We celebrated our wedding at Holywell Estate on 22nd July. The weather was awful but Bryonie, George and the team were absolutely fantastic! We had such a wonderful day, which all ran so smoothly, and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue and such a helpful team! Thank you!

My wife and I held our wedding at Holywell in August in the beautiful walled garden. It was without doubt the best day of our lives and this is no small part due to the fact we held the day at Holywell. We booked things 2 years ago and Bryonie has kept in touch with us all the way through the lead up to our big day making sure everything was in place and organising our chosen suppliers. When the day arrived Bryonie and her team were so attentive and made sure we had nothing to worry or stress about. They were even able to react to the potential of some really unfavourable weather on the day. Our guests loved every minute of the day and this was without question largely down to Holywell's planning and attention to detail ....... Thank you once again to Bryonie and her team

Holywell Estate is one of the Souths most beautiful event venues. Apart from it's natural beauty what really sets it apart from other venues is the warm welcome, and superb service you get when you book or attend any kind of even here. A wide range of corporate services are available including team building days and board room hire. They offer great advice and provide very comprehensive guides for the events themselves. They are always looking to improve and are very engaging on social media platforms.

I've taken my stand to the two new Eastleigh Markets run by Dream Empire, and I've been very impressed by their organisation and communication in advance and on the day, and their pitch fees are very reasonable too! I'm looking forward to being at more of their events next year.

Yesterday evening was a Diamond Wedding 60 years Celebration in Lyndhurst. John Smart, the DJ, was absolutely fantastic. The music played was perfectly chosen and really got everybody up dancing. His wonderfully charismatic style, smiling face, celebration announcements and cooperation were more than brilliant. Thank you John for making the evening extra special.

John and the team were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly responsive to all my emails and questions leading up to the event. We hired 360 photobooth, lettering and silent disco. On the day, they were on-site exactly when promised, and handled all my queries with patience and a smile, even when I was a bit indecisive. We had an amazing experience with John as our wedding DJ! From our first contact, he was incredibly efficient, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making the whole process so much easier. We opted for the DJ service, laser light, and the giant “Mr & Mrs Smith” light letters, all of which added a special touch to our evening. John kept the energy up all night with a fantastic array of music that appealed to everyone. The dance floor was always full, and our guests had a wonderful time. If you’re looking for a DJ who brings professionalism, great music, and that extra wow factor, we highly recommend John! Thank you so much.

We hired large letters spelling ‘MR & MRS WILLIS’ for the dance floor of our wedding. They were perfect and just what we had in mind. Really added to the photos! We were very impressed with how easy delivery and collection was. Thank you so much!

We adored everything about having Elizabeth James Events be apart of our Wedding. Everything provided looked amazing and we were so happy with it, especially the Festoon Frame. It created the cozy atmosphere we wanted for the ceremony and the show stopper backdrop for us at the wedding breakfast. It then was perfectly positioned for our evening guests as a backdrop photo op, so a real focal point throughout the day! Thank you for letting our florist add the flowers on, it was simply perfect! The light up love letters were a great feature for the dancefloor, and the light up love heart made a stunning addition to our decoration at the sweet table we had. The communication before was also spot on - with prompt replies and being so helpful answering all our questions.

I used Elizabeth James for a New Year’s Eve party I was working on for Raggy&Boo. I ordered a glitter backdrop and multiple orb balloons as well as a balloon arch, all were absolutely brilliant. Leading up to the event the correspondence was perfect as well as on the day of the installation. The team were on time and quick to setup. I will certainly use Elizabeth James again.

Could not have asked for a better dance floor and light arrangement for our wedding. The dance floor with LED lights looked amazing and the large light up letters looked great. Working with Elizabeth Jane Events was also simple, super professional and an excellent experience. On the wedding day, the set up was so slick - they only had an hour between dinner finishing and dancing started. I didn't even notice the transition!! No issues at all. Everything was collected on time and with no issues the following day. Would highly recommend!

