Have just had James around at extremely short notice and everything is fixed with good advice on how to manage moving forwards. He was beyond kind and took the time to make sure my family and I could be warm and washed (in hot water!!!) tonight. Seeing as I only called him at 5pm, I can’t tell you how impressed and grateful I am. So professional, clearly knows what he is doing - I won’t be using anyone else from now. Can not recommend highly enough.

Just a quick thank you and a mega shout out for our knight in shining armour James the plumber First of all we had sold our house and leds than a week before the big move the boiler packed up, a call to our usual plumber who I might add did not get back to us I resorted to social media and James responded. He came out look found the problem ordered the part was back within 2 days to fix boiler all working great. We moved knowing we needed a new boiler and went straight to James job was priced which I may add brilliant and completed very fast. James is a very knowledgeable polite and straight talking young man. When a 15 minute job turns into half a day, Dario doesn't give up, and powers on through. Clean, efficient and explains everything as he goes so that I know exactly why things have been done. Also a thoroughly nice guy. Strongly recommend!

I called Dario in a panic at the end of last year due to water marks on my kitchen ceiling. Having recently paid a different plumber to fit a new bathroom I asked Dario to take a look. He carefully went over the other plumbers handiwork and instantly found many, many ‘shortcuts’ and ‘Botched jobs’ including leaks, unstable flooring and bath, and bad fixtures. All of which would have caused more problems if left. Dario rightfully advised this needed to be stripped back and redone and gave us various options to suit the budget. Dario completed all work to a high standard within the timescale given. He was able to answer all of my (sometimes stupid) questions and gave advice on upkeep of the bathroom. He was tidy and arrived on time everyday. Previously Dario has replaced a number of old radiators in our home to optimise heating and has recently carried out a full boiler service for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Dario to friends and colleagues who are looking for plumbing services and will be calling Dario again for our next boiler service.

I honestly can’t recommend Dario and Aspire Services highly enough. We’ve had two bathrooms completed in the last 12 months which we’ve been hugely impressed with. Top features: A high quality finish. Attention to detail e.g. beautiful tile work with some tricky cuts. Neat and tidy when work is being carried out. Polite and professional. Matt did a good job fixing a leaking bath, with the minimum of fuss, for a good price. He was available for an appointment within a few days of the original request. I would recommend him without hesitation and will definitely use him again.

Sent message on a Sunday afternoon. Visited on Monday morning as promised and resolved leak which was under panelling running between bath and toilet. Also was an issue with the silicone which was resolved. Priced as promised with reasonable cost for items purchased outlined in terms and conditions. Honest, professional, down to earth vibe. Bert and the team came and diagnosed a boiler fault within 24 hours. Unfortunately the boiler couldn't be fixed so Bert and Remy the installer fitted me a new system which we are delighted with. I Gas fitted a new ball valve in my water tank a few days ago, and from the booking of the job until the completion they were faultless, the engineer was punctual, polite and left the site clean and tidy. I can highly recommend them and will defiantly be using I gas again for any plumbing or heating works.

Rob has installed a new boiler for us after our twenty year old unit failed. He did warn us some time ago that it was likely to become unreliable due to its age but we persevered until it died! Rob worked very hard throughout the two day job, flushing our radiators etc, making some improvements and we now have a great heating system that is reliable and very effective. Kenbrook fitted a central heating system from scratch for us last October, then in January moved our bodged bathroom from the front of the house to its original home in the back. Despite the house throwing a few curve balls and there being a *lot* of issues as a result of some terrible DIY (courtesy of the previous owners), Rob, Dave and Steve did a fantastic job on both occasions. The only thing they asked for was plenty of tea and bacon sandwiches. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to the Kenbrook team, we’ll give you a ring when the kitchen is replaced! (Please note, I’m only writing this now as we wanted the bathroom to be completely finished before taking pictures)

Phil came to the rescue at my house for a gas leak. As you do, I had three people around to assess the work and provide a quote, his price was very reasonable and I felt he was the most professional. He is really friendly, listened to my concerns and provided his own ideas for the best way forward. He explained everything to me at a level I could understand. The work required the gas pipe being rerouted. He completed the work quickly and left the site clean and tidy with minimal disruption to the house. I cannot recommend Phil enough. Thank you 🙏🏼

I was lucky enough to find Phillip from Thermoglow Plumbing and Heating when the twenty year old gas boiler in my parents house broke down. This was a huge concern for me as they are both in their eighties and I do not live close enough to look out for them directly. Phillip quickly assessed the situation and booked them in as an emergency installation and was on site within a couple of days with a replacement boiler. He also had to relocate the flu and various other aspects of the old system to bring it in line with modern safety regulations. He kept me updated on the progress with calls and pictures. He was also able to reassure my mother who can be anxious in situations like this that things would be fine. Maybe this was his biggest achievement! I highly recommend him and he will be the first contractor that I call if anything goes wrong in the future.

CH boiler replacement: Saturday midday requested 3 contacts through online site. 30 minutes later received call from Phillip Smith. Saturday evening visit, excellent advice and instant quotation at a very good price. Monday installed and fully up and working despite being in a tight space - old boiler removed and cleaned up afterwards. Good choice of boiler, excellent choice of supplier/installer. Knowledgeable, friendly, competent and local. The very highest recommendation.

Fantastic workmanship, replacing the flush system on my toilet where the cistern is housed in a unit. The top of the unit would not come off so Jamie only had the smallest of spaces to fit everything in via the upper front panel. He even re-fitted the piping to the right of the cistern so there was now a valve. Top guy and top job! The photo is how Jamie found it and the little access space he had to complete the work inside. I have used Ecoheat for a few years now to service my boiler. Always so polite and efficient. Advice is given but no pressure put on me. As a widow on my own I feel safe and Dan always tells the truth. Any mess made is cleaned up too!!. Would recommend and will use again.
