Clive and the team @Plumbers World were recommended to me by my Bathroom fitter. Out of the handful of suppliers in the area, I found Clive to be very knowledgable and personable. The products that were part of the designs were of a very high standard and premium and I found the designs to be of a high quality compared to other suppliers in the area. During the fitting of the bathroom and cloakroom, there were a number of occasions where I wanted to make last minute changes to the design. The fitter and Clive had an ongoing professional relationship and were able to bounce ideas of each other to acommodate my changes. I found Clive/Plumbers World to be very accommodating and the team always found the time to help with ideas when I turned up at the showroom. On one occasion, I wanted the bathroom sink to be changed to better suit my needs and after meeting up with Clive in the showroom to discuss, it was left to him to come up with a solution. The fitter turned up with 3 brand new sinks to choose from. Clive had ordered 3 sinks for me to select, which was a complete surprise and bonus. Fantastic service from Clive and his team and comes highly recommended.

Having had a new ensuite built we wanted information on products for fitting it out and went to Plumbers World. We were delighted by the assistance and advice provided by Clive and Terry who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying all the fixtures and fittings from them and were very pleased with the products that were of top quality and at a reasonable cost. We asked them for a recommendation as to a possible plumber for fitting out our ensuite and were given contact details of a plumber who delivered a first class job, on time and at a reasonable price. We have been very pleased with the overall experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Plumbers World to anyone thinking of fitting out their new/old bathroom or ensuite.

What I love about Clive and his team at Plumbers World in Basingstoke is that nothing is too much trouble. They’re really knowledgeable and skilled but, more importantly, they’re generous spirited and very good willed. Rare commodities in today’s world. Can’t recommend them highly enough 😊

After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. He explained all the issues that it had very clearly and when he was done he left no mess behind! See you next year!

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. See before ( green boiler ) and after ( white boiler ) photos for reference. We were very pleased with the work (new bathroom) that Mark Smith did for us. Their advice with design and choice of materials was really helpful. The office staff made themselves available whenever we needed information and responded promptly to our questions. The quotation was clearly set out and reasonable. The tradesmen who worked on the project were thorough, careful and clearly very skilled. They kept us up to speed with what they were doing and were very considerate when it came to the inconveniences of having to turn off the water supply! They were punctual throughout and completed the work in the promised two and a half weeks. Overall, we'd have no reservations in recommending them.

We used Mark Smith Plumbing last year to install our new boiler so we asked them to replace 2 leaking syphon valves in 2 toilets. Despite some difficulties in obtaining the correct parts and the job expanding into a bigger one, we were very pleased with the final result and the final invoice was very acceptable.
