My Husband and I could not recommend Lorna( The wedding package company) enough she did the most perfect job making my wedding look like a dream, she was so helpful in helping pick the perfect decor and she is really lovely and easy to talk to.

Lorna set up the floral love letters, doughnut wall and sweet cart for our wedding reception and we also hired the post box. She was so lovely and friendly and everyone loved the sweets and doughnuts.

Would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Absolutely amazing service! Completely transformed our venue for our wedding at the weekend, and it looked fantastic! Lorna is amazing, has everything from table decorations to chair covers, to the sweet cart- which went down a treat! James, the fun photographer with all his props was just fantastic! So relaxed and polite, and was so much fun! Lorna went above and beyond by helping the venue set up and pack down, and moving our centrepieces from the house to the marquee in the evening! Cannot thank Lorna and James enough!

We had Stacey and her team as our on the day coordinators and honestly it was the best decision ever, I don’t know how we thought we would do it without them! We are so grateful to have had Stacey as our wedding coordinator – I honestly can’t say enough good things! We both agreed, that hiring Stacey was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We had the best day of our lives and having Stacey and Ali there on the day meant we could enjoy our day to the absolute max! From our very first meeting, it was clear that Stacey was not only professional but also genuinely passionate about making our day exactly what we wanted. Not to mention that we got on like a house on fire! Stacey was on hand to help with our planning when needed, I booked in a power hour call about 9 months out from the wedding which was exactly what I needed to keep me on track with planning. We had our final details call around 2 weeks before the wedding and it was the best feeling to hand over all of our suppliers to Stacey at that point, knowing it was all in hand and she knew exactly how we envisioned our day running. On the day of the wedding, Stacey and Ali went above and beyond. They handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day literally zero stress. Everything was considered and organised so well, from our quick-fire family photos to Stacey’s genius plan of doing a receiving line on the way out of the drinks reception to make sure our guests started to make their way to their seats on time. We received so many compliments from our guests about Stacey and Ali and how brilliant they were. The fact that we are still WhatsApp-ing 2 months after the wedding tells you all you need to know – Stacey genuinely cares about the couples she works with. I cannot recommend Stacey & her team enough! I worked with them for the first time last summer (although I had heard great things from other suppliers previously). It was effortless! Everything ran so seamlessly; nothing was too much trouble. They helped gather people for photos, which is always great! Such lovely people to work with, fun but professional; it felt like we’d worked together for years! I’d definitely recommend Stacey to my clients & urge clients to consider a wedding coordinator because Stacey went above & beyond for our couple & everyone else involved as well. Some things we forgot, thank god for Jodie she was good at coming up with the finer things! We got everything we asked for and more! 5 stars are not enough! From the day I met Jodie she put my mind at ease! I didn't have a clue where to begin planning a wedding, Jodie patiently sat down with me (and my Pinterest board) and went through everything. Jodie made examples of the centerpieces I had shown her in our colour scheme and they were exactly what we had wanted. Closer to the date Jodie met with myself and my husband and made sure we had everything we needed and reminded us of things we'd forgotten along the way. Throughout the whole process Jodie was never pushy for us to spend more money and worked alongside us with our budget. On the day everything was beautiful and the time and effort spent on every little detail was obvious. I would recommend event themes for any occasion and will definitely be using them again for future events! Thank you!

I attempted a wedding fair at the holiday inn and event Themes immediately caught my eye the table display looked beautiful and I knew I I wanted them to decorate our venue. Unfortunately our wedding got cancelled three times down to covid but jodie was amazing and kept in contact with me all the way through. Her artistic arrangements are just beautiful and her ability to truly listen to her clients makes the displays and the work she produces so personal and unique. We worked with Anouska at Raggy and Boo on two fantastic events during 2023. The first was a spectacular wedding for 250 guests and the second an equally impressive New Years Eve Party for the same numbers. We found both events to be well thought through, planned and delivered. The look and style complimented each event perfectly and the the management on the day was done in a calm and reassuring way. Had the pleasure of working for Raggy and Boo on new years eve. The evening was at a private residence and looked absolutely amazing, the staff, catering, and music were absolutely on point and I could not fault at all, everyone worked to create a amazing atmosphere for the clients and their guests. We hired the Lake House Cottage for a strategy away day, evening and stay over. The space worked perfectly for both the group strategy sessions and social side in the evening. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the surroundings serene and calm, perfect for stepping back, building trust and discussing the future. The team at The Grange were excellent, the food delicious and the break was an overall huge success, I can’t recommend this venue more highly. Ed W

