I cannot recommend Adam and his staff at The Personal Chef highly enough. Adam catered for a 40 plus sit down lunch in our garden, despite the rainy weather, a stunning 3 course lunch plus canapes was served and the food was superb! I will certainly be a returning happy customer.

Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

I attempted a wedding fair at the holiday inn and event Themes immediately caught my eye the table display looked beautiful and I knew I I wanted them to decorate our venue. Unfortunately our wedding got cancelled three times down to covid but jodie was amazing and kept in contact with me all the way through. On our wedding day the room looked incredible, the attention to detail was spotless and I couldn’t of been more happy it was perfect. Thank you so much jodie for making my wedding dreams come true 🥰

Jodie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment we began. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The flowers were stunning, the table decorations, the ramp decorations, the lanterns, the aisle and even down to her helping us make a U shaped table possible- was all perfect. Every single guest commented on how beautiful it was and complimented her work. Thank you to all at Event Themes by JW for the time spent setting up the on Friday and Saturday and for making the moving of flowers and relaying/ adding bar table’s absolutely seem less! I could literally go on and on about each and every aspect of the day… but I won’t. They truly exceeded expectations and made our dreams come true- contributing to making our wedding day the best day of our lives !

5 stars are not enough! From the day I met Jodie she put my mind at ease! I didn't have a clue where to begin planning a wedding, Jodie patiently sat down with me (and my Pinterest board) and went through everything. Jodie made examples of the centerpieces I had shown her in our colour scheme and they were exactly what we had wanted. Closer to the date Jodie met with myself and my husband and made sure we had everything we needed and reminded us of things we'd forgotten along the way. Throughout the whole process Jodie was never pushy for us to spend more money and worked alongside us with our budget. On the day everything was beautiful and the time and effort spent on every little detail was obvious. I would recommend event themes for any occasion and will definitely be using them again for future events! Thank you!

We held our wedding at The Tithe Barn and it’s such a stunning venue - the staff are extremely professional, calm and kind and we felt in very safe hands! Would highly recommend.

The most beautiful venue there is! We had our reception here and the amount of comments we got about how beautiful it is, not only on the day but from everyone after they saw photos! We ordered a Party Box from My Special Event Boxes 4 U for our 5-year old's birthday party, who was needing a smaller party due to Covid and wanting that special themed event made extra special for him. We are both busy working parents and just wanted someone to do everything for us and simply opening a box containing a party was just perfect for us. We contacted the website's owner Zoe Pniewski and was delighted with her friendly nature and really thoughtful ideas for our son's box. We wanted good quality and was very pleased with many suggestions we had not thought about. We opted for her Superhero's Marvel Avengers Box, which is his current favourite theme! We had great communication throughout and just sat back and waited for his box to arrive ahead of his party. The box arrived and we could not have been happier, everything was packaged beautifully, very well labelled and contained top quality party items. We had everything to set up a full party table, room decorations and even party games, party bags and plenty of balloons. The party was a huge success with very little for me to do other than open and set the party room! The Christmas Eve boxes sent to some friends were a roaring success, full of fun, activities and a few sweets. Fast forward to a charity concert arranged by My Special Events, that was very well organised with some amazing raffle prizes they'd had donated by celebs. If you need to take the stress out of arranging an event hire My Special Events.

We used Lewis Marquees for our wedding in May and were very happy with their service. They were very friendly, professional and accommodating, and the marquee looked superb. They also provided many of the other bits we required for the wedding (tables, chairs, bar, lights, etc) which made things much easier than dealing with multiple suppliers. I would highly recommend this company.

We had our wedding last week and Lewis Marquees were recommended by our venue Hollybank House. From start to finish Marlon who we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional and efficient. He took us through all options and was very quick at turning emails and quotes around whilst being very transparent. We did change our mind a few times and added some additions quite close to our wedding but Marlon was very patient and accommodating! During erection of our marquee we met Orlando and some of the team. Orlando was very professional and noticed a few things that needed to be changed the day before. He was very trustworthy and delivered exactly what he said he would. Over the moon with Lewis Marquees and would happily recommend them and use them again. Thank you!!!

