We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!

We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. We were introduced to Parley Manor by attending our god daughter’s wedding. The house and gardens are lovely. Food was tasty and plentiful. For me there were two things that let it down. 1 The proximity to the airport meaning planes were really loud when landing but especially when taking off. This meant we missed some of the vows when a plane took off. 2 Staying in the main house was lovely but the room we were in, Tissy’s Room in the attic was so hot and staff could not be found to ask for a fan or similar to cool the room down. The shared bathroom was a lovely space but after one shower it was like a steam room with no ventilation as the door was a fire door we could not prop it open. The floor was also really squeaky and I worried about waking the children in the room below us.

My husband and I were married at Parley Manor at the end of August over the Bournemouth airshow weekend. We couldn't have had a more perfect day. We first viewed Parley Manor in early 2023 and fell in love with the venue straight away. The gardens are stunning, and as we knew we wanted a summer wedding, this was important to us. It was clear to see so much time and thought goes into the grounds. We went to the open day they held in the spring, which confirmed our choice (especially after trying the pizza straight from their outdoor pizza oven!). Viktorija was fantastic from start to finish; she was extremely patient with us, lovely to deal with, and knowledgeable, and our parents and wedding party thought she was so funny and brought a great energy that kept us all calm in the lead up to our day. Another person who made our day what it was, was David Hopkins, who we hired as our Master of Ceremonies. David, like Viktorija, was worth his weight in gold. We had a call with him in the lead up to the wedding, where he eased any nerves we had and took on the responsibility of the smooth running of the day. He made sure we were where we needed to be, and that we were fed and hydrated throughout the day as it's so easy to get caught up in the excitement! We thought he was fantastic and our guests commented on how great he had been throughout the day too. I stayed in the accommodation the night before which was lovely and had the breakfast box in the morning which was delicious and kept energy levels up. We had the bbq buffet for our wedding breakfast from Merlins and everything was delicious. Guests commented how good everything was and loved having different options available to them. There was something for everyone. The desserts were great too. The pizza as the evening food is an absolute must! It was so good. Ultimately, our day ran extremely smoothly. If anything went wrong, we had absolutely no idea. Viktorija, David and the whole team were seasoned professionals. We wish we could relive the whole day again and again! We'd also recommend getting married over the airshow weekend, it was so fun and brought so much entertainment to all the adults and kids. The whole team, from start to finish, were fantastic, it's left us with memories that will last a lifetime and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much Parley Manor team for the best day.

We had our wedding here on the 21.08.2024 and it was everything we wanted, a truly magical day! We wanted an intimate day to celebrate our love with only our close friends and family. As soon as we saw this beautiful venue we knew it had to be the place where we say 'I DO'. The whole experience was perfect, Viktorija was fantastic every step of the way. Everyone always talks about how stressful it is planning a wedding, but my experience was the opposite, everything was seamless and stress free. Every element of our wedding day went smoothly, Viktorija coordinated everything so well and dealt with all the set up in the morning so we could just focus on getting ready and enjoying the day. I would highly encourage brides to use the wagon the night before it was such a beautiful experience to share with my bridal party and added to the excitement of the big day. It was comfortable and had all amenities we could have possibly needed. We also had a lovely continental breakfast the next day which was yummy. Also, if you are having guests travelling afar I would highly recommend staying in the manor house the night of the wedding, it added that extra special touch to the day and the breakfast the day after was delicious. This venue is beautiful, And we cannot recommend Parley Manor enough. Thank you, Viktorija and the team, so much for all the hard work you put in to making our day so magical. We got married at Pylewell over summer and I can't recommend the venue enough! From our first viewing we were blown away by the teams enthusiasm and professionalism. Planning our weekend was easy thanks to the teams organisation. The venue itself is stunning with grounds including a lake and a beach. As a wedding photographer, I'm always on the hunt for venues that provide a beautiful, romantic setting for couples to celebrate their love. Pylewell Park in the heart of the New Forest certainly fits that description - it's a quintessential English country estate that looks plucked straight from the pages of a Jane Austen novel. From the moment you turn down the long, winding driveway lined with ancient trees, you get a sense of the grandeur awaiting at Pylewell Park. The grade II listed 17th century manor house sits majestically amidst rolling lawns and meticulous gardens. Couples have the option to get married in the charming village church nearby, or take advantage of Pylewell's stunning grounds for an outdoor ceremony beneath the spreading oak trees. No matter the ceremony location, Pylewell's grand entrance hall provides an elegant space for the bride's arrival and first look with her partner, full of historic character with its ornate fireplace and sweeping staircase. The bridal suite upstairs is equally impressive, with soaring ceilings, huge windows, and lovely views over the estate - perfect for capturing the getting ready moments. After the ceremony, the manicured lawns and gardens surrounding the manor make for an idyllic setting for the drinks reception and couple's portraits. The pastel floral decor and staging provided by Pylewell created such an elegant, romantic ambiance. And of course, no review of Pylewell Park would be complete without mentioning the breathtaking photo opportunities as the sun begins to set over the New Forest. Grabbing couples for golden hour portraits in front of the manor's facade is a photographer's dream. Pylewell Park combines the timeless grandeur of an English estate with a relaxed countryside vibe that lets couples and guests fully soak in the festivities. It's truly a world-class wedding venue right in the heart of one of the UK's most scenic locations. I can't recommend it enough to couples looking for a romantic, elegant setting.

