When we first visited House of Styling's barn, we were blown away by the range or different items and themes available to rent for our special day. Kirsty took care to listen to what we wanted and came up with a quote for us that we were able to amend as time went on and we knew more about what we wanted for our wedding. Kirsty always responded to emails quickly and was willing to have phone calls too for me to run through questions before the big day. I worried about being "in the way" when we were putting out our own few bits and pieces or collecting them and she was very reassuring that it was our day and that they were there to support us. Kirsty and Laura make a great team and seem to really care about the detail of what they're doing, I was so pleased with the work that they had done and the care and effort they put into making sure our venue looked just like I imagined!

A wonderful team! Kirsty and the House of Styling decorated our venue in August. They were so helpful in the run up to our wedding, creating a moodboard for us so we could visualise how everything would look. We were blown away with how incredible everything looked on the day, they really brought our vision to life and all of our guest commented on how amazing everything looked. We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!

We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. Khia & Kirsty @ The Events Co were so helpful in making sure our wedding ran smoothly this Summer! They took care of furniture, catering, staffing, on the day co-ordination and moral support!! Amazing service, from initial contact to the end of the wedding the service was incredible. Nothing was too much for them, the chairs, Sashes everything was beautiful. I knew what we were having but was still wowed when I walked into the room. The room was set up the day before and in between the ceremony and wedding brekkie they worked so hard to change the room over and again between the wedding brekkie and evening reception, by the time we were up and had breakfast the following day the room was cleared, I cannot thank you enough for the amazing service and beautiful room set up.

This is an excellent company to hire anything wedding or party from! When my partner and I first started wedding planning we didn't like the chairs that the hotel provided (they were normal blue plush chairs - nothing wrong with them just not our style or fit the theme of our wedding) and we didn't like the look of chair covers as we thought it made the chairs look more clunky. So we started researching hiring chairs, we met Luminique at a wedding fair at the Marwell Hotel, and they blew our minds. The chairs were of such good quality and were reasonably priced. The team were wonderful and dropped the chairs in the morning with plenty of time for set up and picked them up on the evening so we didn't need to worry about delivery. As we were getting closer to the wedding I was worried about the chairs holding the weight of my dress as my parents went to a wedding with the same style chairs and they were super uncomfortable, but not these chairs! These chairs are so comfy, and we're able to hold both myself and my large dress with no fuss

We had a bulb plank, fairy lights on the ceiling and fairy lights on the back wall- it made the venue look so magical. Lorna set up the floral love letters, doughnut wall and sweet cart for our wedding reception and we also hired the post box. She was so lovely and friendly and everyone loved the sweets and doughnuts.

Lorna helped with the table decorations for our wedding. She helped me massively when I was struggling to make decisions but she brought all of the thoughts I had, and turned them into reality. Matt & Rach catered our wedding in June. The food was excellent, attention to detail fantastic, collaboration with the other suppliers seamless, and all our interactions were so friendly and calming. They're adept catering events of any size (we had 150), and more than happy to go off menu and create anything you want which was very meaningful to us. It was really helpful getting their advice on other parts of our wedding not strictly catering related as well, which they were always happy to help out with. Cannot recommend enough and a great local business to support. Thanks to both of you and your team!

Martha Hollis catered for our wedding in September and I really couldn't recommend them highly enough. Ever since the first phone call they were so friendly, efficient, quick to reply and unbelievably flexible with all our asks - nothing fazed them! The tasting was great fun and they happily tweaked the menu which allowed us to have some personal elements to the dishes which meant a lot. The bar staff were incredible at serving the numerous different drinks we wanted to offer (frozen margaritas from a slushie machine were a hit!) and Rach made the most stunning (and delicious) wedding cake. They took all the stress out of any of the organisational aspects by liaising with all the other suppliers. On the day they set up the tables beautifully and took great care with all the small details we had requested. So many guests commented on how amazing the service was and how charming everyone was. We had 150 guests and canapes, 3 plated courses and big pan mac and cheese for later in the evening. All of it was utterly delicious and during the reception they ensured everyone always had a full glass and plenty of canapes! The quality of the food was outstanding and Matt and team made everything seem so easy and run like clockwork. They were an integral part of making our wedding day so wonderful and we couldn't thank you enough.

Honestly, absolutely, downright fabulous! Your food was a triumph and so many friends have asked since “who did the catering”. But even better than the food (and that’s really saying something) was your wonderful team of waiters and waitresses. They passed the food and drinks around perfectly and, best of all, were good fun and embraced our party vibe. We can’t thank you enough. The Martha Hollis team are easily the best catering company we’ve ever come across. They went above and beyond in every single aspect of catering our wedding and made it the single best experience we could have ever asked for. Even from initial contact they assisted us along the way with what we’d need quantity wise and gave us such a detailed wedding tasting experience that made us so excited for the food from the very start. All along the build up to the wedding they were in contact with the venue or the companies working along side them so we had the least amount of admin and stress. They made our experience fun and exciting not stressful and overwhelming. The food itself was a knockout, a huge open pit BBQ sat in the corner of our outdoor summer wedding perfectly grilling the bavette steaks with chimichurri, local Hampshire trout all over the coals and a roasted cauliflower dish with lemon hazelnut crumb that almost everyone attending the wedding came up to us and said they couldn’t believe how tastey it was. We really love our food as well and this lived up to exceeded every single expectation. Incredible how they can get that much flavour into a dish for a large scale event. The canapés were to die for also and they made sure that not only everyone tried all of them, but Vic made sure that Rosie and I also were able to try them through the day and not miss out on our lovely food. Their staff were also so happy and cheerful yet also worked in the background so subtley, cannot thank the staff enough. The evening was also a knockout with the huge open pan Mac and cheese that people were obsessed with with crispy bacon jalapeños, chorizo you name it?! Rach even designed and made our wedding cake for us and my god was it beautiful and delicious. There aren’t enough words to fit in a review that would sum up how amazing Matha Hollis were in making our day the best day of our lives. Matt and Rach - you guys are legends, thank you for everything you did!!

Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rosie in my capacity as a wedding celebrant. She is a consummate professional has a fabulous sense of style, is hugely creative and an enviable address book of contacts from which to draw. We went to this venue for my friend’s wedding and it was a really good place. Ideal for a wedding as everything is in one place: parking, accommodation, food/hospitality, scenery. This made it easier for the guests as they didn’t have multiple locations to go to. I would definitely recommend.

Attended a wedding at Northbrook Park and spent a night in one of their lodges. First of all the wedding venue was fantastic from the wedding hall to the dining room and evening entertaining area. Staff were very attentive and helpful throughout and the menu chosen and served was very nice. The lodge accommodation was a really good set up. The lodge consisted of 3 digital lockable private en-suite bedrooms, 2 upstairs an 1 down with a shared lounge/dining room/kitchen on ground floor. The accommodation spec was high and included everything you would need to cook meals if desired. We travelled to Northbrook Park from Devon but hear that it has a good reputation as a wedding venue. No idea how much the accommodation cost as it was part of the wedding package. Definitely recommend as a venue for that special day. Very impressive.

I am a wedding photographer and I LOVE this venue! I’ve had the pleasure of photographing at this venue many times and every time it doesn’t disappoint!
