Stacey helped us in organising our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary Party, I must admit we were not very good at knowing exactly what we wanted for the day but Stacey was more than happy to listen to our ideas and happily let us know what she thought was good (or not so good!). The reason we decided to look into an events planner was because both myself and my Husband work full time and our free time was spent with our young Daughter and just general life admin so we just knew we wouldn't have the time or capability to do everything that needed to be done and on time! Stacey was fab, always contactable and easily brought our vision to life in what ended up being an amazing festival themed party. All of our guests spoke about how amazing it was and a huge huge thanks has to go to Jess Hulbert who was our 'On the day' coordinator, she was amazing and having her there meant we were able to have fun and enjoy ourselves whilst she was in charge of making sure it ran smoothly. We’ve had the pleasure of setting up our tents for events at Apollo Event Consultants, and it’s always a great experience. Tim and the team are incredibly well-organised, friendly, and a joy to work alongside from start to finish. Tim has even been known to dig out the lawn mower to make extra space for our Bell Tents—now that’s what we call rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in! We cannot thank Anouska from Raggy&Boo enough, every single element of our wedding was delivered to perfection in her capable hands. No job was too big or too small, she was ready and waiting for our entrance to the venue with a glass of champagne and a smile and was just the most wonderful, calm and competent energy. John and the team were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly responsive to all my emails and questions leading up to the event. We hired 360 photobooth, lettering and silent disco. Great DJ was able to host our wedding at short notice when our other DJ cancelled 4 months before the wedding. The Dj was really adaptable when we changed around the schedule for the evening and worked closely with the venue to to insure things ran smoothly. We had an amazing experience with John as our wedding DJ! From our first contact, he was incredibly efficient, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making the whole process so much easier. We opted for the DJ service, laser light, and the giant “Mr & Mrs Smith” light letters, all of which added a special touch to our evening. John kept the energy up all night with a fantastic array of music that appealed to everyone. The dance floor was always full, and our guests had a wonderful time. We had John as our DJ, he was recommended by the Marriott Hottel where we were having our wedding in May 25. He was amazing, and kept the evening buzzing and the energy up all night. Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! We couldn’t haven’t had the amazing day without Bluebird, I really can’t recommend them enough!!

We hired Suzanne to organise my little sisters wedding. From the outset Suzanne was absolutely charming, knowledgeable, amazingly organised and clearly passionate about what she does. We had Jade for on the day co-ordination of our wedding, and also had 3 of her staff accompanying her. What can I say? Truly amazing to have Jade and her team, and the day would not have gone nearly so smoothly without her and the team, I would highly recommend for anyone needing a planner, DIY assistance, on the day co-ordination and staff for your event. The DIY struggle is real, and we were all prepping the venue until late into the night before the wedding, I left feeling stressed and with no idea how it would all come together. The next day after the service, I walked into the venue and couldn't believe how under control everything was! Staff were serving drinks and canapes, the venue looked gorgeous with everything perfected and in place and Jade was in full control. I could take back seat and enjoy our wedding. I wish it ended there, but unfortunately, we had a behavioral issue with a member of my family, to the point I was in tears and wanted to go home. Jade heard of this, found me, calmed me down and explained our options- none of which included the bride leaving the wedding reception! Eventually, Jade asked said person to leave the wedding, and despite some tantrums and further awful behavior, Jade made it clear to her that staying was not an option, and had her staff be aware in case of re-entry. Although an awful, and upsetting situation, Jade minimized the damage caused and managed to rescue our wedding day! Jade even got the band to play the first dance 2hrs late so that we didn't miss out on this too. Amazing woman, providing a truly invaluable service. You would be silly not to have ChapterJ involved with your big day!

Jade was a complete miracle worker with everything we needed to make the wedding day go smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and she gave us so much guidance and brilliant advice. Jade catered at our family gathering on Father’s Day last Sunday. Everting went very smoothly from beginning to end. The food was delicious and very well presented. She dressed our wedding venue with the most gorgeous drapes and hanging Ivy which fitted our themed perfectly, as well as provide a freestanding adjustable frame for a flower wall.