What an incredible Wedding Venue! I photographed Kara & Sam's 2 day wedding celebration here in summer 2023, and it was an absolute blast! If you're looking for a venue that ticks every box, look no further. The team are fantastic, attentive and know weddings inside out. The gardens and grounds lend themselves perfectly to weddings of any size, and it's just a short walk to the sea. We had our wedding here on June 15 2024 after finding this beautiful venue over a year beforehand when in our initial planning stages. We were initially drawn to the venue by the picturesque grounds and beautiful interiors. After a virtual tour and a face to face visit, we fell even more in love with the place and decided to go ahead and place our deposit. Over the next year, we planned our day which, due to the natural beauty of the barn and grounds, required us to need minimal decorations - we didn't want to distract from the natural features of the barn or the lovely outside areas. Pippa was amazing throughout the whole planning stage, ensuring we were well prepared in the run up to the big day. Her personality and relaxed yet professional attitude shone through during our initial meets and really helped us to reach the decision to use the venue for our special day. Due to the unpredictable British weather, our original plan of being married outside was decided for us - the day before, we made the call to get married inside the barn due to the unwanted rain we were having. Although a little disappointed to have missed out on using the beautiful space outside for our ceremony, it was actually a blessing as our inside ceremony felt more intimate and enabled all of our guests to hear our wedding vows. We still managed to get some great photos later in the day within that beautiful space by the river having taken advantage of some intermittent sunshine. Pippa was around to help set up beforehand and on the wedding day itself, she (and her mum and partner) made the day go smoothly. The turnaround of the venue's indoor space (from ceremony, to wedding breakfast, to evening reception) was seamless and everything was set up to our requests and it looked beautiful. The wedding day itself was just perfect for us despite the on/off rain and Pippa definitely played a part in enabling our beautiful day to go so well. My family and I stayed in the South Wing the night before and night of the wedding. The accommodation was faultless and helped to create that calm atmosphere you need just before your wedding day. Who'd have thought we'd be appreciative of a log fire in June! Using the bridal suite to get ready with my bridesmaids was a real highlight. We all had so much space to do our thing with our hair and makeup artist also being able to set up with ample space, and our photographer able to navigate between us all with ease to get those all important 'getting ready' shots. Some of our guests stayed in the Courtyard the night of the wedding and passed on their comments as to how clean and comfortable the accommodation was. All in all, I would urge anyone to consider the Manor Estate for their wedding venue as not only is it breathtakingly gorgeous, but the help with planning and the support throughout the whole day was impeccable. Pippa really helped to completely eliminate any wedding-stress which allowed for all of us to enjoy such an amazing day together. Pippa - thank you so much for having us for our wedding day. You've helped to create memories that we will all treasure for the rest of our lives together. Thank you also to your mum for helping the bridal party to arrive to the ceremony without getting soaked! Also, thank you to Mr Pippa for his help throughout the day. I had an engagement ring ready to go for numerous weeks/months, but I just couldn't find the right moment or scenario that felt special enough. I then came across the proposal experts, and after a short consultation I had a list of 5 or 6 proposal ideas customised for me. They were carefully produced based on our discussion with included prices, descriptions, and pictures. After a couple more conversations we settled on Highcliffe castle, a setting safe from any poor October weather. They decorated the grand hall beautifully, organised an acoustic singer with my chosen song, a photographer, and constructed the scenario to enable the big surprise. My proposal could not have gone better, it was beautiful, we even got the weather so were able to head down to the beach for extra photos. If there is anyone out there wanting to propose, but unsure how you want to do it, eliminate the stress and get in touch with Nadia and Sophia, let them deal with it :)