I have used Vanessa several times over the years as she is so reliable, professional and always goes above and beyond to make everything perfect. I first used Vanessa on my wedding day, she did my hair, the bridesmaids and even flower girls. She put us all at ease and was great with the kids. She also provided us with some decor for the wedding ,, and this was amazing. The items were beautiful but also so helpful having her as part of the set up to then relay back during our hair that all www looking beautiful at the venue. I have just gone back to use Vanessa for our baby shower. She designed bespoke stationary as well as providing balloons. It was honestly all so beautiful and can’t recommend her highly enough. I’ll definitely be contacting her for my little girls first birthday

Vanessa, Jane and team were absolutely brilliant for our wedding in May! The flowers were beautiful, better than we imagined. I was so pleased with how my hair and make up looked, it was perfect. My bridesmaids and mum were also done beautifully. They also designed our welcome sign, table plan and place cards. They were reliable, timely and very good value for money and also made sure I had thought of all the little extras! I would 100% recommend them!!

We booked Vanessa after meeting her at a wedding fayre. She helped and supplied us with invitations, centre pieces and top table decorations, bouquets and button holes as well as hair and make up. Contact was easy and we were able to meet with her and the florist to discuss what we were looking for. Our wedding breakfast room looked beautiful and the flowers and centre pieces really brought a vision to life. Thank you

We used Vanessa for room decor and flowers. She was absolutely brilliant and the room and flowers were both beautiful. She took the time to help us be creative and help see what colour schemes worked and different things she can do to the tables. We really appreciated this as its quite an overwhlemong thing to plan! Tom from Great British Events company is reliable and friendly. I had initially given him a concept and our meeting theme. He then came up with so many lovely ideas, keeping in mind the budget and the main focus of the event being wellbeing. He was proactive in offering solutions. Everyone loved the deco and the idea of a violinist to suit our theme was much appreciated. I will definitely get in touch with Tom again for future events. When it came to payment he was so patient till it all worked out according to our company guidelines. He does not push you but works alongside with you. Thank You Tom

Had a fantastic experience working with Tom, who helped me organise a post wedding BBQ for family celebrating my brother and his new wife. Tom made it so easy and stress free for me, he listened to the brief and sourced all the suppliers. Tom helped me communicate with the suppliers when there were delays on deliveries, but everything arrived in time for our event. We had a small issue with rain on the day the marquee went up, as the grass became quite wet and a bit muddy, but Tom thought on his feet and was able to bring some carpet that we could use at the entrance of the marquee to help clean shoes upon exiting the marquee. Tom also went the extra mile and helped with setting up in the morning which was greatly appreciated. He made it look great and was very helpful with suggesting setup styles and also displaying the flowers that we brought back from the wedding. Guests were very impressed with the quality of the catering too. I highly recommend working with Tom for stress free event planning, and would love to work together again (just need another occasion to come up as an excuse 😂) My sincerest thanks Tom! Sofia

A super professional, polite, friendly, and hardworking team who were a pleasure to deal with when booking a band for our wedding. Sophie and Lian did an amazing job helping us through the whole process, explaining all the options and guiding us step by step to ensure we were happy and knew what we were doing, we can't thank them enough for being responsible for some of the best memories we'll ever make. After hearing what we wanted, they narrowed down their recommendations to a few bands on their roster, and we chose The Social, which was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. What an absolutely incredible bunch of rockstars these guys are. We're a couple and a friend group who go to loads of rock shows, and needed a band to bring the big noisy fast energy we're so used to, and wow did they deliver so hard. They looked cool as hell when they rocked up, they loaded in and set up so quickly and quietly, and were so kind and polite to everyone. Our barn venue had never had a noisy rock band before, and had a 95db sound limiter and challenging acoustics, but they did such a great job in a very quick soundcheck, and it was the best and clearest band sound I've heard in 200+ gigs - a perfect loud but safe volume standing right in front of the band. And wow were they talented tight and professional musicians. We and our friends were IMMEDIATELY transported straight to one of our beloved rock shows, and were singing dancing jumping moshing and crowd surfing just like any night at an O2 Academy. The band were super nice enough to let me drum for a song, which I will never forget until the day I die, and they let the bride and her father sing their favourite song with the band, which was hugely special and wonderful. I may have got a bit emotional afterwards, and they were all wonderfully affectionate and kind. INCREDIBLE value for money given how good a time they were and how many memories they created for all of us. Truly the highlight of the day, do not hesitate to get this company to help find your dream band, and if you love rock, get the legends The Social to perform for you and blow you away.