We used Lewis Marquees for our wedding in August at Brod Half Penny Down. The communication and advice before and on the day was excellent, the marquee looked great and withheld some pretty awful weather! It was a lovely space and was literally stress free for us!

Ryan and I got married at Rivervale Barn on the 11/05/2024. The day was so magical from the beginning of the day with the makeup team (Rivervale beauty) to the ceremony area. The team were so helpful and efficient and nothing was ever a bother. Thankyou for making our wedding day super special.

No words can express how thankful we are to Rivervale Barn for making our wedding day so special. We new Rivervale Barn was our venue from the initial tour we had with Victoria, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions with no hesitation. We had viewed a few venues and both agreed Rivervale Barn stood out to us. The moment we drove down the lovely swooping driveway to see entrance, we instantly had that excitement you dream of. Seeing and hearing how the spaces flowed so well allowed us to imagine how our big day would work at this incredible venue. We asked to come back the following week with our family, as we were so keen to show them the venue we had our heart set on. The staff at Rivervale were so accomadating with tbis and our families felt welcome. This was the day we booked the venue and we all left with a warm and excited feeling. The next 12 months consisted of planning and wedding meetings every few months. Again any questions or queries we had were easily answered and they were more than happy to cater to a brides very particular dietary requirement. Our wedding day then arrived, as soon as we arrived at the venue Victoria and the whole team were on hand helping getting everything out of the cars and asked how we wanted everything set up. This Instantly took all the stress away from us and allowed us to get ready. The whole staffing team were also fantastic in ensuring my bride and I didn't see one another at all. The day was truly perfect, any issue that arose Victoria was straight onto and some never even came to our attention as they were sorted out before we could stress about them! All of our guests raved about how incredible the food was, and those with dietary requirements were so thankful to have such lovely meal as this is often an after thought. The guests all commented on how beautiful the venue was, and how they were blown away. We could not fault Rivervale Barn and the team in any way shape or form and we will be forever thankful for all the hard work they put in throughout the day. Rivervale Barn is an enchanting wedding venue that offers couples a magical setting to begin their new chapter. As a wedding photographer, I was immediately struck by the charm and elegance of this space, designed with romance and celebration in mind. The barn's stunning architecture—featuring high ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows—creates a naturally light-filled and warm atmosphere that photographs beautifully throughout the day.

Absolute perfection-- we LOVED our stay in the charming Clock Tower. Gorgeous and easy location, excellent amenities (great window treatments for letting in the sun or closing for privacy, very comfortable beds, crisp linens, full fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, well-stocked kitchen, multiple bathrooms with giant tub or rainfall shower), and everything you need for a short or long visit. There is so much to do in the area, and coming back to the apartment at night under the stars was magical. Tara and her team were so proactive and welcoming: definitely 10/10. They even provided welcome treats and local recommendations for children. It was the best stay of our whole trip. Thank you for a wonderful time-- the kids are asking to come back for a longer stay as soon as possible!

The Grange was the first venue we viewed and, from the moment we arrived, we knew that this would be the place where we would celebrate our wedding! Julia made us feel so welcome from our first meeting and, throughout the planning process, we were incredibly well looked after by the whole team. Tara was brilliant in helping us to fine tune the wedding weekend - we booked all of the on-site accommodation to allow our family, plus the bridesmaids and groomsmen to celebrate with us for the whole weekend, which was the best decision ever! A separate review for the accommodation will follow. They also recommended amazing suppliers, such as Becka Cooper (our joyful caterer who is a certified culinary genius) Ward-Brown (our incredible and fun-loving photographer who captured the attached photos), Wildbunch (our wonderful floristry team who made the most spectacular floral arrangements), Whitwams (who used thoughtfully arranged lighting and sound to bring the Grange to life) and Allens (who provided the pristine table linen and beautiful crockery and glassware). Now, for the wedding day! The emotion I felt when our vintage bus bumbled along the driveway and we got our first glimpse of the Grange is difficult to put into words, but (as cheesy as it sounds) it was a dream come true. When we arrived, Julia, Tara and Amanda were waiting with glasses of fizz and beaming smiles. The two years of teamwork had paid off! 💞 Throughout the wedding reception, all three wonderful ladies were mingling with our guests, attentively looking after us all and ensuring everything went smoothly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the time of our lives all day and night. They even gave us a personalised card and a bottle of The Grange sparkling wine! They also captured their own wonderful footage, which they made into a reel for us to enjoy when we woke up the next morning. Right up until Midnight, the whole team waiting staff, lead by Amanda, were kind and attentive to all of our guests. We have had so many compliments since the wedding about the Grange team and their attention to detail, warmth and friendliness. They have also been described by multiple guests as ‘the best looking staff team’ they have ever seen! We honestly feel as though we have gained a new family since we booked our wedding two years ago, the Grange experience is like no other and we will be forever grateful for it! ✨

