Francesco was polite and honest from the beginning, I called for a service on My old Potterton boiler unfortunately the flue was damaged therefore it was dangerous. Francesco sent me a very reasonable quote for a new Worcester Bosch boiler, he even managed to fit it the next day!! Thank you soo much!

I own an investment flat in Reading in an old building. For some years my agent had employed a series of contractors to "fix" the problem but it kept coming back. So I decided to take it on myself and I found Simon through Google. I will be honest and say that initially I found his quote a bit expensive and had some doubts but after talking the problem through I became confident that here was a guy who knew his business. So I gave him the go ahead and I am so happy that I did. Simon is an amazing professional who does what says and says what he does, fast and with fantastic communication. He proved to be a master of tact whilst coordinating with my tenant and the guy in the flat below into whose bedroom my shower was leaking. But there is something more which is a rare quality in 2024 and I want emphasise it: Simon had a strong sense of duty and commitment to me, his customer, which from reading other reviews is his usual way. You feel completely supported both during and after the job which saves much anxiety. And this sounds over the top so be it but you would have to look hard to find a better guy.

Simon was a genuine & honest tradesman with an exceptional work ethic. His customer care exceeded my expectations. Time keeping & being kept in the loop was also exemplary. This has all really been appreciated at a time when I needed help & advice & very much eased my anxiety. The water ingress issues in my property were sorted out over 3 x visits to my property. This experience has taught me that water can cause major issues & a specialist not only has the knowledge, but a plethora of very high tech machinery to deal with this drying out process, which for my property took two weeks. A full detailed report was given before & after & a warranty certificate issued at the end of the whole process. Simon deserves to do well with his business & I wish him the very best for the future. Very professional and diligent and even revisited a customer’s site on his own time to check on the works he had carried out. Clive and the team @Plumbers World were recommended to me by my Bathroom fitter. Out of the handful of suppliers in the area, I found Clive to be very knowledgable and personable. The products that were part of the designs were of a very high standard and premium and I found the designs to be of a high quality compared to other suppliers in the area. During the fitting of the bathroom and cloakroom, there were a number of occasions where I wanted to make last minute changes to the design. The fitter and Clive had an ongoing professional relationship and were able to bounce ideas of each other to acommodate my changes. I found Clive/Plumbers World to be very accommodating and the team always found the time to help with ideas when I turned up at the showroom. On one occasion, I wanted the bathroom sink to be changed to better suit my needs and after meeting up with Clive in the showroom to discuss, it was left to him to come up with a solution. The fitter turned up with 3 brand new sinks to choose from. Clive had ordered 3 sinks for me to select, which was a complete surprise and bonus. Fantastic service from Clive and his team and comes highly recommended.

Having had a new ensuite built we wanted information on products for fitting it out and went to Plumbers World. We were delighted by the assistance and advice provided by Clive and Terry who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying all the fixtures and fittings from them and were very pleased with the products that were of top quality and at a reasonable cost. We asked them for a recommendation as to a possible plumber for fitting out our ensuite and were given contact details of a plumber who delivered a first class job, on time and at a reasonable price. Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. See before ( green boiler ) and after ( white boiler ) photos for reference. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van.
