Both the men were very polite and efficient. Even though the weather was absolutely dreadful the man doing the cleaning still got up and cleaned the panels. Would recommend this company.

Had a ventilation system fitted in the loft of a dormer bungalow. I’d already decided what I wanted when I filled in their online form so I wasn’t looking for advice or sales - the guy who called me was very nice and direct, quoted me a flat price and then I got an email with a link to a contract website which gave me all of the information I needed. I accepted the quote and someone called back to book the time which was not a long wait - I think from initial contact to complete it was less than a week. The guy fitting arrived at my house early but because someone was home when I got back 20 mins later he’d already put down the drop cloth, inspected the loft and brought everything needed inside. He was very respectful of my home, kept everything very clean, took his time to make sure everything was done properly. He also thoroughly explained how the system works, which settings to use. I don’t think I’ve got any negatives - communication was quick and clear, the price was what they quoted, the work was clean.

Fantastic service from Jason and his team. A top class clean for our solar panels (12) and the added benefit of an in depth test report on the entire system. I'd have no hesitation in recommending DES.

Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

Solar panels and batteries.......... What a great company. From initial contact and planning, utterly professional. Ben quite obviously sought to provide what was required rather than pushing for a bigger order, rare these days! Cracked on with the work. Super fast, very tidy and very conscientious. Price wise BB Electrical supplied a bigger system then others for similar money. Without a doubt I would have no hesitation about recommending this company. Ben is a great electrician and fantastic business owner.. he quoted a price and installed a new hybrid solar system.. had it all up and running same day..I had issues with my app( my phone lol ) he didn't leave till i had all working.. I had an electrical outage. My Internet, fridge, and all appliances were out. I called for the emergency call out service and the electrician offered to help me. I sent him a photo of my mains and he was able to walk me through the issue over the phone. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Chris did an amazing job at our house. He replaced all the light switches and sockets - checking they were all safe. He also upgraded our fuse box as it wasn't safe. He explained all the works to us and showed us what he needed to do. You can ask him any question you need and he will explain so you can understand. I feel safe in my home since his visit. From first contact with Russell and his team at Starks service has been first class. The whole process from survey to fitting and commissioning was completely seamless. Great service from Russell and his team. Everything was completed very neatly and within the timescale I was given. The electrician then came back separately to assist with my setting up the app so I can monitor as necessary. My electricity usage is now an average of 3p per day.

Excellent service from start to finish. New consumer unit - latest spec, fitted alongside fitting Solar batteries, inverters and other paraphernalia and wiring in the Solar Panels. Very polite workforce, knowledgeable and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves including removal of all packaging and old equipment. The team consisted of Marc (boss man) Adam and Scott. Each had their own jobs to do and worked well together. All three were happy to answer questions and provided advice and guidance.

Scott has just left and I have to say I’m super impressed with him as an individual and the quality of his work. He’s such a knowledgable and friendly chap. M D Johnson always do an excellent job with great communication and I can highly recommend the company.

Initially, we went to MD Johnson to install a cold-water pump in our new home. Barry came around and did a great job with the pump installation; professional, courteous and efficient. After that good experience, I then used MD Johnson Electrical for a couple of EICRs on some rental properties. They did a great job of the EICRs and the remedial works that followed. My tenants told me that the MD Johnson team were prompt, professional, tidy and courteous. They even popped back to one of the properties to check on a query I had, with no extra charge. More recently, they solved a troublesome lighting problem with my kitchen. Marc researched the best options, proposed solutions and then went ahead with a seamless install. Now we have amazing lighting in our kitchen to the extent that every time we switch the lights on, it brings a smile to my face! I can't recommend Richard enough! He did multiple jobs at our property, and everything was done to a high standard for a reasonable price. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. He really went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.

Richard rewired the electrics for my system boiler as it wasn't working properly and the heating either wasn't coming on or not switching off and getting super hot. The job took longer than expected but he kept to the quoted price. Would happily recommend. Update: 19/02/2025 - Richard sorted a small electrical issue. He was very prompt, helpful and sorted it without any fuss :) Would happily recommend.

Richard was great. He booked me an appointment within a few days. He fixed two radiators @ a reasonable cost. I would recommend.
