Neil went out to my elderly in laws and they felt at ease with him and really happy with his work. Wanted someone I could trust and this was the man. He does a great job. Absolutely recommend him 100 percent.

Neil was wonderfully helpful over the phone in a crisis. All power had gone in the house with no obvious reason on the fuseboard. Talked us though an idiots guide to reset and check each circuit. All sorted and Saturday afternoon has returned to calm. Thank you!

A leak in my utility room cut off the power in my home on a Saturday morning. I left many messages for emergency electricians only NH Lighting & Electrical returned my call. Even though they were not able to visit they walked me through the steps to get the power back up and all at no cost. Brilliant service, really helpful. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant emergency service. We phoned at 8pm and Neil answered straight away and talked through the issue with us, he asked for a few pictures and managed to solve the issue using the pictures. Issue solved within 5 minutes. GU solutions carried out an Electrical safety check on the property we were buying and subsequently carried out some necessary repairs. On every visit they arrived on time, were very professional and very willing to spend time advising on some other electrical work we were thinking of having done. David has completed a number of jobs for me now. He has always been very responsive and helpful. He has rewired my boiler and fixed a few burnt out switches in a very timely manner. He was also very reasonably priced. Knowledgeable and friendly. Highly reccomend for any domestic electrical work.

Dave installed 4 new double sockets in my living room for me. Tidy job, minimal mess and damage from the chasing in made it very easy for me to make the walls good and paint. Dave is very friendly and helpful, and the cost for the work was reasonable. Very happy to recommend Dave - he’s also installed new sockets in my dining room and completely rewired my kitchen, and I will use him again for a future project.

AN ACTUAL LOCAL HERO. Twice I have called BES Electrical in an emergency and BOTH times I have been totally overwhelmed by the extraordinary support given at times that would be inconvenient to anyone. Dan is a truly caring individual who on both occasions did everything he could to help us out. First with an elderly neighbour who was in desperate need of restoring power immediately, and also for me personally when facing a work-critical deadline. Both times this help was given late on a Sunday evening when most would not provide it. HE IS A TOTAL SUPERSTAR. Can't thank him enough. BES is highly recommended.

The gentlemen and ladies at ETA Electrical Services Ltd are awesome! They are all friendly and dedicated including the person at the front desk, the engineers (both the males and female) I've dealt with. Their charges are also reasonable and they have performed PAT Tests and fire alarm safety certifications as well as general electrical work for my HMOs a number of times. They professionally installed among other things a flourescent strip light casing and light a few years back, unfortunately the other day in less than 5 years the light ceased to work. Whilst undertaking the assessment they realised it was still under warranty, and fitted a new one with no charge. Derek installed a Hypervolt EV charger for us recently and we're very happy with the work he and his team did. Derek supplied and installed an AndersenA2 EV charger. He did a great job of fitting it neatly exactly where we agreed it would go and left everything clean and tidy. As well as ensuring the work was completed as soon as the car was listed as eligible (and not before) he also helped us get the Andersen order in before a price rise. Not only this but he was always on time and always friendly and a pleasure to have working at our house.

Derek came and changed over a few light fittings inside and out. All very quick and efficient. He came when he said he was coming which in recent experience is a huge plus.