Pulse are absolutely phenomenal! If you're looking for an incredibly talented band that brings non-stop energy, fills the dance floor, and creates the best atmosphere, look no further. The sound was absolute perfection and the sets were a brilliant mix of our favourite tunes, it was exactly the vibe we were looking for. On top of that, they are genuinely lovely people, we had a great time chatting to them and our guests did too. They also did a beautiful job of learning and performing our first dance song, an unforgettable moment. World class and the best band we've ever heard at a wedding! Thank you so much! Lian, Lucy, Chloe and Sophie were so helpful at every stage of the booking, super communicative and really helped ensure that everything ran smoothly. LOOP were brilliant, we had the busiest dancefloor ever right until the end of the event, and having them perform the award ceremony stings was a great extra layer to have. Highly recommend both LOOP and Tailored Entertainment!

We had a great experience with Tailored Entertainment for our wedding, Chloe was so friendly and responsive, everything was very organised and well explained. Light Years were amazing, they are the perfect funk band, especially for couples (like us) who has mixed music taste, they are a great all rounder. Our dance floor was filled all night thanks to them and we danced until the lights came on! Thomas and the rest of the guys really got the vibe spot on throughout the night! Stacey is a genuine, warm, helpful and wise person. She is very personable and grasps a good understanding of individuals, couples and their visions for their dream celebrations. We opted for on the day management and this was invaluable especially as we had a number of unforeseen challenges to contend with in the run up to and on the day (15.06.24) such as our wedding cake maker cancelling just one month before and entertainment arriving late on the day! Her team are proactive, resourceful and good fun. On our day, Jess was leading and she and the rest of the team were great engaging with us, our guests and even leading on the Candy by Cameo dance 💃🏻 Thoughtful messages and gifts from Stacey before and on the day really enhanced the experience for us and we can wholeheartedly recommend the service she provides for anyone who wants full planning and/or on-the-day coordination for weddings or any celebration in fact!

I cannot recommend Stacey & her team enough! I worked with them for the first time last summer (although I had heard great things from other suppliers previously). It was effortless! Everything ran so seamlessly; nothing was too much trouble. They helped gather people for photos, which is always great! Such lovely people to work with, fun but professional; it felt like we’d worked together for years! We are so grateful to have had Stacey as our wedding coordinator – I honestly can’t say enough good things! We both agreed, that hiring Stacey was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We had the best day of our lives and having Stacey and Ali there on the day meant we could enjoy our day to the absolute max! From our very first meeting, it was clear that Stacey was not only professional but also genuinely passionate about making our day exactly what we wanted. Not to mention that we got on like a house on fire! Stacey was on hand to help with our planning when needed, I booked in a power hour call about 9 months out from the wedding which was exactly what I needed to keep me on track with planning. We had our final details call around 2 weeks before the wedding and it was the best feeling to hand over all of our suppliers to Stacey at that point, knowing it was all in hand and she knew exactly how we envisioned our day running. On the day of the wedding, Stacey and Ali went above and beyond. They handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day literally zero stress. Everything was considered and organised so well, from our quick-fire family photos to Stacey’s genius plan of doing a receiving line on the way out of the drinks reception to make sure our guests started to make their way to their seats on time. We received so many compliments from our guests about Stacey and Ali and how brilliant they were. The fact that we are still WhatsApp-ing 2 months after the wedding tells you all you need to know – Stacey genuinely cares about the couples she works with. We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward.
