I had the pleasure of meeting Rosie in my capacity as a wedding celebrant. She is a consummate professional has a fabulous sense of style, is hugely creative and an enviable address book of contacts from which to draw. Instantly likeable and someone you just know will be a constant calm, focused and reassuring presence who will help turn your dream for your event into a reality. Her dedication to the job has no bounds. I love this image of her working hard despite the near tropical conditions at a wedding we worked on together in the summer last year. I couldn't recommend her more highly. She also happens to be a massive supporter of celebrant led ceremonies!

We have collaborated with Rosie on several events to date with our bell tent and luxury loo hire; she is a joy to work with and consistently creative. Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.

We have worked with Rosie on events including our own open weekends and she is an absolute joy to work with. She is great at organising people, extremely friendly and approachable. Not only is she creative but she is able to take your ideas and turn them into something truly spectacular. We recommend Rosie to all our clients and look forward to working with her lots more in the future. If I was getting married again (which I am not planning on) I would hire Rosie immediately!

We are so grateful to have had Stacey as our wedding coordinator – I honestly can’t say enough good things! We both agreed, that hiring Stacey was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding. On the day of the wedding, Stacey and Ali went above and beyond. They handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day literally zero stress. Everything was considered and organised so well, from our quick-fire family photos to Stacey’s genius plan of doing a receiving line on the way out of the drinks reception to make sure our guests started to make their way to their seats on time. We received so many compliments from our guests about Stacey and Ali and how brilliant they were. The fact that we are still WhatsApp-ing 2 months after the wedding tells you all you need to know – Stacey genuinely cares about the couples she works with. Stacey is a genuine, warm, helpful and wise person. She is very personable and grasps a good understanding of individuals, couples and their visions for their dream celebrations. We opted for on the day management and this was invaluable especially as we had a number of unforeseen challenges to contend with in the run up to and on the day (15.06.24) such as our wedding cake maker cancelling just one month before and entertainment arriving late on the day! Her team are proactive, resourceful and good fun. On our day, Jess was leading and she and the rest of the team were great engaging with us, our guests and even leading on the Candy by Cameo dance 💃🏻 Thoughtful messages and gifts from Stacey before and on the day really enhanced the experience for us and we can wholeheartedly recommend the service she provides for anyone who wants full planning and/or on-the-day coordination for weddings or any celebration in fact!

As soon as we walked into Chesil House we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding, it ticked every box it even has a lift for those in our family that would need one. Charlotte and her team were amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble, everything was just seamless and stress free, even when the Limo we booked was too long to fit into the yard, Charlotte sorted it. There was never any need for us to panic or stress. Our wedding day was perfect in every way, Chesil House, the beautiful gardens, everything was stunning. One of our guests was unfortunately taken unwell early in the day, everyone at Chesil house rallied around to make sure everything was taken care of. We were continually updated and knew that they were in safe hands and being looked after which helped us to continue enjoying our special day. We cannot recommend having your wedding at Chesil House highly enough. We had the perfect day with so many memories that we will cherish forever. What a beautiful place, so pretty and calming for funerals and other ceremonies. The staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome, and we are forever grateful to Steels' funeral directors and Claire, our ceremony speaker it was just perfect for our needs and wishes. The garden room was stunning with it beautiful garden view and the river running through. Celia would have been very pleased we chose you to help us send her onto her new garden up above x. Thank you so much x Parking place to help to others there is a big car park over the road from the little roundabout it is set back a little bit from the traffic lights and pedestrian crossing big red building 9 floors and 3 pounds to park for the day! We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. Khia & Kirsty @ The Events Co were so helpful in making sure our wedding ran smoothly this Summer! They took care of furniture, catering, staffing, on the day co-ordination and moral support!! We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. 5 stars are not enough! From the day I met Jodie she put my mind at ease! I didn't have a clue where to begin planning a wedding, Jodie patiently sat down with me (and my Pinterest board) and went through everything. Jodie made examples of the centerpieces I had shown her in our colour scheme and they were exactly what we had wanted. Closer to the date Jodie met with myself and my husband and made sure we had everything we needed and reminded us of things we'd forgotten along the way. Throughout the whole process Jodie was never pushy for us to spend more money and worked alongside us with our budget. On the day everything was beautiful and the time and effort spent on every little detail was obvious. I would recommend event themes for any occasion and will definitely be using them again for future events! Thank you!

