We used Bury Court as a venue for our wedding. We were thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, their attention to detail on the day but also throughout. We were able to have a number of conversations with the venue and organisers to make sure everything was covered. They were so easy to work with and delivered on everything that we expected and then some! Couldn’t recommend the venue enough, it was brilliant for us where we could have our ceremony, reception and accommodation all in one place. Along with the fact that our dog could be the ring bearer. It was everything we wanted and more, thank you so much!

Our daughters wedding was at Bury Court. The venue was excellent. Extremely flexible with regard to some unconventional requests and the staff so efficient, friendly and accommodating. A big plus was the rooms for people to stay, from a gorgeous bridal suite to several large ensuite doubles. Food and drink was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend.

From the moment we first viewed Bury Court Barn we fell in love with it. The team that work there were always incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel special! The day itself ran seamlessly and we noticed the team going the extra mile to help with little bits too. Our guests absolutely raved about the venue too. I couldn’t recommend it more highly! To have & to hire were recommended suppliers via our wedding venue, I cannot express how happy I am we used them! They took my vision and made it come to life, I can’t even put in to words how stunning the barn looked. It actually took my breath away when I got to the aisle at how amazing it all looked. I have had so many comments from guests about how stunning the barn looked and whether the flowers were real or not! They took so much stress away from someone who likes to be in control 😆 I got to the venue at 9am and they were already up on ladders installing the foliage! We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!

We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. No words can express how thankful we are to Rivervale Barn for making our wedding day so special. We new Rivervale Barn was our venue from the initial tour we had with Victoria, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions with no hesitation. We had viewed a few venues and both agreed Rivervale Barn stood out to us. The moment we drove down the lovely swooping driveway to see entrance, we instantly had that excitement you dream of. Seeing and hearing how the spaces flowed so well allowed us to imagine how our big day would work at this incredible venue. We asked to come back the following week with our family, as we were so keen to show them the venue we had our heart set on. The staff at Rivervale were so accomadating with tbis and our families felt welcome. This was the day we booked the venue and we all left with a warm and excited feeling. The next 12 months consisted of planning and wedding meetings every few months. Again any questions or queries we had were easily answered and they were more than happy to cater to a brides very particular dietary requirement. Our wedding day then arrived, as soon as we arrived at the venue Victoria and the whole team were on hand helping getting everything out of the cars and asked how we wanted everything set up. This Instantly took all the stress away from us and allowed us to get ready. The whole staffing team were also fantastic in ensuring my bride and I didn't see one another at all. The day was truly perfect, any issue that arose Victoria was straight onto and some never even came to our attention as they were sorted out before we could stress about them! All of our guests raved about how incredible the food was, and those with dietary requirements were so thankful to have such lovely meal as this is often an after thought. The guests all commented on how beautiful the venue was, and how they were blown away. We could not fault Rivervale Barn and the team in any way shape or form and we will be forever thankful for all the hard work they put in throughout the day. We knew from the moment we stepped into Rivervale that this was the place we wanted to get married. The venues and grounds were beautiful and we fell in love with the outdoor space, however on our wedding day the weather had other ideas and because of the rain we held the ceremony indoors. The indoor space was just as gorgeous and now we look back on the day we wouldn’t have had it any other way. The staff were brilliant from planning to the actual day. We would especially like to mention Victoria who we could have not asked for a better person to help us through our day. Our guests were very complimentary of her too as we know it can be quite difficult to organise our friends and families, but she handled it so brilliantly. We can’t speak highly enough of her! Rivervale Barn has also built up amazing partnerships with their suggested supplies, who some of which we used for our day and would recommend taking a look at yourself.

We hired Aston & the team back in April 2024 for our wedding. Fast coward to August 2024 and my Husband turn’t 30. I knew I had to contact Aston and the team to get them to come to his surprise birthday party. I contacted Aston, as always so quick to respond and just so friendly. On the day, we had an issue where the initial venue cancelled on us. We sourced another venue (only 10 minutes away) and the Pop Up team were first there. Having the pop up photo box at our wedding just made the reception! Our guests absolutely loved it and we captured some amazing memories from using the booth. Aston was really quick and informative when we spoke on email and the lady who was the attendant on the night (apologies I didn't grab her name) was amazing and seemed to be enjoying helping us take some great and hilarious photos. We hired Pop up Photo Box from Aston Dobson Events for our wedding. They were incredible and provided a great service with a fantastically large range of props for guests to use! We really appreciated the lovely book which guests were able to put a copy of their photos in and write a message. I can’t thank the girl running the photo booth enough as she pointed out that she hadn’t seen the bride or groom have photos and alerted guests to go get us before she packed away! We really appreciated this and her giving us time to get photos with our family and friends. We also love that we have received digital copies of all the photos! Amazing service which added so much fun to the evening. We highly recommend :)

We hired the Pop up Photo Box for our wedding reception and it was absolutely fantastic. The props and the back drop fit well to our theme (we got married in Vegas a month ago). Kayleigh (sorry if I got this wrong) was so friendly and helpful, the guests were also loving her fun vibe. We had as many prints as we wanted, which guests could stick in the signing book that was included. I was also sent all the photos by WeTransfer just in case any were lost and I can see all the pictures taken on the night! Would definitely recommend.

We can't thank SW Events enough for all of their help over the past year - they planned our wedding reception to perfection. They were efficient, knowledgeable and lots of fun to spend time with during the planning process! We had the utmost confidence in them to make sure everything ran smoothly and the day was even better than we imagined. Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Ajay, you almost got a variety show, we think the creativity and vision we created for a seated reception was nothing anyone could have expected and it was such a treat for everyone - this is down to both your creativity but also experience with weddings and venues to pull it off. We contacted our local Events For U at Pack Lane, Basingstoke to talk about decorations for our forthcoming Golden Wedding party. Although we could have looked on line we decided to go and see them f-f l easy to this was not too much trouble. We were given great guidance on what was available so we were able to make an informed decision on what we actually wanted. We had black and gold table balloons which looked lovely and we decided to have, across the back of the chairs, gold glitter bands. Against the black table cloths and chairs they looked stunning and well worth using them to enhance the room. We also had the large 50 sign which was all lit up and looked lovely. Thank you.

We used events for u for a starlit cloth for our wedding. They were very easy to communicate with and the cloth looked great. Would highly recommend.

We booked Pink Frog to provide some activities for our recent wedding and it all went as smoothly as possible - everything arrived on time and exactly as expected, and then disappeared the next morning without us even noticing! Could not thank the team more!

We booked Pink Frog events for our wedding celebration at the Great House after seeing them at a wedding fair. We loved their all white DJ set up and they were really friendly and excited to talk through our plans with us. It was really easy to book and there was great communication from them throughout!! We added in some fairy lights and the giant Mr & Mrs sign which all our guests loved and it looked amazing. The DJ on the night kept the dancefloor full all night and played a really great range of music!! Wouldn't hesitate to book them again, and would recommend to everyone - thanks so much!!

They were great to work with. We had an event at our home and required some tables, chairs and chaffing dishes. I called on Wednesday for an event on Saturday and I was so pleased to speak with Doug. He was extremely patient in answering all of my questions and requests. He quickly helped me secure the equipment I needed and also suggested other items I may need. We rented their chairs and they were such great quality. I was so pleased the condition of these and seat cushions. Everything was clean and in great condition, their equipment truly made my birthday party incredible. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you!
