John and the team were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly responsive to all my emails and questions leading up to the event. We hired 360 photobooth, lettering and silent disco. On the day, they were on-site exactly when promised, and handled all my queries with patience and a smile, even when I was a bit indecisive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use their services again. Thank you so much Invite Team!

Yesterday evening was a Diamond Wedding 60 years Celebration in Lyndhurst. John Smart, the DJ, was absolutely fantastic. The music played was perfectly chosen and really got everybody up dancing. His wonderfully charismatic style, smiling face, celebration announcements and cooperation were more than brilliant. Thank you John for making the evening extra special.

Invite events limited provided us with some light up letters for a party and I couldn’t fault them. They arrived and set up whilst I wasn’t at the venue, which was a nice surprise to arrive too. They picked the best spot to set up and it looked great. They were prompt to collect at the end of the evening. Would highly recommend.

As a wedding supplier who exhibits, I'm always exceptionally happy, as there is always good footfall and lovely people who are serious about making bookings for their big days. I attempted a wedding fair at the holiday inn and event Themes immediately caught my eye the table display looked beautiful and I knew I I wanted them to decorate our venue. Unfortunately our wedding got cancelled three times down to covid but jodie was amazing and kept in contact with me all the way through. On our wedding day the room looked incredible, the attention to detail was spotless and I couldn’t of been more happy it was perfect. Thank you so much jodie for making my wedding dreams come true 🥰

Jodie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment we began. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The flowers were stunning, the table decorations, the ramp decorations, the lanterns, the aisle and even down to her helping us make a U shaped table possible- was all perfect. Every single guest commented on how beautiful it was and complimented her work. Thank you to all at Event Themes by JW for the time spent setting up the on Friday and Saturday and for making the moving of flowers and relaying/ adding bar table’s absolutely seem less! I could literally go on and on about each and every aspect of the day… but I won’t. They truly exceeded expectations and made our dreams come true- contributing to making our wedding day the best day of our lives !

Jodie's talent and skill is breathtaking. Her artistic arrangements are just beautiful and her ability to truly listen to her clients makes the displays and the work she produces so personal and unique. Thank you to Mal from All Parties and Events for being a brilliant DJ at our wedding at East Horton. We had people on the dance floor all night long and having a great time. There was many people coming up to us saying how the music was great and “their era”! Mal went through all different generations making sure there was something in there for everyone. Mal was always very friendly and the best DJ we’ve seen! He also provided an extra light service which helped set the mood in the venue and allowed us to have the most perfect first dance. So glad we booked All Parties & Events. Tony was a brilliant DJ, we met with him by video call before to talk through music styles, any special songs we had and also any type of music we didn’t want to hear, he was very professional. The dance floor was busy all night, he knew what songs to put on next to keep the party going and to keep everyone on the dance floor and also get all ages on the dance floor. We both said how much of an amazing job Tony did and so many guests said the same too! We liked that there was no rush to do our first dance, he just said to let him know when we were ready and it worked really well as it gave the chance for evening guests to arrive. Also loved the option for guests to upload photos on the DJ screen at the front of the dance floor, getting sent those photos the next day was very funny! Thank you!

We used All Parties and Events for our annual awards dinner. This is our flagship yearly event and always have in attendance the great and good of our industry so it is very important to make a good impression. We could not have been more delighted by the outcome. Peter provided an exceptional and professional service right from day one all the way through to the final minute of the event. Her creativity, organization and attention to detail made our special day truly magical, the venue looked incredible, and the day ran so smoothly (despite the non-stop rain!) and the little extras she went above and beyond to do were so appreciated. Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special. I can’t t explain how perfect Suzanne was from the beginning until the end of the wedding shoot day! Suzanne is very responsible, organised, careful and attended to all of our needs entirely, she was always aware of everything that was in the timetable, making sure everything worked fine and making the day so easy, relaxed and one memorable event. Kate was the DJ all day for our wedding on the 5th November 2021, providing music for the ceremony, mics for the wedding breakfast and full disco for the evening reception. She was incredible throughout the day, going above and beyond her duties! She was excellent at communication throughout the booking leading up to the wedding day and so warm and friendly. She got our music taste perfectly and the range of music played was exactly want we wanted and more, and the dance floor was busy all night!

Kate was absolutely amazing and professional from the moment she arrived there. Despite a rather big crowd at the wedding, she came to find myself and my wife and greeted/congratulated us when she arrived. The first dance and the follow up song was the most beautiful part of the wedding and it’s all thanks to Kate. Then we did the Wedding Anniversary dancing game which was really fun. Kate was our wedding DJ and honestly we couldn’t have asked for better. After rearranging our wedding with her on multiple occasions and confusing her initially with our music taste (sorry Kate!) she not only pulled it off but she smashed it out of the park. She showed off her talents as not only a great DJ but as a makeshift seamstress when she helped adjust my dress so I could get through the first dance! Kate was lovely and we would definitely recommend her!

I entered a competition for my little rescue pooch, that was advertised on Alliance's Facebook page and he was lucky enough to win! The lovely Ella who spoke to me on the phone wanted to know everything about him and his backstory. The whole team were so engaging and were so excited to meet him and his big sister who was also invited along for the photo shoot. Once I arrived at the studio for my shoot with both dogs in tow the welcome was so lovely! All of the team were so friendly and made me feel at ease. The shoot itself was great, Ella really listened to me about what I would like to encapsulate and made it all a reality, we all had a great time. Once all of the photos were put together I was able to go through in their viewing room to see the ones I wished to purchase, which was an ordeal as I wanted all of them! Ella was really patient with me and helping me decide. I then got to see a beautiful video at the end with all of them together (10 in total) and it brought a tear to my eye. The photos are absolutely incredible. The communication after the shoot to make sure I received my photos and frame was also excellent. I Unfortunately lost my older girlie a few weeks after the shoot and I am so glad I now have these wonderful memories in these beautiful photographs. I am so happy with my experience with Alliance and I would highly recommend using them. 10/10 Thankyou!

Delighted to have employed Wayne from Alliance to shot our wedding. From the moment we met Wayne, he was professional, engaging and listened to our needs. He conducted a pre wedding meeting to discuss and run through how we wanted the day to go. On the day, he had great guidance for poses and scenery shots. Jane was amazing today throughout the whole process. Our 2 kids don't trust adults easily yet they both warmed to her straight away. Wayne and his team are amazing and would highly recommend. We were lucky enough to win an engagement shoot with Alliance during COVID. Not being big picture people, Wayne made us feel at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. This led to easy decision to then book him for our wedding day in March this year. Wayne was great when it came to understanding what we were looking for but also knowing how to take the perfect shot without us even noticing. Can’t wait to hopefully use Alliance again in the future.

We were blown away with the service provided by the P&P catering team. From booking to the day itself, we were provided with an amazing service. The food was absolutely amazing and created such a great atmosphere with the paella being cooked in front of everyone. The evening food was also brilliant and all the guests were very well fed! Aga and her team took such good care of us, and made the day run completely seamlessly. Communication throughout the build up with Richard was great and he was able to help us plan our perfect day. Richard and his team were fantastic and proactive throughout the day. We booked Richard and his team for our wedding to serve Paella. A few months before the day, Richard gave us a sample of the food and went through every detail of the serving process, even helping us with other aspects of the day. Richard and his team catered for our evening wedding reception for 100 guests. The staff were efficient and friendly and the food was wonderful. All of our guests also commented how lovely the food was. Richard was excellent with the lead up to wedding giving me lots of ideas of what we could have and different price options. We would highly recommend P P catering and events.
