Terry gave an excellent professional service and fixed my radiator leak and ensured my central heating was back up and working especially given how cold it was. He also helped by phone when I had problems with my boiler later on and managed to help resolve the issue. So a big thank you.

Fantastic workmanship, replacing the flush system on my toilet where the cistern is housed in a unit. The top of the unit would not come off so Jamie only had the smallest of spaces to fit everything in via the upper front panel. He even re-fitted the piping to the right of the cistern so there was now a valve. Top guy and top job! The photo is how Jamie found it and the little access space he had to complete the work inside. Very happy with the service. Terry was very helpful on the phone when arranging the appointment. Jamie (the plumber) arrived on time. He was reassuring, professional and friendly. We booked Oakley initially via checkatrade to service our boiler. He was punctual, knowledgeable and his communication was great. We just had him back to remove and fit new two new radiators - he is neat, personable and we are so happy with the work. We would 100% recommend him!

When the boiler failed at one of our rental properties, Andy had one of his team attend within the hour. Fantastic service by Jim. Jim came out on time and assesd the situation. I had a toilet that just wasn't flushing anymore. Jim used to power hose which fed its way up the pipe and eventually he cleared the blockage. After this he used a camera to inspect the pipe to make sure it was clear. It was a good job he suggested this as the item that was causing the blockage was still in the pipe but had moved a lot further down. The camera also showed some other damage that is essential for us to get repaired before the winter comes. Thanks for your work. I was very pleased.

Have just had James around at extremely short notice and everything is fixed with good advice on how to manage moving forwards. He was beyond kind and took the time to make sure my family and I could be warm and washed (in hot water!!!) tonight. Just a quick thank you and a mega shout out for our knight in shining armour James the plumber First of all we had sold our house and leds than a week before the big move the boiler packed up, a call to our usual plumber who I might add did not get back to us I resorted to social media and James responded. He came out look found the problem ordered the part was back within 2 days to fix boiler all working great. We moved knowing we needed a new boiler and went straight to James job was priced which I may add brilliant and completed very fast. I Gas fitted a new ball valve in my water tank a few days ago, and from the booking of the job until the completion they were faultless, the engineer was punctual, polite and left the site clean and tidy. Bert and the team came and diagnosed a boiler fault within 24 hours. Unfortunately the boiler couldn't be fixed so Bert and Remy the installer fitted me a new system which we are delighted with. Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

We recently had our Gas box moved from the side of our house, to the front of the house. GHS came round to reconnect our gas for us and to run the new pipes into the house. They were very efficient and friendly. The guy who came, Matt, was super helpful and also spotted a couple of things that weren't quite right so also fixed these at the same time for us. Great service, very quick and the bill at the end was surprisingly low. One very happy customer here! Thank you :)

Had to call them out for a water leak that the insurance company totally failed us on. Arrived an hour after my visit to the office. Mark sorted it out and we can now use the shower. Exceptional company who originally fitted out the bathroom 10 years ago so were invited back. From initial planning to completion of the work, every aspect was done to an incredibly high standard. Both fitters, Phil and Nathan, were friendly, tidy and were very receptive to ideas on the go. Each day, at the end of the work, they tidied up and nothing needed doing.
