Honestly, absolutely, downright fabulous! Your food was a triumph and so many friends have asked since “who did the catering”. But even better than the food (and that’s really saying something) was your wonderful team of waiters and waitresses. They passed the food and drinks around perfectly and, best of all, were good fun and embraced our party vibe. We can’t thank you enough. You were better than 5 stars, and gave us more and better than we had hoped. Thank you!

The Martha Hollis team catered for our son's wedding last Saturday. They were a big part of a very happy day. Every aspect of the service was beyond excellent - the food was absolutely delicious, the staff so efficient and charming, the organisation faultless. Martha Hollis catered for our wedding in September and I really couldn't recommend them highly enough. Ever since the first phone call they were so friendly, efficient, quick to reply and unbelievably flexible with all our asks - nothing fazed them! The tasting was great fun and they happily tweaked the menu which allowed us to have some personal elements to the dishes which meant a lot. The bar staff were incredible at serving the numerous different drinks we wanted to offer (frozen margaritas from a slushie machine were a hit!) and Rach made the most stunning (and delicious) wedding cake. They took all the stress out of any of the organisational aspects by liaising with all the other suppliers. On the day they set up the tables beautifully and took great care with all the small details we had requested. So many guests commented on how amazing the service was and how charming everyone was. We had 150 guests and canapes, 3 plated courses and big pan mac and cheese for later in the evening. All of it was utterly delicious and during the reception they ensured everyone always had a full glass and plenty of canapes! The quality of the food was outstanding and Matt and team made everything seem so easy and run like clockwork. They were an integral part of making our wedding day so wonderful and we couldn't thank you enough.

The Martha Hollis team are easily the best catering company we’ve ever come across. They went above and beyond in every single aspect of catering our wedding and made it the single best experience we could have ever asked for. Even from initial contact they assisted us along the way with what we’d need quantity wise and gave us such a detailed wedding tasting experience that made us so excited for the food from the very start. All along the build up to the wedding they were in contact with the venue or the companies working along side them so we had the least amount of admin and stress. They made our experience fun and exciting not stressful and overwhelming. The food itself was a knockout, a huge open pit BBQ sat in the corner of our outdoor summer wedding perfectly grilling the bavette steaks with chimichurri, local Hampshire trout all over the coals and a roasted cauliflower dish with lemon hazelnut crumb that almost everyone attending the wedding came up to us and said they couldn’t believe how tastey it was. We really love our food as well and this lived up to exceeded every single expectation. Incredible how they can get that much flavour into a dish for a large scale event. The canapés were to die for also and they made sure that not only everyone tried all of them, but Vic made sure that Rosie and I also were able to try them through the day and not miss out on our lovely food. Their staff were also so happy and cheerful yet also worked in the background so subtley, cannot thank the staff enough. The evening was also a knockout with the huge open pan Mac and cheese that people were obsessed with with crispy bacon jalapeños, chorizo you name it?! Rach even designed and made our wedding cake for us and my god was it beautiful and delicious. There aren’t enough words to fit in a review that would sum up how amazing Matha Hollis were in making our day the best day of our lives. Ryan and I got married at Rivervale Barn on the 11/05/2024. The day was so magical from the beginning of the day with the makeup team (Rivervale beauty) to the ceremony area. The team were so helpful and efficient and nothing was ever a bother. Thankyou for making our wedding day super special.

We knew from the moment we stepped into Rivervale that this was the place we wanted to get married. The venues and grounds were beautiful and we fell in love with the outdoor space, however on our wedding day the weather had other ideas and because of the rain we held the ceremony indoors. The indoor space was just as gorgeous and now we look back on the day we wouldn’t have had it any other way. The staff were brilliant from planning to the actual day. We would especially like to mention Victoria who we could have not asked for a better person to help us through our day. Our guests were very complimentary of her too as we know it can be quite difficult to organise our friends and families, but she handled it so brilliantly. We can’t speak highly enough of her! Rivervale Barn has also built up amazing partnerships with their suggested supplies, who some of which we used for our day and would recommend taking a look at yourself.

No words can express how thankful we are to Rivervale Barn for making our wedding day so special. We new Rivervale Barn was our venue from the initial tour we had with Victoria, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions with no hesitation. We had viewed a few venues and both agreed Rivervale Barn stood out to us. The moment we drove down the lovely swooping driveway to see entrance, we instantly had that excitement you dream of. Seeing and hearing how the spaces flowed so well allowed us to imagine how our big day would work at this incredible venue. We asked to come back the following week with our family, as we were so keen to show them the venue we had our heart set on. The staff at Rivervale were so accomadating with tbis and our families felt welcome. This was the day we booked the venue and we all left with a warm and excited feeling. The next 12 months consisted of planning and wedding meetings every few months. Again any questions or queries we had were easily answered and they were more than happy to cater to a brides very particular dietary requirement. Our wedding day then arrived, as soon as we arrived at the venue Victoria and the whole team were on hand helping getting everything out of the cars and asked how we wanted everything set up. This Instantly took all the stress away from us and allowed us to get ready. The whole staffing team were also fantastic in ensuring my bride and I didn't see one another at all. The day was truly perfect, any issue that arose Victoria was straight onto and some never even came to our attention as they were sorted out before we could stress about them! All of our guests raved about how incredible the food was, and those with dietary requirements were so thankful to have such lovely meal as this is often an after thought. The guests all commented on how beautiful the venue was, and how they were blown away. We could not fault Rivervale Barn and the team in any way shape or form and we will be forever thankful for all the hard work they put in throughout the day. We would encourage anyone looking at Rivervale Barn to book it, you will not regret this magical and utterly beautiful venue. You will be well looked after by the lovely team. Mrs & Mrs Smyth

Pop Up Photo Box was an amazing addition to our wedding celebration!! The guests absolutely loved it, and we have loved looking through our guestbook at all the different photos! Aston was brilliant; he replied promptly, nothing was too much trouble and he made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. Charlie was our attendant for the day and she was incredible!! She had wonderful energy, interacted with the guests and made sure everyone had so much fun. There was a wide selection of props and it was such a hit, people kept going back again and again! I cannot recommend Pop Up Photo Box enough!

