We got married on 29th Feb at New Place Hotel. Hazel and her team made a fantastic job of dressing our venue. We couldn't believe the transformation. Sam decorated for our Wedding at Balmer Lawn last Saturday and she did an incredible job it was everything that I hoped for and more! We explained what we wanted and showed pictures and nothing was too much trouble and she got everything spot on. The candles, vases etc that she used were just so beautiful and exactly the style I wanted. She made use of the table decor on the window sills and registrar table during the ceremony so nowhere in the room looked empty. We had soo many compliments on the decor and how beautiful it was. We were recommended Linen & Lace by our florist and I'm so glad she did! Sam has been a dream supplier from day one and completely understood the look & feel we were going for from the moment we spoke on the phone. When it was safe to do so, we were able to visit Sam at her studio, this gave us the chance to look at all the items available and discuss what would suit our day, Sam also organized our linen and napkins which was such a great help as was one less thing we had to worry about. As our wedding was in December we were only allowed 15 guests but that did not stop Sam creating the most beautiful tablescape, she is so talented and the end creation took our breath away. We have had so much feedback from our family & friends about how beautiful the table and room were, we couldn’t agree more! Sam was an absolute delight from start to finish. I knew I wanted everything at our wedding to look pretty, but had no idea how to make it look nice, fortunately Sam did! I gave her some vague ideas, and she put together exactly what I wanted somehow. She was really easy to get hold of and talk to. We adjusted some things closer to the date, and everything came together beautifully. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone!

Could not recommend Linen and Lace enough. Sam made our venue look even better than I imagined and her attention to detail was exquisite. We wanted a rustic feel with lots of pretty lights/candles and she made it work. She went above and beyond and even helped with the flowers! She also made it stress free for us. Everything was taken care of.

We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.

To have & to hire were recommended suppliers via our wedding venue, I cannot express how happy I am we used them! They took my vision and made it come to life, I can’t even put in to words how stunning the barn looked. It actually took my breath away when I got to the aisle at how amazing it all looked. I have had so many comments from guests about how stunning the barn looked and whether the flowers were real or not! They took so much stress away from someone who likes to be in control 😆 I got to the venue at 9am and they were already up on ladders installing the foliage! I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how great these guys were. Super flexible and accommodating given our venue. Friendly, helpful and reliable. But most importantly absolutely topped off the wedding, the dance floor was full all night. No one who attended the wedding has any voices left after all the singing and shouting. Mister Kanish were amazing. Everyone loved them and we are so glad we hired them for the evening of our wedding! If you're unsure about whether you want a band or DJ, then you definitely want a band and you definitely want Mister Kanish. They're extremely talented musicians and their repertoire was spot on! MK played at our daughter's wedding two weeks ago. They were brilliant and everyone loved then. Great breadth of music. Something for all ages and tastes. The dance floor was full all night. We had our Wedding at the Manor Estate on August and it was the best day. Pippa is always on hand to set up and take down. During the day she was behind the scenes with the music and changing over of the room. It is the most beautiful venue and we are truly grateful to Pippa and her team! The accommodation on site is beautiful, everything you need and very spacious. Thank you!

We had our wedding here on June 15 2024 after finding this beautiful venue over a year beforehand when in our initial planning stages. We were initially drawn to the venue by the picturesque grounds and beautiful interiors. After a virtual tour and a face to face visit, we fell even more in love with the place and decided to go ahead and place our deposit. Over the next year, we planned our day which, due to the natural beauty of the barn and grounds, required us to need minimal decorations - we didn't want to distract from the natural features of the barn or the lovely outside areas. Pippa was amazing throughout the whole planning stage, ensuring we were well prepared in the run up to the big day. Her personality and relaxed yet professional attitude shone through during our initial meets and really helped us to reach the decision to use the venue for our special day. Due to the unpredictable British weather, our original plan of being married outside was decided for us - the day before, we made the call to get married inside the barn due to the unwanted rain we were having. Although a little disappointed to have missed out on using the beautiful space outside for our ceremony, it was actually a blessing as our inside ceremony felt more intimate and enabled all of our guests to hear our wedding vows. We still managed to get some great photos later in the day within that beautiful space by the river having taken advantage of some intermittent sunshine. Pippa was around to help set up beforehand and on the wedding day itself, she (and her mum and partner) made the day go smoothly. The turnaround of the venue's indoor space (from ceremony, to wedding breakfast, to evening reception) was seamless and everything was set up to our requests and it looked beautiful. The wedding day itself was just perfect for us despite the on/off rain and Pippa definitely played a part in enabling our beautiful day to go so well. My family and I stayed in the South Wing the night before and night of the wedding. The accommodation was faultless and helped to create that calm atmosphere you need just before your wedding day. Who'd have thought we'd be appreciative of a log fire in June! Using the bridal suite to get ready with my bridesmaids was a real highlight. We all had so much space to do our thing with our hair and makeup artist also being able to set up with ample space, and our photographer able to navigate between us all with ease to get those all important 'getting ready' shots. Some of our guests stayed in the Courtyard the night of the wedding and passed on their comments as to how clean and comfortable the accommodation was. All in all, I would urge anyone to consider the Manor Estate for their wedding venue as not only is it breathtakingly gorgeous, but the help with planning and the support throughout the whole day was impeccable. Pippa really helped to completely eliminate any wedding-stress which allowed for all of us to enjoy such an amazing day together. Pippa - thank you so much for having us for our wedding day. You've helped to create memories that we will all treasure for the rest of our lives together. Thank you also to your mum for helping the bridal party to arrive to the ceremony without getting soaked! Also, thank you to Mr Pippa for his help throughout the day. We had a wonderful experience marrying at this venue. We wanted a beautiful setting with exclusive use for the full weekend, the flexibility to choose our catering options and lovely accommodation on site – we got all that and more at Manor Estate. Pippa is a delight to deal with, from the minute I met her I felt relaxed but knew that she would get things done! As it’s Pippa’s own business in her family estate, she really cares and we felt confident we would be well looked after, which we were. We had hoped to have the ceremony outside and although weather didn’t cooperate on the day, Pippa remained flexible and had both indoor/outdoor bars prepped in case there was the opportunity to be outside – which was wonderful when the sun shone after the ceremony for our drinks reception! The gardens are so pretty, there are so many beautiful photo opportunities. There is a good sized list of approved caterers to choose from which meant we had the flexibility to choose what suited us, whilst knowing that the caterers have done previous weddings at our venue. There is lovely accommodation on site (two separate wings), and with exclusive use for the weekend it meant that we could really enjoy the venue with our family rather than it all being over in a day. Being able to decorate the venue the day before really took the stress out of the preparations and Pippa was on hand to help and answer any questions, as she had been since the very beginning, always responsive and helpful. Pippa also went above and beyond helping my work colleagues coordinate a present to be delivered to the venue for us. We couldn’t have hoped for more and would highly recommend this beautiful venue.