Jodie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment we began. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The flowers were stunning, the table decorations, the ramp decorations, the lanterns, the aisle and even down to her helping us make a U shaped table possible- was all perfect. Every single guest commented on how beautiful it was and complimented her work. Thank you to all at Event Themes by JW for the time spent setting up the on Friday and Saturday and for making the moving of flowers and relaying/ adding bar table’s absolutely seem less! I could literally go on and on about each and every aspect of the day… but I won’t. They truly exceeded expectations and made our dreams come true- contributing to making our wedding day the best day of our lives !

Jodie's talent and skill is breathtaking. Her artistic arrangements are just beautiful and her ability to truly listen to her clients makes the displays and the work she produces so personal and unique. She very kindly did all the flowers for our recent wedding in Hampshire and the comments we had regarding our bouquets, table displays and more, were endless. Thank you Jodie, sincerely for being the amazing talented person that you are. You are truly brilliant.

We had a memorable wedding thanks to this company. So professional but friendly at the same time., with great attention to detail. Some things we forgot, thank god for Jodie she was good at coming up with the finer things! We got everything we asked for and more! The flowers where incredible and the colour scheme exactly what we wanted. I could not recommend more!

We hired Pop up Photo Box from Aston Dobson Events for our wedding. They were incredible and provided a great service with a fantastically large range of props for guests to use! We really appreciated the lovely book which guests were able to put a copy of their photos in and write a message. I can’t thank the girl running the photo booth enough as she pointed out that she hadn’t seen the bride or groom have photos and alerted guests to go get us before she packed away! We really appreciated this and her giving us time to get photos with our family and friends. We also love that we have received digital copies of all the photos! Amazing service which added so much fun to the evening. We highly recommend :)

We hired Aston & the team back in April 2024 for our wedding. Fast coward to August 2024 and my Husband turn’t 30. I knew I had to contact Aston and the team to get them to come to his surprise birthday party. I contacted Aston, as always so quick to respond and just so friendly. On the day, we had an issue where the initial venue cancelled on us. We sourced another venue (only 10 minutes away) and the Pop Up team were first there. We hired the Pop up Photo Box for our wedding reception and it was absolutely fantastic. The props and the back drop fit well to our theme (we got married in Vegas a month ago). Kayleigh (sorry if I got this wrong) was so friendly and helpful, the guests were also loving her fun vibe. We had as many prints as we wanted, which guests could stick in the signing book that was included. I was also sent all the photos by WeTransfer just in case any were lost and I can see all the pictures taken on the night! Would definitely recommend.

Pop Up Photo Box was an amazing addition to our wedding celebration!! The guests absolutely loved it, and we have loved looking through our guestbook at all the different photos! Aston was brilliant; he replied promptly, nothing was too much trouble and he made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. Charlie was our attendant for the day and she was incredible!! She had wonderful energy, interacted with the guests and made sure everyone had so much fun. There was a wide selection of props and it was such a hit, people kept going back again and again! I cannot recommend Pop Up Photo Box enough!

I used Events for You for my daughter's bat-mitzvah. They were professional and efficient from start to finish. The hot pink and orange ostrich feather center pieces they made for me were exquisite and outstanding and the stand would flash different colors all night. They were a great size and set off the entire room. All my guests commented on how amazing they were. They are a lovely company to deal with.

Events for you did the decor for our wedding at sandford springs. The seats, backdrop and decor was on point and beautiful. They were on time and where they needed to be to make it work and happen. I would highly recommend.

We hired Events For U to supply a number of items for our wedding at a local venue a few days ago. From start to finish the process was effortless and the excitement of seeing everything set up on the day was amazing!! Lorna helped with the table decorations for our wedding. She helped me massively when I was struggling to make decisions but she brought all of the thoughts I had, and turned them into reality. My Husband and I could not recommend Lorna( The wedding package company) enough she did the most perfect job making my wedding look like a dream, she was so helpful in helping pick the perfect decor and she is really lovely and easy to talk to.

Lorna set up the floral love letters, doughnut wall and sweet cart for our wedding reception and we also hired the post box. She was so lovely and friendly and everyone loved the sweets and doughnuts.
