pipe for the hot and cold water supply along the entirety of the kitchen. Carried out on time, to quote with no fuss. Good neat tidy job!

I rang LDA plumbing as my sink was blocked and I couldn’t clear it. He arrived quickly and did a great job getting things moving. My pipes were blocked with years of build up which he cleared and replaced without a fuss and mess. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Lee and the team have helped me a couple of times now. First to sort out the plumbing to install my dishwasher and more recently to fix my leaky shower. They have a great attention to detail and a genuine care to give good customer service. With some services I feel a bit undermined or bamboozled but Lee and the team are personable, relatable and most importantly… they always turn up and get the job done! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I had an emergency on a Sunday evening with a serious leak in my toilet waste pipe. Matt was immediately available via phone call, and gave me pricing information up front. Brad came and did a survey of the drains, quickly located the problems and promptly quoted for the repairs. The problems were damaged soil pipes which in part had collapsed and a defective drain. The quote was very fair and Brad carried out the work quickly and efficiently leaving the site very clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend him.

Brad diagnosed the issue and set about locating and jetting the blocked drainpipe. Once unblocked and running clear he checked all of our drain routes with his camera system to ensure no further issues existed. Top service above and beyond, even freeing up a seized cast iron manhole cover for us. 100% recommended.

When the boiler failed at one of our rental properties, Andy had one of his team attend within the hour. I called Dario in a panic at the end of last year due to water marks on my kitchen ceiling. Having recently paid a different plumber to fit a new bathroom I asked Dario to take a look. He carefully went over the other plumbers handiwork and instantly found many, many ‘shortcuts’ and ‘Botched jobs’ including leaks, unstable flooring and bath, and bad fixtures. All of which would have caused more problems if left. Dario rightfully advised this needed to be stripped back and redone and gave us various options to suit the budget. Dario completed all work to a high standard within the timescale given. He was able to answer all of my (sometimes stupid) questions and gave advice on upkeep of the bathroom. He was tidy and arrived on time everyday. Previously Dario has replaced a number of old radiators in our home to optimise heating and has recently carried out a full boiler service for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Dario to friends and colleagues who are looking for plumbing services and will be calling Dario again for our next boiler service.

From my initial enquiry to a home visit/quote and getting the job done, you'll quickly see how professional, knowledgeable and passionate Freddie is about his work. I found FH Heating & Plumbing through instagram where you can clearly see regular before and after project updates at incredibly high specs and finishes. When I need a job like this doing (my boiler), I don't want cheap and cheerful, I need the job done once and properly. When coming across Freddie's page, I could see clearly that I would be getting quality. Upon his visit (to which he was considerate of Covid compliancy) he jumped straight in with diagnosing the problem without the anticipated 'humming & Hawing'. Freddie explained to me the issue and said he could resolve the problems with a few cheap parts and labour. I was expecting him to condemn the boiler, but he said I could probably get a year or 2 more from it. I decided to get a few quotes for a new system whilst he was here and I just couldn't believe how little it was! So much so I went with the new boiler option. Furthermore, Freddie got straight to it! He had finished the rip out to a new fully operational heating system THAT SAME DAY because I was without any heating or water!!! Just Incredible. I was so impressed, I had to take pictures of the care and pride he took in the pipping etc... I have referred Freddie to about 10 others and booked him in to sort my bathroom out - again, just check out his before and after pics on instagram/facebook! Thank you Freddie and team. Freddie and his team took on a five house install for me which proved, for many reasons, to be quite a challenge. The lads showed great resilience in dealing with the ever changing brief, produced work to high standards and all reasonably priced. Final account agreed in under half an hour.