I've taken my stand to the two new Eastleigh Markets run by Dream Empire, and I've been very impressed by their organisation and communication in advance and on the day, and their pitch fees are very reasonable too! I'm looking forward to being at more of their events next year.

We have had the pleasure to trade an event run by Dream Empire events and they were wonderful - great planning and communication, fair pricing and lovely people. Just updating my review: I've held quite a few stalls with Dream Empire now and they are brilliant, so well organised and professional. They offer great advice and provide very comprehensive guides for the events themselves. They are always looking to improve and are very engaging on social media platforms.

We've had the pleasure of working with Melanie and Danielle on a number of weddings. They are genuinely friendly and exceptionally organised. From a supplier perspective, they understand a supplier's requirements and that makes things so much easier. I will always be grateful to Danielle for handing out bottles of ice cold water on a scorching hot day! Bellissimo Weddings are exceptional at what they do.

We worked with Melanie for our wedding at Came House last year, and can honestly say she is one fantastic woman and the best wedding planner we could have hoped for. She is so experienced and organised, gave great advice throughout whilst listening to all our ideas. Her knowledge of the area and suppliers (as well as all her hard work) really helped to bring our vision to life. This was no easy feat as we had quite a few parts to fit into the weekend, but Melanie made it work! Danielle was the venue manager and planner extraordinaire for our wedding at the English Oak Vineyard this summer, she did such a wonderful job at ensuring everything was well coordinated and thought through, gave great advice and honestly went above and beyond to make sure that our day went perfectly. I had an engagement ring ready to go for numerous weeks/months, but I just couldn't find the right moment or scenario that felt special enough. I then came across the proposal experts, and after a short consultation I had a list of 5 or 6 proposal ideas customised for me. They were carefully produced based on our discussion with included prices, descriptions, and pictures. After a couple more conversations we settled on Highcliffe castle, a setting safe from any poor October weather. They decorated the grand hall beautifully, organised an acoustic singer with my chosen song, a photographer, and constructed the scenario to enable the big surprise. My proposal could not have gone better, it was beautiful, we even got the weather so were able to head down to the beach for extra photos. If there is anyone out there wanting to propose, but unsure how you want to do it, eliminate the stress and get in touch with Nadia and Sophia, let them deal with it :)

Nadia has been fantastic in arranging my proposal in very short amount of time and is very flexible to changes and requests. The full set up was done quickly and looked amazing and exactly how I had envisioned it! Lovely venue that makes for a truly special event/ wedding. Beautiful picturesque grounds and friendly staff. Often has events on throughout the year which are great to attend like wedding fayres and mothers day afternoon teas. Would recommend this if your looking for somewhere to get married.

If I could give more stars I would! My (now) husband and I had our wedding at the Old Vicarage in November and we couldn't be happier with our choice of venue!! It is the most stunning New Forest location, which was perfect for photos in the beautiful grounds. The planning and set up of the day was seamless from start to finish; we chose the winter package, which was a very reasonable deal and made for a wonderfully cosy Autumn wedding. Tom was extremely helpful and accommodating for all of our requests. We loved hosting fireworks in the back field, cocktails on the lawn and a perfectly intimate wedding breakfast, followed by a buzzing party with our friends and family. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Superb venue for a special occasion - ours was a christening reception. Lovely main building and the extensive and mature gardens are stunning with lots of various little nooks and features to make it a veritable wonderland - especially for children! Staff were lovely too. :-) Only gripe (for which it doesn't get the 5* treatment) is that the food was not quite on par with the rest of the quality provided and experienced for the price they charge per head.
