I recently organised a surprise 30th birthday weekend for my boyfriend at Abbotstone Farm House, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The team at The Grange were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything remained a surprise. Communicating with Tara was a pleasure—she was always efficient and responsive, and no question or request felt too big or small. The thoughtful welcome hamper was such a lovely touch and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The stay itself was amazing. Abbotstone Farm House is warm, charming, and beautifully homely, with plenty of space to relax, play games, and enjoy meals together. We were fortunate to catch some late summer sun, which meant we could make full use of the tennis court, private pool, and the estate’s extensive grounds. The evenings were cool enough to light the fires, which added an extra element of cosiness to our stay. There are a number of great activities available around the estate to choose from, but in the end, our group opted for the cider-making and tasting workshop. Fred and Patrick expertly guided us through the whole process, from picking apples and pressing them for juice to explaining how cider is made and letting us sample some of their own creations. They were both knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, making the experience a highlight of the weekend. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I can confidently say, on behalf of all our friends, that we highly recommend staying at Abbotstone Farm House. Whether you’re planning a family gathering or a weekend away with friends, this place is a fantastic choice—we're already looking for an excuse to return!

Absolute perfection-- we LOVED our stay in the charming Clock Tower. Gorgeous and easy location, excellent amenities (great window treatments for letting in the sun or closing for privacy, very comfortable beds, crisp linens, full fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, well-stocked kitchen, multiple bathrooms with giant tub or rainfall shower), and everything you need for a short or long visit. There is so much to do in the area, and coming back to the apartment at night under the stars was magical. Tara and her team were so proactive and welcoming: definitely 10/10. They even provided welcome treats and local recommendations for children. It was the best stay of our whole trip. Thank you for a wonderful time-- the kids are asking to come back for a longer stay as soon as possible!

The Grange was the first venue we viewed and, from the moment we arrived, we knew that this would be the place where we would celebrate our wedding! Julia made us feel so welcome from our first meeting and, throughout the planning process, we were incredibly well looked after by the whole team. Tara was brilliant in helping us to fine tune the wedding weekend - we booked all of the on-site accommodation to allow our family, plus the bridesmaids and groomsmen to celebrate with us for the whole weekend, which was the best decision ever! A separate review for the accommodation will follow. They also recommended amazing suppliers, such as Becka Cooper (our joyful caterer who is a certified culinary genius) Ward-Brown (our incredible and fun-loving photographer who captured the attached photos), Wildbunch (our wonderful floristry team who made the most spectacular floral arrangements), Whitwams (who used thoughtfully arranged lighting and sound to bring the Grange to life) and Allens (who provided the pristine table linen and beautiful crockery and glassware). Now, for the wedding day! The emotion I felt when our vintage bus bumbled along the driveway and we got our first glimpse of the Grange is difficult to put into words, but (as cheesy as it sounds) it was a dream come true. When we arrived, Julia, Tara and Amanda were waiting with glasses of fizz and beaming smiles. The two years of teamwork had paid off! 💞 Throughout the wedding reception, all three wonderful ladies were mingling with our guests, attentively looking after us all and ensuring everything went smoothly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the time of our lives all day and night. They even gave us a personalised card and a bottle of The Grange sparkling wine! They also captured their own wonderful footage, which they made into a reel for us to enjoy when we woke up the next morning. Right up until Midnight, the whole team waiting staff, lead by Amanda, were kind and attentive to all of our guests. We have had so many compliments since the wedding about the Grange team and their attention to detail, warmth and friendliness. They have also been described by multiple guests as ‘the best looking staff team’ they have ever seen! We honestly feel as though we have gained a new family since we booked our wedding two years ago, the Grange experience is like no other and we will be forever grateful for it! ✨

We hired the Lake House Cottage for a strategy away day, evening and stay over. The space worked perfectly for both the group strategy sessions and social side in the evening. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the surroundings serene and calm, perfect for stepping back, building trust and discussing the future. The team at The Grange were excellent, the food delicious and the break was an overall huge success, I can’t recommend this venue more highly. Ed W

Virtual Events were amazing suppliers for our wedding. The booth is very swanky and the team were very patient about putting it back together for me when I was being a demanding bride at the end of the night and had failed to get a picture with my Mum! The LED dancefloor is also brilliant and has made for lovely first dance pictures. Would definitely recommend.

We hired our DJ and uplighters from Veo Events for our wedding in August. They did not disappoint! The Veo team were nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. The set up looked absolutely fantastic and totally transformed the reception room to the dancefloor. The VEO team worked quickly and efficiently setting up, you barely noticed them there! and it all worked seamlessly. We staged a ‘power cut’ during our first dance and Gareth, our DJ, was brilliant, it was timed perfectly. It was everything we hoped for and it really couldn’t have gone better. The booking process with Nicola was professional, helpful, quick to respond and so friendly – no question was ever a hassle! We would highly recommend booking them for your event!

Yesterday evening was a Diamond Wedding 60 years Celebration in Lyndhurst. John Smart, the DJ, was absolutely fantastic. The music played was perfectly chosen and really got everybody up dancing. His wonderfully charismatic style, smiling face, celebration announcements and cooperation were more than brilliant. Thank you John for making the evening extra special.