Having the pop up photo box at our wedding just made the reception! Our guests absolutely loved it and we captured some amazing memories from using the booth. Aston was really quick and informative when we spoke on email and the lady who was the attendant on the night (apologies I didn't grab her name) was amazing and seemed to be enjoying helping us take some great and hilarious photos. We hired Pop up Photo Box from Aston Dobson Events for our wedding. They were incredible and provided a great service with a fantastically large range of props for guests to use! We really appreciated the lovely book which guests were able to put a copy of their photos in and write a message. I can’t thank the girl running the photo booth enough as she pointed out that she hadn’t seen the bride or groom have photos and alerted guests to go get us before she packed away! We really appreciated this and her giving us time to get photos with our family and friends. We also love that we have received digital copies of all the photos! Amazing service which added so much fun to the evening. We highly recommend :)

We hired the Pop up Photo Box for our wedding reception and it was absolutely fantastic. The props and the back drop fit well to our theme (we got married in Vegas a month ago). Kayleigh (sorry if I got this wrong) was so friendly and helpful, the guests were also loving her fun vibe. We had as many prints as we wanted, which guests could stick in the signing book that was included. I was also sent all the photos by WeTransfer just in case any were lost and I can see all the pictures taken on the night! Would definitely recommend.

We hired Suzanne to organise my little sisters wedding. From the outset Suzanne was absolutely charming, knowledgeable, amazingly organised and clearly passionate about what she does. She took on board all of our ideas and used her experience and expertise to bring these to fruition. She was so much fun and had so many ideas and suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. The day was absolutely beautiful we couldn't of asked for anything better. Everyone was so impressed with the attention to detail and all the little extra touches. Anybody who is trying to find the solution on how to plan a succesful wedding, look no further. Booking Suzanne to help plan and orgasnise our wedding was the best thing we did. I can honestly say our wedding would not have been the same without her help. My wife and I could relax fully knowing Suzanne had everything under control on the day which made everything easy. Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special. I can’t t explain how perfect Suzanne was from the beginning until the end of the wedding shoot day! Suzanne is very responsible, organised, careful and attended to all of our needs entirely, she was always aware of everything that was in the timetable, making sure everything worked fine and making the day so easy, relaxed and one memorable event. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Absolutely amazing service! Completely transformed our venue for our wedding at the weekend, and it looked fantastic! Lorna is amazing, has everything from table decorations to chair covers, to the sweet cart- which went down a treat! James, the fun photographer with all his props was just fantastic! So relaxed and polite, and was so much fun! Lorna went above and beyond by helping the venue set up and pack down, and moving our centrepieces from the house to the marquee in the evening! Cannot thank Lorna and James enough!

Apollo organised our wedding for us and are quite simply brilliant at what they do - we could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them! We were initially a little daunted by the prospect of organising a wedding, however we needn’t have been. Tim took all the stress out of the planning process and the day itself, which allowed us to just enjoy it and do all the exciting things! Tim has an excellent knowledge of and rapport with suppliers - we felt we had the best of everything with none of the hassle of trying to find caterers, marquee companies etc. He also has a great eye for detail and very much had us as a couple in mind when coming up with ideas, so the day really reflected our personalities. Tim was invaluable on the day itself and we felt so looked after - something you don’t often feel as bride and groom, being so conscious about everything and everyone else. He is also very personable and great fun - each time we met with him we felt so excited about our plans materialising. His team are all fab and added to the atmosphere on the day. We are so grateful to Apollo for putting together the most special day of our lives!

My sisters and I all had our 21st birthdays with them and as a result our family now has a reputation for the parties we throw. We cannot thank Zee, Emma and the rest of the Hampshire Party Pods team for everything they did to bring my vision for our daughter’s first birthday party alive! From start to finish it was easy to communicate with them via email and they were very responsive. They put together a cosy outdoor seating area with beanbags, floor cushions and rugs as well as a lovely bell tent with a pastel soft play setup inside. They were even able to arrange for a photo backdrop with a balloon garland. Nothing was too much to ask and they were very patient with all my numerous questions! We were so happy with everything they arranged and we cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Hampshire Party Pods for making my daughter’s first birthday one to remember!! :)

All I can say is that Zee and Emma have been amazing. I decided to have a 70th Birthday Bash-and then thought, a month before the party-Gazebos/tents….. tables and chairs!!! Well, those diamonds came to my rescue and they had two Indian tents, tables and chairs! Their team erected the tents and laid out the tables and chairs. On the day, we had torrential showers-but we were all dry and the day was simply amazing! I cannot praise their company enough-fantastic service and very fair price as well.

Jennifer and her team were very easy to deal with. In the planning stages, she knew exactly what I envisioned and new quote requests were never any bother for her. When I finally decided on what I required she made the experience very easy. She arrived on time and seamlessly made the venue beautiful. So much so that everyone was in awe of the decoration, draping and the cake. So I am so pleased I found Beyond Expectations and hope to you use them again in the future!

Beyond Expectations provided decoration service for my wedding ceremony and reception dinner. I had a consultation with them where I explained my vision. This was captured to perfection on the day. Each detail from the centrepiece to table plan decor exceeded my expectations. Our guests gave us positive comments on how everything was set out. Overall Beyond Expectations provided a great service throughout the wedding planning stage and I would 100% recommend.