The Grange was the first venue we viewed and, from the moment we arrived, we knew that this would be the place where we would celebrate our wedding! Julia made us feel so welcome from our first meeting and, throughout the planning process, we were incredibly well looked after by the whole team. Tara was brilliant in helping us to fine tune the wedding weekend - we booked all of the on-site accommodation to allow our family, plus the bridesmaids and groomsmen to celebrate with us for the whole weekend, which was the best decision ever! A separate review for the accommodation will follow. They also recommended amazing suppliers, such as Becka Cooper (our joyful caterer who is a certified culinary genius) Ward-Brown (our incredible and fun-loving photographer who captured the attached photos), Wildbunch (our wonderful floristry team who made the most spectacular floral arrangements), Whitwams (who used thoughtfully arranged lighting and sound to bring the Grange to life) and Allens (who provided the pristine table linen and beautiful crockery and glassware). Now, for the wedding day! The emotion I felt when our vintage bus bumbled along the driveway and we got our first glimpse of the Grange is difficult to put into words, but (as cheesy as it sounds) it was a dream come true. When we arrived, Julia, Tara and Amanda were waiting with glasses of fizz and beaming smiles. The two years of teamwork had paid off! 💞 Throughout the wedding reception, all three wonderful ladies were mingling with our guests, attentively looking after us all and ensuring everything went smoothly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the time of our lives all day and night. They even gave us a personalised card and a bottle of The Grange sparkling wine! They also captured their own wonderful footage, which they made into a reel for us to enjoy when we woke up the next morning. Right up until Midnight, the whole team waiting staff, lead by Amanda, were kind and attentive to all of our guests. We have had so many compliments since the wedding about the Grange team and their attention to detail, warmth and friendliness. They have also been described by multiple guests as ‘the best looking staff team’ they have ever seen! We honestly feel as though we have gained a new family since we booked our wedding two years ago, the Grange experience is like no other and we will be forever grateful for it! ✨

I recently organised a surprise 30th birthday weekend for my boyfriend at Abbotstone Farm House, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The team at The Grange were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything remained a surprise. Communicating with Tara was a pleasure—she was always efficient and responsive, and no question or request felt too big or small. The thoughtful welcome hamper was such a lovely touch and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The stay itself was amazing. Abbotstone Farm House is warm, charming, and beautifully homely, with plenty of space to relax, play games, and enjoy meals together. We were fortunate to catch some late summer sun, which meant we could make full use of the tennis court, private pool, and the estate’s extensive grounds. The evenings were cool enough to light the fires, which added an extra element of cosiness to our stay. There are a number of great activities available around the estate to choose from, but in the end, our group opted for the cider-making and tasting workshop. Fred and Patrick expertly guided us through the whole process, from picking apples and pressing them for juice to explaining how cider is made and letting us sample some of their own creations. They were both knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, making the experience a highlight of the weekend. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I can confidently say, on behalf of all our friends, that we highly recommend staying at Abbotstone Farm House. Whether you’re planning a family gathering or a weekend away with friends, this place is a fantastic choice—we're already looking for an excuse to return!

We could not speak more highly of The Grange as a venue. The team support you right from square one becoming advisors, supporters, cheerleaders, rational but creative thinkers and friends. They have excellent supplier recommendations from caterers (Becka Cooper is a-class), florists (Wildbunch are so wonderful) and tech leads (Peachy Productions know the building like the back of their hand), to name a few. The nearby Abbotstone Farmhouse and Clock Tower make for superb guest accommodation where every commodity and need is thought of. We honestly can not fault any of it and as an events lead for almost a decade, the experience of planning our wedding there was just top tier. We adore them all and recommend it to everyone planning a wedding, party, away day, celebration and more!

We got married at the Greyhound on the Test this summer and had the most amazing day. The setting is beautiful and Wilds were brilliant. Sophie was great throughout the planning process and everything went perfectly on the day. Where shall we start !! At the beginning …… Sophie’s calm professional manner when we first spoke at the greyhound ( highly recommended ) made us feel at ease and confident that she could deliver. We were not disappointed ! Consistent updates, top notch suppliers , wonderful tasting sessions and visits to the incredible florist. On the day of our wedding , Sophie put our minds at ease and was a step ahead at every turn which was amazing, as the team flipped around the same room 3 times throughout the day seamlessly. The biggest thank you to Sophie, Lucy and the rest of the Wilds team for an absolutely perfect wedding. Everything was stunning. They guided us through the whole process calmly and with kindness and were very adaptable given our short timeline. None of my idiosyncratic requests was made to feel beyond the realm of possibility, the whole team thought creatively about how to realise the ideas in our head on budget. On the big day Wilds paid careful attention to all the tiniest details, and were cool and professional with all the big stuff. Neither of us had to think about anything other than having a great time. We loved the sharing menu and had so many comments about how delicious the food was, how much of it there was and how seasonally sensitive it was. The canapés were phenomenal too. We wish we could do it all again!

We held our wedding reception at the Greyhound on the Test in June 2024, led by the incredible Sophie of WILDS Events management. Every element of the day was perfect, from the ceremony to the decor to the delicious food. Sophie carefully navigated us through the planning, making some fantastic recommendations along the way and was with us on the day, seeing to every detail in her calm and effortless way. Beyond Expectations provided decoration service for my wedding ceremony and reception dinner. I had a consultation with them where I explained my vision. This was captured to perfection on the day. Each detail from the centrepiece to table plan decor exceeded my expectations. Our guests gave us positive comments on how everything was set out. Jennifer and her team were very easy to deal with. In the planning stages, she knew exactly what I envisioned and new quote requests were never any bother for her. When I finally decided on what I required she made the experience very easy. She arrived on time and seamlessly made the venue beautiful.