We had an amazing experience with John as our wedding DJ! From our first contact, he was incredibly efficient, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making the whole process so much easier. We opted for the DJ service, laser light, and the giant “Mr & Mrs Smith” light letters, all of which added a special touch to our evening. John kept the energy up all night with a fantastic array of music that appealed to everyone. The dance floor was always full, and our guests had a wonderful time. Jade was a complete miracle worker with everything we needed to make the wedding day go smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and she gave us so much guidance and brilliant advice. Jade catered at our family gathering on Father’s Day last Sunday. Everting went very smoothly from beginning to end. The food was delicious and very well presented. Everything was considered and organised so well, from our quick-fire family photos to Stacey’s genius plan of doing a receiving line on the way out of the drinks reception to make sure our guests started to make their way to their seats on time. We received so many compliments from our guests about Stacey and Ali and how brilliant they were. The fact that we are still WhatsApp-ing 2 months after the wedding tells you all you need to know – Stacey genuinely cares about the couples she works with. Stacey is a genuine, warm, helpful and wise person. She is very personable and grasps a good understanding of individuals, couples and their visions for their dream celebrations. We opted for on the day management and this was invaluable especially as we had a number of unforeseen challenges to contend with in the run up to and on the day (15.06.24) such as our wedding cake maker cancelling just one month before and entertainment arriving late on the day! Her team are proactive, resourceful and good fun. On our day, Jess was leading and she and the rest of the team were great engaging with us, our guests and even leading on the Candy by Cameo dance 💃🏻 Thoughtful messages and gifts from Stacey before and on the day really enhanced the experience for us and we can wholeheartedly recommend the service she provides for anyone who wants full planning and/or on-the-day coordination for weddings or any celebration in fact!

We had a simple wedding at the beginning of March 2024 and didn't want a lot of decor - Victoria immediately understood what we needed and made sure that it was simple and classic but beautiful too. It ended up perfectly complimenting our style, and we had lots of compliments about how the space looked. Victoria was really easy to deal with, very friendly, and I would absolutely recommend!

Victoria was an incredibly helpful supplier for our wedding. Putting us in touch with other suppliers and setting up fantastic decorations. Her decorations are amazing quality and there is a wide variety to fit any scheme. We couldn't have achieved such a cohesive professional look for our wedding without Victoria's input from early on. Can't recommend her enough.

We had our wedding a couple of weeks ago (02nd November), with an Autumnal theme during the day which turned into a bit more of a Fiesta vibe in the evening. We got in contact with Victoria fairly early on and explained our vision in terms of decor, and she was so on board, communicative and helpful in taking our vision, and helping us to implement it - sending images of things she had in stock with prices, as well as suggesting which bits we could potentially do ourselves if we had the time. The Autumnal trees, and cake arch in particular really complemented and enhanced the theme during the day and helped to make the cake stand out, and the touches to the evening decor such as the ribbon wall and fake candles for memory table (Offrenda) really helped create the fiesta atmosphere we wanted! Victoria was very friendly, easy to work with and we would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for help or ideas on decor!

I can’t express how happy we were with the amazing work that Victoria did on our wedding venue decoration. She went above and beyond for us and nothing was too much trouble! She went out of her way to understand what our vision was for the day and discussed various options as well as giving us some amazing ideas that we hadn’t even considered. The biggest thank you to Sophie, Lucy and the rest of the Wilds team for an absolutely perfect wedding. Everything was stunning. They guided us through the whole process calmly and with kindness and were very adaptable given our short timeline. None of my idiosyncratic requests was made to feel beyond the realm of possibility, the whole team thought creatively about how to realise the ideas in our head on budget. On the big day Wilds paid careful attention to all the tiniest details, and were cool and professional with all the big stuff. Neither of us had to think about anything other than having a great time. We loved the sharing menu and had so many comments about how delicious the food was, how much of it there was and how seasonally sensitive it was. The canapés were phenomenal too. We wish we could do it all again!

We got married at the Greyhound on the Test this summer and had the most amazing day. The setting is beautiful and Wilds were brilliant. Sophie was great throughout the planning process and everything went perfectly on the day. All the staff were fantastic and the food was incredible - Phil created the perfect menu for a relaxed summer wedding. We would absolutely recommend Wilds ❤️

We held our wedding reception at the Greyhound on the Test in June 2024, led by the incredible Sophie of WILDS Events management. Every element of the day was perfect, from the ceremony to the decor to the delicious food. Sophie carefully navigated us through the planning, making some fantastic recommendations along the way and was with us on the day, seeing to every detail in her calm and effortless way. We'd recommend the amazing team at WILDS who pulled together the perfect wedding for us! A big thanks to Lucy for the fishing on the day of our wedding which was perfect and a huge shout out to Sophie who was calm, patient and professional at all times! Thanks team WILDS!!

Jodie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment we began. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The flowers were stunning, the table decorations, the ramp decorations, the lanterns, the aisle and even down to her helping us make a U shaped table possible- was all perfect. Every single guest commented on how beautiful it was and complimented her work. Thank you to all at Event Themes by JW for the time spent setting up the on Friday and Saturday and for making the moving of flowers and relaying/ adding bar table’s absolutely seem less! I could literally go on and on about each and every aspect of the day… but I won’t. They truly exceeded expectations and made our dreams come true- contributing to making our wedding day the best day of our lives !

Jodie's talent and skill is breathtaking. Her artistic arrangements are just beautiful and her ability to truly listen to her clients makes the displays and the work she produces so personal and unique. She very kindly did all the flowers for our recent wedding in Hampshire and the comments we had regarding our bouquets, table displays and more, were endless. We had a memorable wedding thanks to this company. So professional but friendly at the same time., with great attention to detail. I attempted a wedding fair at the holiday inn and event Themes immediately caught my eye the table display looked beautiful and I knew I I wanted them to decorate our venue. Unfortunately our wedding got cancelled three times down to covid but jodie was amazing and kept in contact with me all the way through.