We could not speak more highly of The Grange as a venue. The team support you right from square one becoming advisors, supporters, cheerleaders, rational but creative thinkers and friends. They have excellent supplier recommendations from caterers (Becka Cooper is a-class), florists (Wildbunch are so wonderful) and tech leads (Peachy Productions know the building like the back of their hand), to name a few. The nearby Abbotstone Farmhouse and Clock Tower make for superb guest accommodation where every commodity and need is thought of. We honestly can not fault any of it and as an events lead for almost a decade, the experience of planning our wedding there was just top tier. We adore them all and recommend it to everyone planning a wedding, party, away day, celebration and more!

We hired the Lake House Cottage for a strategy away day, evening and stay over. The space worked perfectly for both the group strategy sessions and social side in the evening. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the surroundings serene and calm, perfect for stepping back, building trust and discussing the future. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hollybank House with my 86-year-old mother, and from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Ian and the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, accommodating every need with warmth and genuine care—nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is absolutely stunning, steeped in history and full of charm. Every room exudes character, with beautiful furnishings that perfectly complement the elegant yet homely atmosphere. It was a good while since we were last at Hollybank and we certainly look forward to returning sometime in the spring. An ideal location, even if you plan a theatre trip in Chichester. Stayed in the pink room, warm, comfy and cosy. Ian, our host, was very welcoming and the cooked breakfast in the dining hall, a positive treat! Highly recommended.

What a beautiful property. Setting in the lush countryside, you can get an ocean view of the Chichester. I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The pink room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served in such elegant style. The host family was gracious and communicative. I would come back. There is no public transportation but Uber is easy to get.

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Hollybank House is situated in the most wonderfully location, with beautifully tended gardens and distant sea views. I have attended a number events there from weddings, to wakes, none of which have disappointed. That is why I had no hesitation in choosing Hollybank House as the venue for my own very special event - my Mum’s farewell. Ian and Roz provided a wonderful service, catering for our every need. The process from start to finish was handled with great compassion and professionalism. The house was beautifully presented with a photo show, our choice of music and a display of my Mum’s paintings. The delicious spread catered for all tastes and dietary requirements, with all foods baked in the family’s kitchen. We had the benefit of good weather so our guests were able to spill out onto the seating area on the terrace and explore the wonderful grounds. I was so pleased that I entrusted Ian and Roz with my precious gathering. Hollybank House is certainly my first choice for any future events.

We used Firebird to help us with sound and lighting at a conference we held at the Aviator Hotel recently and they were fantastic throughout the process. Communication prior to our event was good and they were able to accommodate some last minute changes for us. The team set everything up for us quickly and professionally, with plenty of time left for us to check everything before the conference started, and we would recommend them.

We had so much fun at our conference and a lot was down to great suppliers we work with, and Firebird is one of the best! The instructors for Country Pursuits were lovely and our clients and colleagues really enjoyed both archery and laser clay pigeon shooting - weather helped tremendously as well. Gary that was leading the Casino team was absolutely great to work with, and in no time we had all agreed where exactly to place the 4 tables. It took a bit of time to get our clients and our colleagues to start playing on the tables, but once they did, it was great. Some were asking if we were bringing the Casino back the next day. Sam Burkey was so lovely and easy going, a pleasure to meet him and his performance set the right tone for the evening. Dance floor was great to dance on, and the Band..... First of all, Grant was great to work with and went along with all of our requests. I have to say that the band was awesome, amazing and kept us dancing all night long. Both singers were just soulful and full of charisma, came down to the dance floor and engaged with the crowd. I also want to say how grateful we are that they learned our song - I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) - what a lovely surprise on the night!
