We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

Khia & Kirsty @ The Events Co were so helpful in making sure our wedding ran smoothly this Summer! They took care of furniture, catering, staffing, on the day co-ordination and moral support!! Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.

We have worked with Rosie on events including our own open weekends and she is an absolute joy to work with. She is great at organising people, extremely friendly and approachable. Not only is she creative but she is able to take your ideas and turn them into something truly spectacular. Where to begin… Let’s start here, Melanie and the team at Cranberry blue provided us with our dream day. From our very first conversation Melanie managed to capture our personalities, likes and dislikes and project this into designing and planning our dream wedding. She was able to make decisions whilst guiding us what seemed like effortlessly (I know realistically she out 110% of hard work and time in) on the right creative designs suited to our tastes. Before I’d even said or made a suggestion she was one step ahead and knew instinctively that I would/would not be happy with something and that took so much pressure and stress out of creating the dream day. Cranberry blue do not just plan a wedding they create the atmosphere and that’s something that takes meticulous planning and some serious imagination. She made us feel so comfortable and excited. Ashley DJ'd at my wedding at Clock Barn, and as someone who is obsessed with music (and being on the dance floor all night) the DJ was one of the most important roles for my wedding, and Ashley did not disappoint. We provided a playlist ahead of time and he went through and split them into sections that seamlessly blended into each other, creating a great mix for all ages and all genres. I can't thank Ashley enough, and I was indeed on the dance floor the whole night!

Ashley was brilliant! We hired him for our wedding at Clock Barn and he was great. He was really communicative and made a great atmosphere in the barn. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Ashley was a star! He was just the most perfect DJ and had everyone on the dance floor! We were both a little nervous for our first dance, but Ashley reassured us, and made us feel so comfortable! He played songs for everyone, and all our guests absolutely loved it! He also provided his beautiful rustic ‘Love’ letters and up lighters, which were so amazing and really brought the place together, thank you Ashley!

Incredible DJ! Ashley had our wedding dance floor full all night. The venue, our friends and family all commented on how well Ashley knew the dance floor and knew what worked. We managed to get in some classic 80s, cheesy 90s and immense dance music and he just made it all flow. The next day when we went to the venue to collect our decor, I expected to pick up leftover glow sticks and light sticks however there was no chance as everything had been used up. The videos from our wedding show a full dance floor throughout the night, I’ve genuinely never known such a good DJ. We can’t thank Ashley enough! Quite hard to get a photo that isn’t blurry but there are some epic videos!

Absolutely fantastic company to work with, Kate listened to what we wanted and advised us helping to create our perfect setting for our wedding ceremony room and reception. I couldn’t recommend them enough, even though we were right in the middle of their busiest weekend of the year so far, we felt special and Kate always had time for a chat! Thank you again!

We have worked with Little Details for the last 4 x years due to COVID, they have always been there for us and supported us the whole way through, nothing is too much trouble for them. On the day of our wedding on the 03.09.22 at Lythe Hill, there was a lot of prearranging throughout the morning due to weather conditions Kate and the team managed to pull it off, we cannot thank them enough for persevering on the day. We got married November 2024 at Old Thorns Estate Hotel. It was a no-brainer to use the little details company for our decorations as we had seen them at the venue for a wedding open day. I fell in love with the center pieces and found it super easy to picture our day! We were able to see all of the decoration options in their studio and pick the items we wanted. The choice was entirely ours and nothing felt forced or pushy which is something I really appreciated about our experience. The set up on the day ran so smoothly, I was only sorry that I couldn’t see the girls in person to thank them. I would highly recommend using the little details company as it takes away the stress from any guests in the day with set up and take down.

6 members of our extended family met at The Half Moon bar and restaurant today. We were served by a very polite and pleasant gentleman. Our meal was delicious and dessert yummy. The Half Moon is located by Petersfield in Hampshire and is an easy venue to reach for our group who lived within a 25-mile radius. Certainly would recommend.

I was part of the Multiple Sclerosis Alton and Petersfield Christmas meal group , 31 ( ish ) people in total. Excellent service from the wait staff , delivering different meals to us . We were chatting, so making themselves heard was a challenge. The main course was hot , vegetables perfectly cooked and plentiful. Well done to the chefs , kitchen and wait staff. A lovely time was had by us all.