Vanessa, Jane and team were absolutely brilliant for our wedding in May! The flowers were beautiful, better than we imagined. I was so pleased with how my hair and make up looked, it was perfect. My bridesmaids and mum were also done beautifully. They also designed our welcome sign, table plan and place cards. They were reliable, timely and very good value for money and also made sure I had thought of all the little extras! I would 100% recommend them!!

The decor was stunning. Everyone complimented the set up of the ceremony room and how lovely the reception tables were. The Photo Booth was a massive hit with everyone. My Husband and I had a bit of a chaotic start to wedding planning, starting without a wedding planner we booked a venue that fell through and were totally in over our heads. Then my TikTok algorithm presented me with Georgia, and I'm so glad it did. After Georgia scoured three different countries (for months), we then decided to have the wedding five minutes away from our home in Scotland- she didn't show one ounce of frustration. Admittedly, we were worried this was a bit less glamorous than the venues the MO team were used to but Georgia's priority is for her clients to have the wedding that is perfect for them. Georgia was professional, kind and patient through the many, many renditions of our wedding. Not only did she save the day, in the end she planned something that felt so intimate, personal and perfect for us. Georgia worked seamlessly with all of our vendors throughout the planning process, kept us on track with what we needed to be doing and was there to lend an ear if we ever felt overwhelmed. On the weekend of the wedding Georgia and her team (Bertie and Danny) were everywhere at once, they ensured the whole weekend ran exactly to plan. They worked tirelessly, but with smiling faces, they didn't show it. They are all brilliant and there wasn't a single guest who didn't mention how fantastic they were. The ability to plan an event down to such fine detail and yet maintain a sense of complete calm is a skill that should not be undervalued. When my husband and I initially met with Georgia at MatthewOliver Weddings, there was an instant connection. After a few weeks of initial planning, we had some unforseen circumstances arise and had to stop with proceeding on our planning. When we were ready to resume the wedding plans, Georgia was able to work us back into her schedule. We spent the next year and half planning our dream European adventure. Georgia was the perfect planner for us. She took all of our initial requirements (location, airport proximity, historical property, handicap accessibility) and found the perfect venue. Georgia managed every detail and vendor throughout the entire process, culminating in the best weekend of our lives. From sourcing local Flamanco dancers for the welcome party, to scheduling and planning site visits and tastings, to the carefully thoughout stationary, Georgia and the Matthew Oliver team took care of everything to insure that we had the best time with our guests. We cannot love the Matthew Oliver team more!!! The strength of the Matthew Oliver team is their relationships, which when it comes to weddings, is one of the most important qualities for a wedding planner. Because of their close ties with everyone in the industry, we were able to pull off an incredible destination wedding with ease and in budget. They were extremely resourceful when it came to all of our wild requests— they found a way each time to execute our vision. Lastly, what you find is that you spend most of your time with your wedding planners and vendors during the wedding and planning process. You definitely want to like these people during such an important moment. We are lucky to still call Matthew, Bertie and team our friends and they will definitely be in our lives forever!
